**Describe the project or task Logicalis helped with:**

They are hired by our company to solve our tech issues like helping out the team in installing software and helping in raising complaints against the different problem and giving us update about our complain status and their team is always delivering services up to the mark.

**What do you like best about Logicalis?**

I liked many things in Logicalis and in their employee like I want to mention some of things, their support team is very professional and they are solving all tickets within the time promised.

**What do you dislike about Logicalis?**

Most of the time they were solving all the issues which were raised by our team members so we are totally satisfied there is only a small disadvantage in micro-management but I hope their team will shortly resolve it.

It is appeal to all that use Logicalis service, they providing best services.

**What problems is Logicalis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was solving many problems with Logicalis like when I joined our company their team was helped in installing and configuring the required software and I also raised a few small issues with the help of them and all solved.
