It's pretty good and they are updating it. Clients don't always see that there is more pages in a given presentation. I feel the comments section could be differentiated better - colour coding to denote different users perhaps. **Recommendations to others considering Ziflow:** Very useful for editing/designing larger documents but seems a touch unnecessary for smaller design jobs - I still feel email is sufficient for that, although ideally I'd like a more professional means of doing just that. I dislike the lack of options like highlighting changes between versions. We used to have massive email chains with tons of back and forth and Ziflow essentially eliminated that. It's very easy to use and intuitive for the most part. And it's very easy to track ongoing projects client-by-client. Customer service is also excellent...when we first got started we definitely had some questions and they were very accessible and helpful. **What do you dislike about Ziflow?** Onboarding took a little longer than expected...there are steps to be learned for the proofing process that are mostly intuitive but it can be confusing at first. But the CS team was super accessible and answered all our questions...once our team was on the same page we were using this tool daily. **Recommendations to others considering Ziflow:** If you deal with a lot of client communication and need a more streamlined approvals process I definitely recommend you try Ziflow. **What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving the problem of communication being lost and balls being dropped because of back-and-forth emails. The benefit is that all feedback is in the same place and it's a lot easier to decipher exactly what clients want changed. ### 23. It helps maintain version control, especially with a large route that includes numerous people. **What do you dislike about Ziflow?** Setup of Ziflow routes definitely take more time than an email. When setting up a route, you can include a customized email for each stage on the route, but you can't include one customized email that applies to all stages. That means you are sometimes copying and pasting an email several time. Then, once a proof has been setup in Ziflow, it's difficult to adjust a route. For example, if a route doesn't go as planned, I spend even more time managing the route than before with email. Ziflow doesn't have a function where you can alert the entire team about a change to the route, or issue that popped up. Instead, when you back track on a route, or add a stage, I usually have to tell two or other people whats going on offline and manually manage things until we are back on track. **Recommendations to others considering Ziflow:** Take your time to test before deciding to move forward, in order to make sure if the software is right for you **What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ziflow allows for better tracking of proofs and version of control, but the tool isn't as flexible as it needs to be to save time and energy when routing proofs. **Official Response from Anthony Welgemoed:** > Thank you for the candid and detailed feedback!
