Automated inventory management system is intended for stocks and orders automation: decrease in overstock level, lost sales control. Stock system ABM Inventory is compatible with any ERP or accounting system. Basic System Function Auto Order: - Create automatic order - Order optimization down or up by amount, weight, volume or quantity - Edit order identifying the reason - Create manual order - Selecting an alternative supplier - Tracking delayed orders Fresh: - The algorithm for ordering perishable goods with limited shelf life using modern methods of mathematical statistics (statistical forecasting). - Orders for such goods are formed on the basis of current sales, residual shelf life, order execution time, and current balances. - Also, the calculation of the target stock and order is based on the desired level of service and uneven demand for different days of the week. Cross-docking: - Stores replenishment system from external suppliers through CW (DC) without storing surpluses on the last one. - Algorithm of ordering from the CW (DC) to an external supplier, considering the aggregated (total) demand of the entire chain for the product without maintaining item balances at CW (DC). - The system provides an automatic opportunity to increase orders from stores according to the multiplicity factor of the CW (DC) order. ## ABMinventory Reviews ### 1. The decision to collaborate with ABB Inventory has proven to be effective and has helped to improve our processes. The company has a deep understanding of all processes of inventory management, an accurate methodology, software that is a tool for its automation, and consulting and technical support during and after implementation. **What do you dislike about ABMinventory?** We can't work offline with ABM. Still, it saves data from offline mode when Internet connection became stable. **What problems is ABMinventory solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have achieved many goals: Automated work of managers (reduced time for order processing) Turnover was reduced Lost sales decreased almost twice We've improved our surplus work with the reports. ### 2. I would like to note the availability of a built-in flexible analytics block, that helps to track the dynamics of key indicators of the company: lost sales, surpluses, turnover.
