And the way they are handling their customers are like awesome. There is no competitator against BT. **What do you dislike about BT?** There networks are very expensive. There is some lack of innovation I can say. They are little far away from the competitor's in terms of innovations. And another thing many peoples from many areas faces slow connection but after customer supports they will fixed that immediately. **Recommendations to others considering BT:** You can consider BT for a reliable network connection with bandwidth and better customer support. **What problems is BT solving and how is that benefiting you?** BT solving whole network system problems whole over the world. And BT Have so many branches all around the world to establish the networks. There services are outstanding in terms of delivery. There customer support also too good I can say. ### 3. BT software is the best in market, BT customer service is the best in market, BT hardware is the best in market and BT's reliability is the best in market and we should know we have tried multiple different telecom companies. **What do you dislike about BT?** The only downside is the price which is higher than the competition but you get what you pay for and the extra cost is worth it in the long term. **Recommendations to others considering BT:** Unhappy with the reliability of your current supplier or the service they offer, you will find moving to BT makes great business sense. **What problems is BT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Office based telecommunication and broadband. ### 5.
