It's easy and intuitive to use and looks great. When I have a problem the support staff are able to resolve my issues relatively quickly. I love how Softr easily connects to the many different apps I use, including Airtable and Fillout for forms. I also LOVE how they lowered the price because it's expensive running a business. I like the AI features but I don't really use them because I have a lot of moving parts on my pages and I need to be able to precisely control thing, which Softr gives me the option to do which I like. The only thing that has bothered me is that I've been building a site over this past year and the blocks have been updating without notice and they have been replacing blocks rather than just adding and the blocks they had in the past were more useful than the ones they've replaced them with. I have had to try pray I didn't delete old blocks in my project to be able to duplicate them across pages because the new blocks don't work for what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very user friendly interface which allows for a very flexible website build, structure, which now features many AI powered customization tools. The AI is set to be improved and refined but it already helped me make many great additions to my homepage (Visit petergrigorian.com) and my proprietary internal webpage.

The Softr features great integration capabilities, especially integration with Airtable which is crucial to me since my entire database is stored there.

Softr also has a very reliable support team - they recently helped me out with connecting my domain, as well as a couple times when I had troubles or questions, the AI chatbot or their actual employees were right there to help me out.

The user experience inside the builder is pretty sleek and accessible. I can confidently state that from all website builders I ever had on my hands, Softr was the easiest one to learn and actually deploy. The changes are stored easily, website updates fast with the new changes. Even at very hard tasks as f.e. generating a big heavy block which relies on pulling data from my database with AI does take time but it is flawless.

The pricing of Softr is a bit over exaggerated and a little bit inaccessible, but with how many awesome tools they deliver on a free plan user as me, and with them recently introducing the 50% discount for non-profit and students I'm probably going to switch to an edu discount since I'm currently a student Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Also the design flexibility is a bit whacky (I feel like there should be a way to change the entire design of a website with AI since currently AI changes do apply to designs but only to the block which you currently have selected which is not very convenient since you need a fluid design language throughout the whole webpage. I like how quickly I can turn an idea into a live, mobile-friendly app without writing code. Softr’s clean blocks, simple data connection (Google Sheets/Airtable), and ready-made pages let me launch a professional-looking biotech hub in hours, not weeks. The free plan has limits on users and branding, and some advanced features (custom domains, deeper customization, more complex workflows) require upgrading. I think Softr could improve by offering more community involvement and opportunities for sharing learning. The most helpful thing about Softr is the speed at which ideas can be turned into working solutions. As someone who is not a developer, I was able to build a supplier portal connected to Make.com and automate large parts of our communication process. It’s easy to use and very user-friendly, and the AI Assistant is genuinely helpful. I only had to write a very specific prompt, and I was rewarded with a really beautiful app. I was able to make my customizations with the AI Assistant, and also by going into the database and backend, which was very straightforward. Softr has evolved to be one of the best full-stack app builders out there. It doesn't stop at that but also reached a point where AI capabilities have been really emphasized. Being able to build an app, whether it's vibe-coded or not, has never been easier with Softr. They have all the building blocks needed to make a software ready for usage - database, workflows, interface, AI, vibe code, you name it, they have it.

The interface is very intuitive and easy to use for the building process. They're working tirelessly to enable integrations through Softr Workflows + Rest API so that businesses can integrate their current system. With Softr Databases, the performance and speed have improved exponentially. Moreover, the pricing is very competitive considering all the features they offer.

I love that Softr is very easy to use and set up. The AI system effectively guided me to develop an amazing client portal with a simple prompt. It is highly customizable, which I value immensely, since other software tends to be clunky with features I don't need. I am impressed by the design and functionality, which allow for uploading documents and invoices, showing dashboards with pertinent information, online payment systems, and even onboarding instructions. The AI feature is excellent, and it supports a full-service experience. The customizability stands out because I'm able to display exactly the information I want by creating extra columns in the database.
