Usually, engineer in Alternit One are accommodating and easy to communicate with but there are some moments with dead air. The time could be spent for more probing questions or small talk. Calls get answered fast, and the agent is polite, clear, and easy to follow. When I had trouble with my camera drivers, I didn’t have to repeat myself and they stayed on the call until it worked. I find Alternit One’s tech support the most valuable. They provide support 24/7 for technical issues the company faces. When I had an internet issue, they tried everything they could to help, even though it was the provider’s problem. They helped me understand what the problem was because I’m not a tech person, and they were very kind. They even were disappointed that they couldn’t resolve the issue as it was the internet company’s issue but gave me the information that I needed to pass over so the issue could get resolved. I think Alternit One is a really good solution for tech support, especially if you don't have a dedicated tech support person. I like that employees can call in and get tech support help basically any time, which is always good for employees working in different time zones. They were very effective at solving my headset connection issue on the very first call. I really like having clear, professional tech support on call, and I feel like they do a really good job. I think they sometimes make assumptions about what products I’m using. On my call, they assumed I was using Teams, when I could have been using Zoom, Google Meet, or another platform. I’d prefer that they ask me directly which platform I’m using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
