What do you like best about Signitic?

The UX of Signitic is incredibly efficient and well thought out: simple, aesthetic, modern, and focused on the essentials. Everything seems designed to guide the user while empowering them. What do you dislike about Signitic?

The main point of frustration is less about the tool itself and more about the time required to fully exploit its possibilities. Some advanced features, such as integration with Salesforce or fine-tuning campaigns by user or population, are interesting but require significant investment in configuration and monitoring. As a result, we have not yet fully exploited the potential of Signitic internally. The ROI could be even better with more time dedicated, support, or automation on these advanced uses. What problems is Signitic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Signitic allows us to maintain consistent email signatures for everyone, without letting each person modify them in their own way. We can also quickly launch visual campaigns under the signatures, for the entire organization or just certain groups. It's simple, practical, and saves us time on a daily basis. "Effortless Email Signature Management with Stellar Integration"

What do you like best about Signitic?

I really like how Signitic is super easy to use and gets rid of the hassle of dealing with HTML errors in email signatures. Its ability to sync directly with my Microsoft 365 tenants is a standout feature for me. Signitic also makes it simple to customize email signatures to fit my branding, which is important for my companies. I appreciate the ability to track analytics from my email signatures, especially seeing if a potential customer clicks on a link. This tracking information can be thrown into AI for further optimization, which is something I couldn't do before. I also like that it's extremely easy to deploy across a company with multiple employees, and I don't have to train anyone on how to install custom HTML signatures since it syncs directly with both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. What do you like best about Signitic?

The handling is quick even for a non-tech user, without the need for support or training. The UX/UI design is optimized, and the integration with Microsoft Outlook is done quickly and smoothly. The integration of AI is also a real plus.

The solution helps to reduce the workload for generating campaigns in employees' signatures, while facilitating the tracking of ROI and the number of clicks generated per employee.

What do you like best about Signitic?

I find Signitic very easy to use, and I like that we can keep everyone on brand and uniformed at just a click of a button. It didn't take us too long to set up, and it's really useful in aligning everything in a streamlined process. What do you dislike about Signitic?

There were some minor issues at the start simply because we are Mac users. However, they were solved quite quickly utilizing the support documentation and calls with Signitic directly. What do you like best about Signitic?

Setting up this product was straightforward, and it integrates seamlessly with Microsoft. The interface is user-friendly, making it simple to create and manage signatures on a regular basis. The weekly email with the statistics is very useful for monitoring the signatures. I also found the support team to be excellent, providing quick and helpful responses. What do you dislike about Signitic?

In the statistics, you can currently only view the number of clicks. However, it would be helpful if the number of opens was also available, as this would allow for the calculation of the click-through rate (CTR). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool enables our customer-facing teams to include a personalized signature that highlights a particular campaign (whether that be for a webinar, an event, or a new piece of content), all while maintaining their standard email format without any disruption.
