If we can have this process simplified it would be more convenient to all the users. When navigating the learning management system it became obvious very soon in the process that it was going to be very user-friendly. Once I learned a process, it was easy to remember, practice, and replicate. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** What will be difficult in the future for us is scaling the service. I've used several LMS systems in the past and this one is the cleanest on the admin side and the learner side. My absolute favorite feature is being able to impersonate a learner to see what they are seeing on their end. This helps our L&D team troubleshoot efficiently if needed. Also, this is the first LMS experience where I have live customer support if needed and easily available. Jason May has been our point of contact and I appreciate how he explains everything and walks us through some points a few times so we get it! **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** There's nothing that stands out that I dislike about Absorb LMS. No matter how good a learner dashboard of an LMS may look like, the admin side is very crucial to us as we have over 150 course admins who need an easy to use backend. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** We believe there's a lack of administrative control over certain features. We need the ability to make some features mandatory and hide others, as not all are relevant to our organization. Aborb create allows you to create an interactive course. Really good as absorb create give you layouts you can use and tweak. Some of the functionalities include: can upload video, drag and drop activities, ordering, voice over, questionnaire, quiz and more. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** Sometimes difficult to navigate around for example: when you complete a course the certificate is not sent to you by email you have to locate it within the LMS (would be nice to do both). A curriculum setting overrides the individual course setting which causes us nightmares....if we set it so a manager must enrol and select the session (to avoid double booking etc), the curriculum allows the learner to enrol in the course. the manager via manager experience is then unable to enrol their learner into a session. the dashboard does not show their preferred name **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** it allows us to set and forget, giving us more time to action other aspects of our role, instead of being so manual ### 11. As well, the Learner experience is easy-to-navigate and minimalist in design (but not boring or plain). I really enjoy the customization in look and feel that Admins have over the LMS. The automation abilities are excellent also. The support and employees from Absorb that my team has worked with have all been excellent. It has made our implementation process and current maintanence/scaling of Absorb has been great. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** I wish the reporting tools in Absorb were just a bit more robust. Absorb Analyze Essentials is a good tool, but with a bit more scope/capabilities, it could be excellent. A missing feature in Absorb that I would love to see is the ability to quickly enroll multiple people in course without needing to use tags on the users' accounts (like department, job title, etc.). However, from our very first interaction with Absorb to the recent successful launch of our LMS, the entire experience was easy and enjoyable. The entire Absorb team (sales, project coordinator, implementation specialist, help desk, etc) consistently showed a high level of professionalism, accessibility, and willingness to assist. Their implementation process, including weekly training sessions, made the transition smooth and easy. Absorb’s incredible features and endless customization options have really enhanced our organization's ability to create training content (we just using PowerPoint prior to this), generate reports (was exclusively Excel prior to the LMS), manage assignments, and oversee system administration functions. We are beyond happy with our choice of Absorb and are eager to recommend this LMS to others. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** As a small, grant-funded organization, the cost initially presented a significant challenge. However, after thoroughly exploring the functionality and benefits the LMS could bring to our training department, the decision became clear. Absorb greatly outranked the other LMS companies we met with. While the price is higher compared to other systems we looked at, the value it delivers more than justifies the investment. One of the primary challenges we face is the lack of learning libraries that align with both our needs and budget, which has required us to develop all training content from scratch. This remains a notable obstacle for our organization. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Storing all training records in one place has been amazing. Previously, each individual employee had their trainings tracked on their own Excel spreadsheet and there was a lack of consistency. This makes quality and compliance reviews so much easier. It's also been nice to be able to formally assign out trainings to learners, as our organization requires employees to maintain a minimum amount of continuing education units (CEUs) per year. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into its design and they are really keen to get the ideas of their customers for anything they haven't though of (which isn't much!) The service we were also provided by our Implementation Manager, Luke Valentine, was second to none. Everyone is helpful and friendly and one of the features I personally love is that there is help at hand 24/7. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** The cost of the system is a significant annual investment for any business. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to using Absorb, we had multiple different systems trying to meet the administrative needs of our Learning and Development Department. We've had a dedicated implementation team (Adam and Mark) who have trained and supported us through the roll out and they have been experts who are very knowledgable and keen to share all of the great activites this LMS can carry out intuitatively rather than manually, leaving me and my team more time to get on with valued added tasks. First imnpressions from employees are its great functionality and its strong visual appeal as well as its ease of use - and thats before getting in to the strong analystics and reporting side which highlight how much more appeal this platform is versus its predecessor. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** So far we have little no no dislikes about Absorb and any time we have had a query or a question regarding the system and its functionality our experts have jumped to the case and either redeucated us to make our taks easier, or we have 121 tuition to work around our current user habits and questions.
