As a big staffing and recruitment company conducting a significant number of reference checks annually across various roles — high volumes, specialist and executive positions, public and private sectors — Refapp has been invaluable. Their quick service, responsiveness to new trends, and strong focus on data security for both candidates and references are crucial for us. We are very satisfied with Refapp as a product and partner in reference checking. Refapp is working on it and they are not the ones holding it back. The response rate is good and we also see that the responses come in relatively quickly. So we have to use Refapps' own application. **What problems is Refapp solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don’t have to call our references multiple times anymore. Thanks to Refapp, we can send our questionnaire, and if they want to speak to us directly, they suggest dates that work for them. It saves us a lot of time. ### 13.
