## Raygun Reviews
  ### 1. Great product to log the exceptions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khanh N. | Senior Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

Raygun shows clear information to help us resolve the bug quickly. It is easy to integrate with our system to send the error log to Raygun and use it to figure out the issue.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

I don't like the navigation when opening a bug details. I can not see all same exceptions on grid. Only have the button to navigate one-by-one exceptions to look up information related to that exception.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Raygun to log the exception information (stack trace) in our app. With that information, we figure out what exactly the issue easy and quickly resolve the issue.

  ### 2. Fast and Effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barrett F. | Technical Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

The ease of use is excellent. We simply enter the environment/database we are using that is having an issue, and it will give us a rundown of what the issue is. Most of the time it is something that will point us to the fix.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

The only real complaint that I have is that when you search, if you don't put the exact name of the database in it will come back with all the similarly named ones that have an error, and it is hard to differentiate.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not had any real issue with Raygun; it always seems to work. The benefits are that I can run the error, and 90% of the time, I can figure it out without going to someone else.

  ### 3. Smooth, Easy-to-Navigate Interface

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lacey J. | Marketing coordinator, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

The smooth interface of the layout and how easy it is to use and navigate around.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

The only thing I found that I disliked is how slow it sometimes takes to sign in!

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me with tracking any bugs

  ### 4. " it's functionality keeps me top of the error logs"

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ujjwal P. | Software Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

Overall it helped me to find errors by tracking and debugging with multiple monitoring systems. For better healthy outcomes it is very helpful to give alerts about errors.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

Raygun needs to have a configured system for easy setup otherwise it could not work properly.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Raygun helped me to work on my application iMeetup by error reporting which is still under implementation process. Here it helped me to offer user metrics and monitoring but I used it for error reporting. It helped me to bring on top of error logs and also gives alerts about occurring problems.

  ### 5. Raygun

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stelios K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

What I love most about Raygun is its ability to provide real-time alerts and notifications, so I can stay on top of any issues that may arise and address them immediately. This has helped me to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that my applications are running smoothly at all times.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

One issue that some users may encounter with Raygun is the cost of the software. The pricing structure can be a bit complex and may be cost-prohibitive for smaller businesses or startups with limited budgets. Some users have also expressed frustration with the lack of customization options for certain features, which can limit the flexibility of the software for some use cases.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the primary problems that Raygun is solving is helping businesses to identify and diagnose errors and performance issues in their applications quickly. Raygun's real-time error tracking and reporting features allow businesses to identify and prioritize errors based on their impact on the application's overall performance and user experience.

  ### 6. A brilliant tool that has helped debugging and developing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel H. | Technical Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

We have been using Raygun for several years and it has been brilliant.

We have Raygun set up in all of our dev environments and it has been easy to setup and it's our "go-to" tool if an error occours.

It has been the first thing we implement in all of our solutions for error tracking.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

My only downside to Raygun is that I have noticed that when looking at a particular exception with a large amount of exceptions it can be hard to find a specific exception - would be nice if there was a graph similar to the one on crash reporting main screen that the user can use to select specific time frames to see error count rather than going back to the crash reporting main page to change the date time.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Raygun has allowed us to find exceptions easier, find all the information of a stack trace and monitor how well a release/ solution is doing by monitroing the amount of new/existing exeptions being throw.

  ### 7. First class tool for exception tracking in applications

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua G. | Senior Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

When using Raygun I love how easy it is to go from finding a bug to being able to see what exactly is causing the issue. Before Raygun, finding the cause of exceptions in our applications was proving a nightmare. Once we added Raygun to the mix, having the ability to look at the stack trace is brilliant. Generally the grouping has been pretty handy to know how often a given issue has occured as well as when.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

I'm unsure of the entire feature set if I'm honest. I think that could be a bit clearer, as I'm aware of the exception handling capabilities but anything else Raygun can do for me I'm unsure of.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As said above, prior to Raygun we were struggling to see where issues were being caused in our applications. Raygun has unlocked that knowledge for us now and allows us to resolve issues quicker than we had before.

  ### 8. Effective, efficient, easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip U. | Senior Developer / Team Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

It is so helpful to see what exceptions have been occurring, but logging these on clients' computers is nowhere near as effective as seeing them collated in Raygun in almost real time.
The interface is clean and effective and to the point - easier to use than Microsoft's Application Insights or similar.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

I don't understand the difference between marking errors as "Resolved" or "Ignored" as they both seem to behave the same - if the error re-occurs, they pop the error back in the "Active" tab.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instant visibility over all errors, and how often they have been occurring, has brought the information to me, and in a nice collated table, instead of my having to log into clients' servers and retrieve the information and collate it.
Consequently, we have been able to jump on significant errors before users could even log a call with us.

  ### 9. More than fitteen years of programming

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duong C. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

View detailed error information and good UI

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

Currently, no bad points have been found

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Raygun helps to solve serious errors quickly

  ### 10. Powerful tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie S. | Senior SaaS Technical Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

I like the Customers tab. It's a quick and easy way to find errors that happened to specific people and there is a lot of information there. I particularly like the raw data and the ability to see how many times/users an error happened to.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

I think that it hasn't been fully set up by my company so I can only use parts of it. Not a product complaint but our infrastructure team would have more to say about this.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Really just the answers to question 1. There are some infrastructure alerts set up through Raygun and some incident tracking is done through there but that's more infrastructure stuff that usually doesn't apply for support issues.

