**What do you like best about Softools?**

The ease of learning the software
The ease of reproducing business processes within their applications
The ability to reproduce a governance
The ease to undertake database management
API connections

**What do you dislike about Softools?**

The lack of components to configure the UX (font, colour, size etc)
The lack of accessing all documents stored onto the platform from one single place (each doc is available one by one)
