What do you like best about TinyURL?

What problems is TinyURL solving and how is that benefiting you?

From my experience with different URL shorteners, this one is definitely reliable; you don't worry about downtime when you need to create a tinyURL or, more critically yet, share your past ones with a collaborator or a prospect. "Horrible Billing Practices & Zero Customer Service"

What do you like best about TinyURL?

The ability to shorten URL's and track how many clicks it has are the only real features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TinyURL?

Their billing practices reflect how they actually feel about their customers. For over a year, I have paid monthly at $12.99/month. Recently my credit card expired, and I updated it. When I updated it, TinyURL charged me for an entire YEAR at once at $119.88 instead of $12.99. At first, it wasn't a huge deal; I figured they would correct it and refund the additional 11 months. NOPE! Not even close. First, there is NO NUMBER to reach them. The number listed on my credit card for this transaction is a Google Voice number that is no longer in service. Google Voice??? Really. That's the same service the scammers trying to sell me a warranty on a car I sold 12 years ago use. So it forces you to go into your TinyURL account and submit a ticket. I submitted the ticket over two months ago. TWO MONTHS AGO! I have responded to that ticket three times, but they have never responded. NOT ONCE.

You can get an accurate idea of how good or bad a company is the moment there is an issue that needs resolution. If you use these clowns, pray nothing ever goes wrong that affects your business because they will completely ignore you.

Also, when you need to add your domain to your account, it doesn't work as seamlessly as they lead you to believe it does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TinyURL?

TinyURL is very easy to use, and it provides a user-friendly website. You can easily insert a long url, and it will come back with a short one. It also allows you to create your own alias instead of the generic ones they generate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TinyURL?

At some point, they were updating the website, and there were a lot of errors when using the shorting option. They also didn't have the option to track link history. What do you like best about TinyURL?

The most helpful thing and what I like most about tinyurl is that I no longer send boring website links to my customers or for product campaign. Also, tinyurl gives Analytics of link clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's really noting not helpful about tinyurl. But of course there are downsidi, one of it is that scammers can easily mask links to drive traffic to their sites. What's there to dislike? It's brilliant software which does what it is supposed to do. More than half of Url shortener apps on the market do not work, or even if they do link its opens if something different. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tinyurl is the best and most effective URL shortener in Markit. Its interface is easy to use, one gets work done effectively and fast. I mainly use tiny URLs in my office communication to send URLs in a smart and sophisticated manner by saving the embarrassment of sending lengthy URLs which cover up the whole chat.
