But there is an ideas portal where you can post and upvote other users' ideas for improvements. I have seen a lot of new features and small adjustments to the system just in the last year that have made it easier to use or help create better modules. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Absorb for our LMS has created a more professional and consistent routine for training in our company. The Create feature makes it easy to build comprehensive modules that engage the learner instead of just reading through slides. There are ways to do almost anything you would need to do to provide courses and curriculum to groups of people. The customization is really helpful and robust, with each toggle and option clearly describing the outcome. The support has continually improved since implementation - now it is within a few hours! **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** There aren't any big things I dislike about Absorb. Little things we noticed shortly after implementation have been addressed with updates and new feature releases. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to have a single place for all our learners to access training content, no matter the type, with a single login. We have internal learners that need to track completion for certification requirements, and we are expanding to host end customer training through eCommerce and enrollment keys. Having the option to manage all of this in one system makes it so much more efficient! Our other problem that Absorb has helped us solve is better access to training data. We've been able to have comprehensive data on all our learners, courses, and other metrics. In addition, Absorb has made it possible for us to give specific reporting and enrollment capabilities to our business partners, so each location has one or more administrators. Saves us a ton of time in manipulating data and reports to send out each month to all 25 of these business partners. ### 8. It is very good at serving content to users and makes it easy to make it look good. The UX is generally intuitive for end users. We've had strong up-time performance. The customer support team has been really good. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** It is expensive. We are a small non-profit and the cost model for us is going to make it difficult to achieve our business objectives. The user reporting features are not very good. Dashboards are very basic and don't look as professional as we'd like. To make a professional report, s, we export the data and use a separate software package. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** My team creates very customized content that is not available elsewhere. Assigning home work as part of the training should be more user friendly which it is not now currently. Also, at times we have to add pre and post assessments to our trainings which may not be mandatory. But lately, I found out with customer service executive that the assessments can only be mandatory. Hence we will have to do these assessments outside of Absorb. But even here, i cant really complain since the feedback / request or update release process is extremely transparent. Since we implemented Absorb, it became really easy for us to just upload courses and provide them to our learners. From the learners' feedback, we've seen that they found the platform to be pretty straightforward, clean, and neat. They know exactly where to go and what to find, which makes it user-friendly. Additionally, the inclusion of quizzes and other gamification functionalities, along with the offering of credits, makes the platform interesting for customers, encouraging them to return for more courses. The straightforward setup process, except for some specific compliance and privacy policies, also stood out for me. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** One thing that has been challenging is the integration with Veeva PromoMats. We store all our technical information in a Veeva Vault, and each course content has to be approved there before being transferred to Absorb. Unfortunately, the integration hasn't worked so far, creating a lot of manual effort for admins to download approved material from one platform and upload it to the other. Also, the number of available custom fields, which is 25, 35, or 45, isn't sufficient for us moving forward. Our managers, admins and employees love all the unique features and platforms. If I had to say anything about dislikes, I would say the Reviewers abilities. We did have an issue where our Leadership team was not able to review created trainings because they did not hold "Create Licenses" and our login is set up through SSO. So, they do not have individual login credentials. It makes it really hard to get these trainings up and running if we are having to create new logins for leadership and have them remember another password. Over the past year, many of our limitations have been addressed through new features, updated functionalities, or effective workarounds. We would confidently recommend Absorb LMS to any organization seeking a fast-evolving learning management system with excellent support services, and that values owning the management of its platform without being tied to a configuration team—as is often the case with ERP/SAP systems. Another strength is the dedicated customer success support we receive. Our Customer Success Manager, Sharon, regularly checks in with us to ensure we are not facing any issues, discusses our plans for learning activities implementation so she can proactively support, and keeps us up to date on product enhancements. This level of partnership has been a key factor in our positive experience with Absorb. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** The only drawback is the limited functionality of the mobile app. However, for our organization, encouraging employees to access the platform through their mobile browsers has proven to be an excellent solution. The interface adjusts seamlessly across all search engines and devices, and, in fact, mobile browser usage has become more popular internally than desktop or laptop access. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It serves as a hub for all learning and development activities within our organization. It helps foster a culture of continuous learning through a user-friendly platform that empowers growth, ensures practical application, and uses data to enhance learning and decision-making. Our CSM Stephanie has been awesome in support and helpful with any questions that arise. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** We have very little issues with Absorb. The only things are small one offs that are super specific to our business and we understand the priority level these would have to Absorb. Absorb is not only a fantastic repository for learning resources, the built in tools make creating new resources and experiences for our teammates so much easier and more streamlined. We use the Absorb Create authoring tool and have had great luck in course creation using many methods (Ai, templates, etc.). We also absolutely loved both our sales representative, Mike Kuphos, and our Implementation manager, Joe Zizian. Joe has been a great help even since we went live with our LMS and were moved into the maintenance stage! We implemented the LMS in 4 weeks due to his guidance and willingness to move along at a quicker pace. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** There aren't any downsides I can think of! It can be tricky to find certain things at times, but I find the search feature to be very helpful within the Admin view. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The previous LMS platforms we used were clunky, difficult to navigate, and we had to purchase content to put in the LMS (no authoring tool). Absorb, while pricier than our previous options, contains so much added value. We love Absorb Create and have use it to author over 75 courses since our implementation 6 months ago! It has cut down the time to create learning resources significantly, while still maintaining a high quality. We needed to be able to track learning (which wasn't really possible in our previous LMS's) so the admin experience solved pretty much every problem we had in that regard - we love the ease of use of the reporting feature. I can't say enough good thinks about Absorb and how it's benefited our organization. ### 49.
