For example the ability to mass export certificates for a single user is not feature currently available. The current process is done one by one. Every time we said "wouldn't it be good if..." there was a feature to allow us to do it. The best thing about the LMS though for us was the on-boarding experience we had with Adam. Without it, we wouldn't be even a fraction of the way towards where we are now. We on boarded to Absorb in parallel to on boarding onto a new CMR platform and the experiences were like night and day. We needed to hit the ground running with Abdorb - and that was exactly what Adam enabled us to do. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** If I had to make some improvements I would make the transition back and forth between Create and Absorb a little easier to navigate. I'd implement some hover-overs on different areas of Absorb to give little remiders of what each thing does (I'm especially thinking of when you put courses live). I'd also make the admin interface a little bit more modern and easier to navigate - possibly even integrating some of the absorb university training videos into the admin interface so you could learn as you use. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a multi-tenancy LMS to be able to bring our amazing live training courses to our customers and their organisations whilst giving them the ability to administrate and do reporting themselves. During all this time it is important to highlight how easy it is to customize the courses according to our needs. It is a very flexible and easy-to-manage tool for both those of us who manage the tool and for the end users. Absorb has allowed us to create, adapt, and deliver courses according to our needs. We are still in the process of developing the potential of data management to be used for our leaders, but it is a stage that we are also sure will be completed satisfactorily. Whenever I encounter any issues the customer service team is fast, efficient, and professional; I am not waiting days for a response, they show urgency in resolving the issue. Our staff has been raving about how easy the system is to use, and love the upgrade from our previous LMS provider. I love that Absorb continuously makes upgrades and changes to meet the needs of its customers. The implementation process was smooth and easy, due to Absorb doing the heavy lifting for us. We were confident that all of the information that we needed to be pulled over would be available to our staff and it was! Thy have been very receptive to product improvement requests, and seem to be headed in a great direction. From our implementation several years ago up until today, we have always had a knowledgeable and experience support team. I have never once come across an issue that has not been addressed or added to a future feature list. We chose Absorb because of the breadth and depth of its features and continue to utilize it because they continue to add solutions that improve the way we administer the system and the way our users utilize he system. Administration of the system is easy, and integration of our historical data into the Absorb LMS was pretty effortless. The system has allowed us to provide a holistic view of our training activities across 9 different subsidiary companies in one holistic view. We have had no serious downtime, and any downtime has not been related to the frequency or volume of our LMS use. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** There are still some missing features that would be helpful, but I am confident they will be added in the future. Additionally some of the new features felt incomplete when released, but based on user feedback they quickly resolved the issues that created that perception. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Utilization of Absorb LMS has allowed us to consolidate and track learning for our Corporate Entity and 9 subsidiary entities. The experience we had during implementation is still being felt post-launch as we continue to fix data inconsistencies, setting up curriculum and courses (e.g., post-course settings), etc. - we have to assign individual departments and job codes to a course for automatic enrollment instead of having the ability to group departments and job codes for more efficient way to assign - we have a few recurring courses (e.g., courses that need to be taken every year, every 2 years, etc.) which was difficult to set up within a curriculum since we cannot set up a curriculum with courses that have different recurrence and have it applied to both previous and new users being enrolled in the curriculum. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Issues currently being solved right now with our CSM are ones that occurred based on our implementation experience. ### 37.
