Admins can very easily and comfortably program the courses, set up the rules, and manage the data related to the courses and activities. From the learners' feedback, we've seen that they found the platform to be pretty straightforward, clean, and neat. They know exactly where to go and what to find, which makes it user-friendly. Additionally, the inclusion of quizzes and other gamification functionalities, along with the offering of credits, makes the platform interesting for customers, encouraging them to return for more courses. The straightforward setup process, except for some specific compliance and privacy policies, also stood out for me. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** One thing that has been challenging is the integration with Veeva PromoMats. We store all our technical information in a Veeva Vault, and each course content has to be approved there before being transferred to Absorb. Unfortunately, the integration hasn't worked so far, creating a lot of manual effort for admins to download approved material from one platform and upload it to the other. Also, the number of available custom fields, which is 25, 35, or 45, isn't sufficient for us moving forward. Using Absorb has been such a huge factor in helping us keep our culture alive. We love utilizing Absorb Amplify to help employees develop as an individual. Using this feature to promote courses that might be relevant after company Lunch & Learns, Trainings and Leadership Discussions. Another great way Absorb helps us grow is through Absorb Create! It's been a great tool to use when creating trainings that are branded to us. Utilizing the A1 feature to help refine the trainings we already have into something greater. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** There are not a lot of features on Absorb that I would catagorize as least effective or least used. Our managers, admins and employees love all the unique features and platforms. If I had to say anything about dislikes, I would say the Reviewers abilities. We did have an issue where our Leadership team was not able to review created trainings because they did not hold "Create Licenses" and our login is set up through SSO. So, they do not have individual login credentials. It makes it really hard to get these trainings up and running if we are having to create new logins for leadership and have them remember another password. I use the system daily, and it consistently proves easy to navigate. Absorb is not only a fantastic repository for learning resources, the built in tools make creating new resources and experiences for our teammates so much easier and more streamlined. We use the Absorb Create authoring tool and have had great luck in course creation using many methods (Ai, templates, etc.). We also absolutely loved both our sales representative, Mike Kuphos, and our Implementation manager, Joe Zizian. Joe has been a great help even since we went live with our LMS and were moved into the maintenance stage! We implemented the LMS in 4 weeks due to his guidance and willingness to move along at a quicker pace. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** There aren't any downsides I can think of! It can be tricky to find certain things at times, but I find the search feature to be very helpful within the Admin view. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The previous LMS platforms we used were clunky, difficult to navigate, and we had to purchase content to put in the LMS (no authoring tool). Absorb, while pricier than our previous options, contains so much added value. We love Absorb Create and have use it to author over 75 courses since our implementation 6 months ago! It has cut down the time to create learning resources significantly, while still maintaining a high quality. For instance, managing group enrollments can be cumbersome—you have to navigate into groups and view the users in order to enroll them all at once, instead of simply using the 'enroll users' feature to select a group or individual users directly. Additionally, the notification system, particularly the emails sent out during enrollments, could be clearer. Absorb has also streamlined much of the administrative and logistical work, such us enrollments, attendance checking and learning progress - saving us significant time and effort. Another reason we've enjoyed working with Absorb is the support from our Client Success Managers, Brittney and later Anup. As first time LMS users, their guidance has been incredibly helpful. They have consistently offered practical suggestions to improve our process. Even outside of our scheduled meetings, they've been quick to respond to our questions via email whenever we hit a bump. Their support was especially evident when we integrated one of our internal apps to streamline our process. We were given training and a space to ask questions beforehand, which made the integration smooth and straightforward. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** I was hoping for more features that could make an instructor's job easier, particularly around grading and assessment management. For example. assessments need to be reviewed individually, which can be time consuming. A bulk review or grading opting would be a great addition, as well as a more flexiblilty in grading overall. Also, while we haven't subscribed to the Analyze or Engage add-ons, it would have been helpful to have access to some basic engagement tools or data insights by default. It is like a one-stop shop for Evidence of education. The initial phase of the Absorb set-up was crucial, and we had received tremendous support from Britnney in the initial phase to the live rollout, and this support continued with Anup coming on board as well. From a learner's experience, the Absorb set-up allowed us to track all the activities of training and also allowed us to access all the available training on the LMS. Despite having our own specific mandatory training, access to other educational resources was made accessible. As a Learner and an Admin user, I can say that I use the Absorb platform every day, whether I am completing a learning on Absorb, building a curriculum, setting up an ILC session or even generating reports from Absorb. Absorb is user-friendly once you get used to the system. Through the constant education and awareness of Absorb integration, our report of difficulty in accessing or utilising Absorb has dropped drastically, which means that staff are becoming familiar with the system. Absorb has undoubtedly altered the dynamics of learning within a healthcare system, particularly at Health Care Fiji. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** The inability to troubleshoot changes in the admin requires a process to make the changes. For example, for the tracking of CPD Points, you can not separate 2024 and 2025. All points for 2024 and 2025 will be added together. Recommendation has been given to us to address with the Absorb Admin; however, I believe that they should be able to fix it. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Have recommend to trouble shoot on how to undo the approval of the certificate if that is accidentally checked as "denied". This will benefit the learner and admin in terms of cost and avaoid unesessary frustation with the users. ### 44. I’ve found the interface to be very user-friendly, both from an administrator’s perspective and for learners navigating their courses. Absorb also does a great job of blending traditional eLearning with live sessions, making it a versatile solution for organizations with different training needs. The reporting and tracking tools are robust, which has helped ensure learners stay on track and managers have the data they need. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** Customer support is not a standout feature. We have the added elite support for an extra cost which is great, however, when we have had to submit a support ticket, it sometimes takes longer than anticipated and may not even solve the issue. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Absorb LMS solves the challenge of delivering training in a way that is both simple to manage and easy for learners to engage with. The platform is very user-friendly, which makes it easy for employees to find and complete their courses without needing extra support. From an administrator’s perspective, the integration with our HRIS has been a huge benefit, since it keeps user data current automatically and makes the system very low-maintenance. This combination of learner-friendly design and strong integrations means less time spent on administration and more focus on delivering impactful training. ### 45.
