Easy to use for the recruiter, the candidate and the references Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not dislike anything but I highly recommend users understanding how to build projects before launching the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like Refapp for its simplicity and speed. It really made the process of conducting a background check much quicker and more efficient without the need for installing a massive software package. The setup was very, very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

/ The Refapp Team
We have been using Refapp since they were relatively new to the market in Sweden. As a big staffing and recruitment company conducting a significant number of reference checks annually across various roles — high volumes, specialist and executive positions, public and private sectors — Refapp has been invaluable. Their quick service, responsiveness to new trends, and strong focus on data security for both candidates and references are crucial for us. We are very satisfied with Refapp as a product and partner in reference checking. Our hundreds of users have consistently found the system easy to use, and references appreciate the convenience of providing feedback at their own pace, rather than scheduling lengthy calls. Candidates also find it easy to provide references, with much of the process automated yet customizable to feel personal and controlled. We are very pleased with Refapp's service and guidance in helping us improve and reduce bias in our reference checking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While we are highly satisfied with Refapp, there is always room for improvement. We would appreciate even more customization options and further enhancements in automation to streamline our processes even more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Refapp has been a game-changer for our hiring process. The onboarding with Niklas was fantastic, the ATS integration is smooth, and the features are incredibly user-friendly. It's dramatically reduced our time to hire. Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing negative so far. We are located in the US and sometimes the time zones may be a slight factor, but the team goes out of their way to make it happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing, everything worked very smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I greatly appreciate the user-friendliness for both recruiters, candidates, and referees, along with it being an efficient system for reference checking, both for volume recruitments and for individual projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing special I can think of right now other than that we don't have any integration with Refapp to our business system, which is something I miss. Refapp is working on it and they are not the ones holding it back. Otherwise, they have very good support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Refapp saves time and enables our HR department to work on tasks other than "chasing" references. The reliability is high and the alerts for potential "fraud" work great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have used Refapp for just over two months and are very satisfied, therefore we have nothing to remark on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
