What do you like best about Syften?
Fast notifications straight to a slack channel. I use Syften to keep track of whenever or company or competitor gets mentioned online in forums or reddit so that we can help out as soon as possible. The speed at which we get an email or slack notification of an online message has been great. Often as soon as something is posted.
Support has also been outstanding. Never really had a problem with the app itself, but instead got tons of help fine tuning our watch terms.
Syften is a great Google Alerts alternative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Syften?
No noticeable downsides so far. Wish we could get Quora alerts, but that seems to be a restriction caused by Quora's site itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
