The search functionality is limited when trying to filter candidates by specific criteria, often returning imprecise results that require manual scanning to identify suitable matches. This becomes particularly cumbersome when working with large talent pools.

The reporting dashboard lacks customization options, making it difficult to extract the precise recruitment metrics needed for stakeholder presentations. I've had to export data to create custom reports in separate programs, which is time-consuming.
