The automated delivery, or workflows, are a huge time saver for me. I don't have to send any emails or continuously monitor my inbox. Once something is approved, it is automatically delivered to the next group of reviewers. We switched from FrameIO because we liked the automated workflow capability in Ziflow. This feature cuts down on my time significantly. **What do you dislike about Ziflow?** I don't like having to wait for a 'share link'. When I upload a new version, it needs to upload and process before I can get a link to send to reviewers. I know it gets sent automatically to all reviewers anyways, but I like to officially hand off versions and provide context as to what they are looking at. I don't understand why we need to wait for upload and processing. When I've used similar tools, I am able to share a link to a folder/proof even before I upload a new version. **What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Ziflow to deliver videos for review and feedback. As a team with a steady flow of projects, we were in need of a tool that could smooth out our review and approval processes, and Ziflow has worked beautifully for us. The platform is remarkably user-friendly and clear to navigate. Even our less tech-inclined team members have found it simple to operate, which has cut our onboarding time down to almost nothing. Ziflow has a complete set of features that serve all our needs. It has what we need for version control. It has what we need for automated workflows. What it does not have, interestingly, is what you might think would serve the need for collaborative feedback: enabling users to make edits directly on the content itself. And if you think about it some more, you might imagine that a program that serves the needs for editorial work is the same thing as a program that does image markup—and that's not the case. Zifow has made every step of the editorial process easier than anything we had before, and it's fully integrated with the tools we use to create content. **What do you dislike about Ziflow?** Learning Curve for Advanced Functions: Even though the basic features are user-friendly, some of the more sophisticated functionalities take some time to master. Our team had to devote a fair amount of time and effort to feeling comfortable with and reaping the full benefits of Ziflow's various capabilities. Higher Price Point: Ziflow is somewhat pricier than some other tools on the market. While we think the price is justified given the capabilities and benefits of the tool, we could see smaller teams or startup companies finding the price a bit hard to swallow. Occasional Performance Lags: We experienced a few lags while using Ziflow, especially when working with larger files during peak usage times. With an extremely intuitive interface, and compatibility with many file types, I can create, track and update my proofs with minimal effort. The email integration works well and allows me to keep tabs on my projects without having to actively babysit each proof. We use Ziflow daily, and it's probably onen of the easiest parts of my day. When switching from our previous proofing software, the Ziflow team met with me on a Zoom call, and helped integrate our old contact lists so we didn't lose important data. They made getting started very easy. **What do you dislike about Ziflow?** I haven't had a situation yet where I found Ziflow lacking. Often times we have campaigns that contain multiple pieces and utilize varying file formats. Ziflow's ability to combine different files into one proof on the fly saves me the time of having to manually gather them into one document. Whether we need eyes on videos, promo graphics, emails, etc, Ziflow works with all the common filetypes one would find in a creative workflow. ### 24. We use this everyday for in our approval process. I like that there are options for full users that require licenses and options for those who do not need full access. **What do you dislike about Ziflow?** I would like Ziflow to be inside Monday.com so I don't have another app to deal with. Projects can get stuck with a user and Ziflow has a number of reminder options to accomidate those who require more notfications to act and others who don't. Getting going as a user is pretty easy, I was able to pick it up with two training sessions. There is a lot of clicking to get messages sent to different stages within a workflow and while the interface looks super clean, I am still struggling to get a grasp on how to upload proofs in a more efficient manner. **What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ziflow allows me to get feedback from mulitple teams on a timeline that works best for our team. I like that I can autlock stages when a stage has been active for a certain amount of time. I can easily track who has opened and who hasn't. I also love that I can tag comments and filter them accordingly, making a proof with 80+ comments seem less intimidating. ### 33. It is very easy to use and simple interface. I also like how you can feature multiple pages to review proofs and even call out the specific time stamps on videos. It's helped my coworkers and I communicate changes on all or various design. projects and in editing our website, it allowed us to get through projects and revise per the feedback much faster than the back and forth had we not called out the exact revisions through ziflows features. I find this especially useful while working remotely, since our team is spread out through multiple time zones and states. I highly recommend Ziflow, and encourage our team to continuously use it as part of our design feedback and approval process. I can honestly say I cant imagine our process without it and would preffer not to go without, so much that I would use it while freelancing. It also makes sharing the link for reviews super easy. **What do you dislike about Ziflow?** honestly, there's not a whole lot i dislike about ziflow, maybe that the cost can be a bit high when you require multiple users on various projects, which take up user slots, but its understandable. certain features also aren't available on all tiers, but again I guess that can be expected. **What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** using the shapes and arrows to highlight specific sections to be revised, and to call out once updated makes it super easy to spot the latest versions way faster than having to communicate changes verbally, it makes it easy for everyone on the team to see what changes have already been called out and for transparancy the progress being made, lessens the back and forth, and it helps us document all the previous versions as well so everyone can see every single revision version made and keep track of all the changes, and refer to previous versions as necessary. ### 38. We constantly have packaging changes and ontop of that we rebranded 34 of the skus. It can look a bit messy depending on the view type you are using or even if you are using continuous, it can look like a lot. It would be so helpful if you could group assets and label those groups in the proof to keep them more organized and make it easier to view. **What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ziflow allows us to proof all components of a digital campaign in one place. Other proofing software we have used in the past did not have options for web pages or videos. Being able to make custom templates so you don't have to go through the process of manually adding each team member is a huge time saver. The stage function also makes it easier to make sure the people that need to see the ziflow will see it when they need to. **What do you dislike about Ziflow?** The recent design overhaul changed somethings and may take some getting used to but new users won't be affaceted by this. It'll probably make things faster later. The public url button could be a bit more prominent. Also status could be updated to include the stage that last completed (Stage 1: Internal Review Complete, for example). **What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ziflow keeps everything organized and helps structure the review process. If I had to choose something I suppose it could be cheaper. **What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using Ziflow, our client would be the middle person taking changes and information from a manufacturer and also information and queries from their printer and then emailing this onto us. Bascially they were inundated with emails and phone calls and then the emails would be sent to us and thus need to be managed at our end. Very time consuming. Now everyone feeds into Ziflow which benefits our client and us by eliminating the above scenario. As an agency that needs to track and implement changes it is a much better way to manage projects. ### 43. Ziflow makes it so easy to get our projects where they need to be without any extra hassle! **What do you dislike about Ziflow?** There is nothing at this time that I am not satisfied with. **What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ziflow is solving the problem of when needing a document proofed we normally would email an editable pdf and share it with a proof reader then they would send us a new version back and we would have to go back to the original version to make edits. With Ziflow there is no back-and-forth sending different versions of a pdf risking things getting lost in translation. You're document or project is uploaded to Ziflow and people can go in and make proofing changes without all the extra hassle. We can see when edits were made when someone begins and the added feature of alerting us when they are complete is such a nice bonus. ### 44. Also, being able to see changes live via the helpful indicator in the top right corner makes things really interesting and fun. **What do you dislike about Ziflow?** I do not like the lack of a visual indicator to mark comments as complete, which makes commenting less efficient. It would also be helpful to have multiple flags that can be applied to each comment for filtering and sorting purposes. Our least technical users love Ziflow because it allows them to quickly markup documents and chat back and forth. My team loves it because they can quickly upload new versions and have a complete history of changes without having to search a bunch of emails. **What do you dislike about Ziflow?** Occasional technical issues like comment tags not being placed in their proper locations. The user interface can be overwhelming for new users and new admins - the UI could use a refresh to create better hierarchy of functions (or maybe make it customizable?) **What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem Ziflow solves for us is the number of stakeholders for projects that must provide feedback.
