This way, We have been able to filter out candidates basis their scores and take them to the final interviews with panels. This has reduced time for our recruiters in manually screening the candidates and also having bigger pool of candidates to do filteration from. **What do you dislike about Talview?** As of now, Talview has been very beneficial for our hiring requirements and we haven't seen any downside of the platform as we have been using Talview for candidate filtration only. **What problems is Talview solving and how is that benefiting you?** When 100s of candidates applying for open positions, It becomes very difficult to screen and assess all candidates on pen and paper or via G-sheets and it used to be very time consuming. With Talview in picture, we are able to screen and assess all candidates by inviting them to take up assessment and then seeing the report of all of them in one file. THis has reduced our time to filter out candidates. Even for campus recruitments which used to take 3-5 days for entire process to be completed, with Talview its only taking around 1 day for the entire process. ### 3. I like that we were able to configure data based on business needs. I like the weekly meetings to share updates. i like the weekly reports that are shared. **What do you dislike about Talview?** Validating data/benchmark and weight of certain competencies has maybe been the most challenging aspect of this experience. This is moreso due to hiring managers on our business side not completing interview guides. Another concern is confirming that there are in fact no biases towards candidates that do complete Talview assessments. I believe this is due to our unique use case.
