**Describe the project or task ePlus helped with:**

We've been using ePlus to provide us with our IT hardware needs for 2 decades. We've also used ePlus on several of our Cisco UC upgrades and they have always provided professional and timely service.

**What do you like best about ePlus?**

ePlus has always been very responsive and quick to address technical issues, concerns or needs when contacted. Also, they have always been professional.

**What do you dislike about ePlus?**

I honestly do not have any experiences in which I would feel justified to say anything bad. There really isn't anything I would say I dislike about ePlus.

**What problems is ePlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have helped us with our hardware refreshes, telecom needs, including upgrades and support, as well as our networking troubleshooting.
