**What do you like best about RoboForm?**

It  helps me keep all my daily work logins and account details properly organized without making the login process complicated. I recently started using it, It makes daily online work feel more smooth because important accounts stays easy to access from one place. i work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media and online awareness work, so during regular work i use many different platforms for scheduling, online forms, clinic management, presentations, meetings, payment related work, document handling and educational content tasks. roboForm helps manage all these accounts in a more easy and organized way during busy work hours.

setup was simple and I was able to start using it without much difficulty. I use it very frequently during daily work because browser extension, quick login and autofill feature saves good amount of time. Login process becomes much faster and I dont need to type passwords again and again while switching between different work platforms and websites. I also like password saving, password generator and password organization features because when many accounts are stored together, finding the correct login becomes much easier. Folder management and search feature is also useful for keeping clinic work, educational work and content related accounts more organized. Along with passwords, I also keep some work related notes, payment details and important account information saved, so things stay properly managed from one place.

performance has been smooth for regular use and loading speed is also good most of the time. Sync and autofill usually works properly without creating confusion during work. RoboForm also gives useful security features like stronger password suggestions and secure login storage, which is important when handling many work accounts daily. Even after saving many logins, the interface still feels simple and not too confusing. overall, RoboForm has been very useful for managing work accounts, educational platforms and regular online work in a more organized, secure and time saving way.

**What do you dislike about RoboForm?**

autofill works well most of the time, but on some websites I still need to manually select the correct saved login. mobile app works fine for basic use, but when many accounts are saved together, searching and managing everything from mobile can feel little less comfortable compared to desktop use. sometimes when internet connection is slow, syncing between devices can take little extra time to fully update recent saved logins or changes. It usually fixes automatically after some time, but I noticed it occasionally during work.

**What problems is RoboForm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its helping me manage all my work related logins, passwords and account details in a more organized way from one place. During daily work I use many different platforms for clinic management, online forms, scheduling, presentations, meetings, document related work and educational content tasks, so handling account access properly is important during busy work hours. it helps save time because login process becomes much faster with autofill and quick login features. i dont need to manually type passwords again and again while switching between different work platforms and websites during regular work. Search and folder organization also helps keep accounts easy to manage when many logins are stored together.

RoboForm also helps me keep important account details, notes and payment related information more properly organized and easy to access whenever needed. Password generator and secure login storage also gives better security for important work accounts and educational platforms.

another benefit is multi device access and browser integration. I can access saved logins from different devices during clinic work and educational content work without creating confusion. Overall, RoboForm helps make daily online work more organized, secure and time saving while managing many work accounts together.

**What do you like best about RoboForm?**

The best part is the form filler. While most tools only save passwords, RoboForm is increadibly good at filling in entire address and credit card forms perfectly. The admin console is also easy to use and great because it make it very simple to give or remove access for employees whenever our team changes.

**What do you dislike about RoboForm?**

The biggest downside is the old fashioned design. The app looks a bit dated compared to newer tools, which can make it feel "Clunky" when you first start using it. Also, syncing can sometimes require a manual click on older devices and free version is very limited if you want to use it across both your phone and computer.

**What problems is RoboForm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RoboForm stops the danger of using weak or reused passwords across our company. It gives us a secure vault to store and share logins, which keeps our bussiness data safe from hackers. It also saves my team a lot of time by automatically filling the long and complex forms with just one click.

**What do you like best about RoboForm?**

The saving of logins and auto-form filling feature with password generator.  Everything is in one place.  Also, every web site is different (some want special symbols, some don't, some force a special symbol, etc).  Now I don't need to track every web site's rules about passwords.  Best thing I can take it with me and not need to rely on a paper list or excel sheet for the passwords.

**What do you dislike about RoboForm?**

The email authentication would have been a problem because I was setting up on a new computer.  Fortunately I have remote PC so I was able to check my email remotely, get the code, then flip back and enter it.  The email browser authentication is good, and I have used it, but if I could have sent a code to the cell phone as a second option this would have been easier.  Maybe there is this option but I did not find it.

