Using this feature to promote courses that might be relevant after company Lunch & Learns, Trainings and Leadership Discussions. Another great way Absorb helps us grow is through Absorb Create! It's been a great tool to use when creating trainings that are branded to us. Utilizing the A1 feature to help refine the trainings we already have into something greater. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** There are not a lot of features on Absorb that I would catagorize as least effective or least used. Our managers, admins and employees love all the unique features and platforms. If I had to say anything about dislikes, I would say the Reviewers abilities. We did have an issue where our Leadership team was not able to review created trainings because they did not hold "Create Licenses" and our login is set up through SSO. So, they do not have individual login credentials. It makes it really hard to get these trainings up and running if we are having to create new logins for leadership and have them remember another password. That was the point of using SSO. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since Absorb is a lot more user friendly than most LMS systems on the market, our team has been able to navigate the platform easier, and our system admins are able to see data they have never seen before. The platform is easy to use and makes managing learning simple and enjoyable. Its clean design and clear layout help both learners and administrators find what they need quickly. Creating courses, uploading content, and setting them up for learners to take online is smooth and straightforward. You can create single courses, group them into bundles, design full learning paths, and even offer certifications. This makes it easy to plan learning programs that fit different needs. One of my favorite parts of Absorb LMS is the Analyze Dashboard. It gives detailed reports and insights about how learners are doing, such as who is completing their courses and how training is performing overall. This helps us make better decisions and improve our learning plans over time. Another great thing about Absorb is its customer support team. They are always quick to respond, and very helpful whenever questions come up. We also have dedicated Customer support manager who is really helpful. Overall, Absorb LMS is a strong, easy to use system that makes learning management simple and effective. With its tools, useful data reports, and great support team, it is a platform that truly helps organizations grow and improve through learning. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** There some small default features which once implemented would benefit the admin experience. Such as - more robust Assessment module etc. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Training scalability is one of the biggest strengths of Absorb LMS, as the platform is used widely across the globe to support diverse learning needs. Its flexibility allows organizations to deliver consistent, high-quality training to large numbers of learners, regardless of location or time zone. Absorb LMS not only makes it easy to manage and expand training programs but also provides detailed data and insights via Analyze (BI Tool) that help measure the true impact of learning. By tracking progress, engagement, and completion rates, it enables organizations to make informed decisions and continuously improve the effectiveness of their training initiatives. ### 49. I went from ZERO LMS experience, to fully up and running with a live system and full confidence to successfully utilize and manage the system. The customization (reporting, fields, translations, etc.) allows you to mold the platform into basically whatever you can imagine. Which really speaks to the intuitive design of the software. Katalina Perez was our implementation project manager and I can not say enough good things about her. Her communication, product knowledge and creative solutions are absolutely top notch! She was timely on responses and quick to provide solutions every step of the way. Allowing for our team to easily and rapidly integrate our training content and prepare to expand our training options and management globally. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** I honestly have not seen a downside to this system yet. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Absorb LMS is allowing for our global operations to seamlessly align and coordinate on our technical training objectives. As well, it opens the door for us to align global training and support in all aspects of our company (parts, warranty, sales, etc.). Some easy quick edits to explain sections, add your voice, add additional directions-links, messages...so easy. Makes creating content for employees, customers, vendors so easy to navigate-no more "training sessions". Our implementation manager made everything extremely easy to understand, went over every detail, showed us hidden features and the integration to our system was seamless. We will be using this for all new hires, managers and field personnel. We love the availability of the support team when we need it-live. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** We honestly have not found a downside, except maybe it doesn't deliver a cup of coffee when you think you want one. Seriously, this product delivers everything and more. I researched all the "clickables" before purchasing Absorb LMS-this offers so much more. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Absorb LMS is helping our company solve the issue with onboard "paper training". As a construction management professional company we have various processes that must be maintained, as simple as: file naming properly to filling out bid abstracts, PO requests, Asset management-Absorb maintains our training library, enabling us to assign the right trainings to the right candidate -thus eliminating time consuming meetings or emails.
