**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

It is nice to see that Absorb is always looking to improve its services. They have moved to a more frequent update schedule. This tells me that they support the users and are always looking to improve. Overall, Absorb is very straightforward and well-designed to use. It is a great system for deploying training to the entire company or to specific departments.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

The most frustrating aspect is the inability to customize certain aspects at the individual learner level. Some of the settings are established and enforced at the curriculum or course level. It would be great to have greater customization options for some settings at the learner level.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb has become our central hub for all of the company's training. The first aspect of effective training is to locate it. Absorb allows all employees to access their training and stay current on all assignments. It has truly become an integrated system within the company.

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

What I like best about Absorb LMS is how easy it is to use. The interface is intuitive, making it simple for both admins and learners to navigate. I also appreciate the strong reporting tools and automation features that help streamline training management, save time, and create a better overall learning experience. Additionally, the customer service we receive is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

Couple things: 1. allowing more admins to have access to the MANAGER area with direct reports. 2. more AI help, which I know is coming with Aura.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS is solving several common training and learning management challenges, including disorganized training content, manual administrative work, limited visibility into learner progress, and inconsistent learning experiences across teams.
For me, the biggest benefit is efficiency. Instead of managing training through spreadsheets, emails, or multiple systems, Absorb centralizes everything in one platform. Its automation features like enrollment rules, reminders, and reporting reduce administrative overhead and save time.

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

Absorb provides a great experience for our learners - with the ability to present the right courses/content to the right people. We have over 20,000 learners - so user experience is vital, and we always get great feedback on our courses!

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

The admin interface is sometimes a little clunky, and takes multiple clicks/actions to complete tasks. There's not many bulk actions, which is difficult when you have hundreds of courses to manage. Reports can be hard to create and understand, often many data points are unavilable (in the basic reporting module).

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a huge learner base, Absorb has helped us reach all learners and provide them with an intuitive, engaging learning experience. Integrated with our partner portal, users only need one login and can access courses relevant to them. They also love sharing certificates and badges that they earn.

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

The platform is incredibly easy to use and feels intuitive for both administrators and staff. It has made a huge difference in how we deliver training across the organisation, helping us streamline learning, boost engagement, and manage everything much more efficiently overall.

I’d also like to give a big shout-out to Luke Valentine for his ongoing support and guidance. He helped us get the system up and running and, once it was implemented, spent time with us to make sure we’re getting the most from Absorb.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

Only one minor glitch so far: I was able to publish the same course twice. It would be helpful if Absorb flagged that it had already been published. Not a major issue, but definitely something to consider for the future.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb has streamlined all of our training needs and made it easy for us to create our own branded training. Plus, the level of reporting is really helpful for checking whether staff and teams are up to date with all of their training.

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

Very easy to use overall. Especially if building in-house material. Like the option of taking existing PowerPoints and making them into training, or being able to take a PDF and let the AI build.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

It’s not really a dislike; like anything else, every software or platform has a “box” where it works best. For me, the challenge is taking manufacturer or other certifications that were completed outside of Absorb and getting them into a user’s profile.

The workaround I’ve found is a bit clunky and time-consuming: I have to create an “on-line course” and label it for what it is, upload the PDF certification into that course, enroll the user, and then edit the enrollment so the certification shows up in the user profile. The other issue is creating our own company-logo certifications—this process also feels very clunky within Absorb.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My discussions with Stephanie Akpieyi were really helpful. Her support, along with the workaround she suggested, made a big difference. I’ve also added a comment to the suggestion for the platform. I understand that changes like these, especially when they involve others, can take time.

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

The UI is very easy to understand, both in the learner experience and on the admin side, so we were up and operational much faster than we expected. Support and implementation were incredibly helpful, with a dedicated Implementation Project Manager who guided us through everything step by step.

The AI functionality for content creation has been a game changer, helping ensure all of our content looks professional and aligns with our brand.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

There isn’t much to like about Absorb LMS, especially since the community can submit recommendations to the developers for changes customers actually want to see. Perhaps a limitation on technical functionality with role creation per department.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now host our e-learning in a clean, organised way, which improves the experience for our learners and gives us more time for face-to-face training.

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I love how user-friendly Absorb LMS is. I recently had two new team members join our team, and they have been able to jump in easily. The Absorb Academy is amazing and a great way for new team members to use the system. The ease of use means they didn't require much training to begin using Absorb. Our Client Success Manager, Jason, has been exceptional to work with! Moreover, Absorb presented as user-friendly and capable of supporting both internal employees and external agents. The initial setup of Absorb LMS was very easy, and the team that walked us through the process was very supportive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

I wish we could see the calendar responses when we automatically enroll someone in an ILC session. That would be helpful for tracking and even for courses that had a limit on attendance. I would love an AI overlay on the Absorb Analyze to help build the dashboards. Also, if we had more control on who could get notified after courses/curriculum are completed. If we could set specific people.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS tracks attendance and feedback, offers a consistent user experience, and is user-friendly, benefiting both internal and external users. It simplifies onboarding with the Absorb Academy, reducing the need for extensive training documentation.

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

Absorb LMS has been easy to learn and implement, and it's straightforward to coach others through the platform. We have been able to integrate it quickly into our training process to ensure we adhere to compliance.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

Sometimes classes are very similar so when you have only 100 classes to add to your system you will add two classes that cover the same topic.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time is a huge factor for us. The reports function lets me quickly identify who has expired classes and who still needs to complete training. It's also saving time when creating trainings. Instead of spending hours training people in person, I can use the AI feature to generate trainings and push them out for compliance more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I like that learners can see their own certificates. It gives them a sense of accomplishment and accountability. I also like the reporting aspect and being able to produce a number of different reports as required from different departments within the company.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

As we are using it currently from an admin perspective at present, there are some nuances we have to consider, for example 're-enrolling' users on courses, not just enrolling them on a future session date. Also, it would be great if course uploads did not override as we needed to create several courses per year due to the company needing to retain older certs. For example a person completed a course in 2022, their cert expires in 2026, if they upload a new cert in 2026 to the same course, the second cert overrides the first cert and we lose the person's first cert.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier visibility of when certificates will expire. Learners seeing all their certs sit behind their transcripts helps with accountability. Report generation will help with ensuring certificates due to expire are captured before issues arise.

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I use Absorb LMS to manage and track our company's online courses and in-person training. I really like the ability to customize the user interface, which gives our dashboard a personalized appearance. Support is excellent with timely responses, which was especially valuable during the onboarding transition, making it easier to navigate and learn. Our Absorb contact, Gesa Cole, does a great job maintaining an open line of communication with frequent meetings. It was very easy to set up Absorb LMS thanks to the support we received.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

There are some minor feature implementations that we would benefit greatly from, specifically with regard to course cancellation behavior, waitlisting, and being able to assign specific permissions to a manager role to prevent managers from approving enrollments. Most importantly, pricing and costs could be more competitive, especially with newer features like Localization. We have had to explore other options for Localization because the cost is just too high.

I use Absorb LMS to efficiently manage and track company training. It simplifies course management, enhances user login and progress tracking, and showcases our branding.