**What problems is RoboForm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We eliminated the use of sticky notes (easy to lose) and Excel spreadsheets (easy to get compromised) to keep track of passwords.

**What do you like best about RoboForm?**

I love RoboForm because it gives me peace of mind when sharing passwords with my team. It makes it much easier to change passwords whenever necessary without having to share the actual password. Team members can access systems without ever knowing the password, which increases both security and practicality. The centralized control is great, especially when you need to revoke access or change privileges. I have been using the service for over 3 years, and it has always met our needs very well.

**What do you dislike about RoboForm?**

Although it's a great tool, I think the interface could be more modern and intuitive. Sometimes the integration process with specific applications can be a bit tricky. It would also be interesting to have more options for access

**What do you like best about RoboForm?**

RoboForm has made password management simple for our whole team. It’s easy to share credentials securely, and the admin console gives clear visibility into who has access to what. The browser integration works smoothly, and the autofill is reliable. I also like that it supports both individual and team vaults, so users can manage their own passwords while IT keeps control over shared ones.

**What do you dislike about RoboForm?**

There isn’t much to complain about, but the interface can feel a little dated compared to newer password managers. The admin portal could use a few more bulk management options, especially when onboarding or removing users. Occasionally, the browser extension needs a refresh after updates, but nothing that breaks workflow. Overall, the pros far outweigh these small issues.

RoboForm solved the constant headache of managing shared credentials across multiple systems and locations. Before, we spent too much time resetting forgotten passwords or tracking them in spreadsheets. **What do you like best about RoboForm?**

I’ve used Roboform since 2017 and still rely on the Family version today across PC, Mac, Android, and iPhone. It just works. My logins, identities, and notes stay perfectly in sync no matter where I am. I can trust it to fill forms, remember passwords, and keep everything secure, so I never have to stress about forgotten credentials. It’s reliable for myself and my family, and honestly, I can't imagine my digital life without it.

**What do you dislike about RoboForm?**

Honestly, not much. Even with Bitwarden as another layer of security, I still pay for Roboform simply because it’s so seamless and dependable. If I have any complaint, it’s just wishing for even more customization with the family sharing features, but that’s minor compared to how well it works.

**What problems is RoboForm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes away all the hassle of password management. On every device, for every family member. No matter where I’m working or what device I pick up, my data is safe, synced, and instantly accessible. Roboform has become the backbone of my online security routine, and paying for it feels completely justified.

**What do you like best about RoboForm?**

I like that I can use RoboForm on my mobile phone or computer and share it with my colleagues. I appreciate being able to share passwords across different devices without being tied to a single one.

**What do you dislike about RoboForm?**

I find saving the passwords or when the passwords are updated to be problematic. I also have multiple logins for the same website, which is annoying. It would be better if RoboForm could recognize when it's the same website and update the login by default instead of creating another one.

RoboForm saves me from manually typing logins and passwords, and I can use it across my mobile and computer, sharing with colleagues easily.

**What do you like best about RoboForm?**

What I value most about RoboForm is its seamless integration across various devices and browsers. It’s incredibly convenient to have all my passwords, personal information, and payment details securely stored and readily available wherever I go.

**What do you dislike about RoboForm?**

One issue I have encountered is that the autofill feature occasionally has difficulty, especially on less common websites or forms with more complex layouts. Although this is not a significant problem, it can be a bit frustrating at times. Nevertheless, RoboForm remains my password manager of choice due to its reliable performance and user-friendly interface.

RoboForm offers an effective way to manage passwords by safely keeping all my login credentials, personal information, and payment details in one encrypted vault. This means I no longer have to memorize numerous passwords or repeatedly enter my information when completing forms.

**What do you like best about RoboForm?**

It reliably captures and fills credentials. I can setup different form fills for work and home. I can manage records on the web, desktop and mobile.

**What do you dislike about RoboForm?**

The mobile app sometimes struggles to work with other apps for filling credentials. It can be sometimes difficult to dial in the right settings to not get prompted for a master password all the time.

**What problems is RoboForm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one place to securely store credentials and other important notes that avoids lock-in from a single hardware vendor (Google, Samsung, Apple, etc.) is very helpful.
