**What do you like best about ABOTTS?**

Their managed services and program management capabilities stand out. We also like their offshore resource availability during U.S. time zones. The fact that they are SOC2 compliant gives me more confidence.

**What do you dislike about ABOTTS?**

In the past, their size was a concern, but they’ve grown significantly in recent years. Their SOC2 compliance has also helped address that concern.

**Recommendations to others considering ABOTTS:**

Yes, I highly recommend ABOTTS. Their infrastructure capabilities and managed service model definitely make them a top choice. They are very niche in their core strengths and clearly stand out compared with larger organizations.

**What problems is ABOTTS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have been helping us deploy our cloud infrastructure on OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure). They also support us with OIC (Integration Cloud) development, Apex development, and Fusion Cloud support. Overall, I’m very happy with their quality of work and responsiveness. We’ve been working with them for more than two years now, and I’ve seen their presence grow within our organization. Their managed services have been especially helpful, as they take ownership and deliver in line with our expectations.