  ### 11. Excellent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordy G. | software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

I like the UX/UI to see the issues in the endpoints, the way how to raygun split the applicants, apply filters, create dashboards, and most important the stack trace of the issue.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

I would like to track the server errors logs level because for instance when something goes wrong I need to check AWS cloud watch and then raygun to figure out where the issue is, it could be excellent to have these log only in raygun

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Detect potential issues in my endpoints, generating a report where it shows the occurrences and numbers of users affected, also the details of each issue with helpful information to solve the issue as soon as possible.

  ### 12. Comprehensive tool for error reporting in .NET applications

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin G. | Chief Operating Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

Raygun makes it really easy to log errors for all of our different applications. There are also a ton of hooks for customizing error logs and the ability to choose what notifications I want is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

There is not much that I don't like, the only thing I can think is sometimes the user management can be a little confusing, but once it is setup it works well.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Raygun makes it easy to do error reporting. They also offer user metrics and infrastructure monitoring but we have primarily used it for error reporting. It has helped us centralize our error logs and get notified (without getting bombarded) of critical issues.

  ### 13. Raygun is straight forward error reporting - painless install and setup process and good pricing.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca H. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

The .NET integration is great. This tool helps us track, find and repair bugs quickly and easily.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

Sometimes the grouping is off - we get errors reported on one URL that are occurring in a different place but tripping a similar exception.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We just changed our whole stack from ASP .NET to .NET6 and raygun has been incredibly helpful in helping us track the new bugs introduced by the framework change. Turns out, .NET6 is so much faster, we have a whole new set of errors to find and fix.

  ### 14. Awesome service from raygun for monitoring our platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruairi T. | Head Of Design & User Experience, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

Immediate notification and visibility for all users of exceptions found by raygun, visibility as an MS teams alert

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

Not to many downsides to be honest, we get a few flags during synthetics but we have upskilled enough as to know when genuine alerts are raised

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unknown issues in our api services that are immediatly brought to our attention for the dev team to work on.

  ### 15. Great Bug Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

My favorite piece of raygun is being able to search for errors across our different applications by a specific user's criteria. Sometimes I don't know why something is going wrong but I can pinpoint who was behind it, and Raygun fills in the gaps.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

Sometimes the message is more clear than the exception, so it might be nice to be able to view both from the main grid instead of having to click in for more details.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm constantly handling support for all types of errors, the known and the unknown kind, so Raygun allows me to instantly hone in on what's happening so that we can solve the issue or send it up the ladder with enough evidence to prove the issue is happening.

  ### 16. It just works!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony G. | Software developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

I have fairly simple needs but getting a fullstack trace for winforms makes life super easy.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

I would like slightly more control over how excessive error throttling works. I love that it stops logging to avoid high bills but i'd like to set that threshold

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testing new software during development RayGun is a lifesaver at catching unexpected errors. In the real world, getting detailed info on unhandled errors often means i have fixed a problem before the client even knew there was an issue.

  ### 17. Tam Norris Raygun review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

The only thing I use it for at Bionic is checking errors for services when I am testing tickets and investigating incidents. I can then report these to the developers. It is really useful for this.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

I can't really think of anything. I am probably not using all its capabilities so don't know if it has limitations in other area's. I know that we are moving away from the use of this tool and using NewRelic for our alerting and monitoring but not sure what the reasons were behind this decision.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As stated earlier it is useful when testing changes to services and there is a failure. I can often find the error in Raygun and provide this to the developers.

  ### 18. A great tool for us to find issues we never knew we had and understand our users issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stuart M. | Business Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

New error alerts are great and it means you don't get spammed by multiple occurances of the same error.
We have remote non technical users and this tool allows us to quickly narrow down the problems that they report.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

We have not really found a downside yet.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding silent errors, great tools to see where our code is not working. A great support tool to see what is effecting our users as we can search by user.

  ### 19. Helpful tool for many areas of crash reporting, but some issues with the APM.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew T. | Development Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

The ability to match errors in the crash reporter with users and create issues directly from those. Helpful for devs and support alike.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

The APM agent doesn't work well with our code stack so we had to disable it - not getting value for money. The filter system is also a bit janky.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quicker liason between customer support and devs who would resolve those issues.
Also allows for a certain level of monitoring which we can report on.

  ### 20. Helpful online system for exception handling

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

Instant error messaging and report on website. I like how it allows users to create and manage applications easily. Helpful documentation about code integration for most languages.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

Needs work on webhook reports. Unfortunately, they seem to be late in most cases and sometimes do not even come to their destination. It would be great if on-premise Azure integration were available since many companies nowadays like to keep things private.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

API is a good thing that Raygun started. I am looking forward to more integration regarding errors and applications. I started integrating API with our own, so our company can use real-time data to raise issues and solve them quickly.

  ### 21. Realiable Error Reporting Software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

Clean and configurable dashboards.
Very good SLA which is crucial in this kind of software
Constantly being developed

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

One of the most significant disadvantages of Raygun was the way that unpredicted error spikes were handled. Meaning they could eat up all capacity for entire month.
Luckily that's been addressed some time ago which was the most important update from my company perspective.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Raygun provides us nice and clan view on what is happening on our system.
Alerting system allows to catch and handle unpredicted behaviors quickly.
That of course has an impact on our customers experience who can enjoy stable platform for most of the time.

  ### 22. Concise tool, does exactly what is required of it.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yuval K. | Devops, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

the tool provides visibility into the error we have when our clients access our core website. it has other capabilities which we are considering to use as well.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

nothing just yet, as we use a very specific set of capabilities. will consider using APM features if they are available.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

raygun provides us with alerting and visibility into errors on the client side of our application.

  ### 23. Good for error catching

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

I like how I can see the breadcrumbs for each individual error and the timing of each, how many users are affected, etc. It's also nice to be able to see what version each error is affecting.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

Sometimes the breadcrumbs do not show up well. It would be nice to automatically reprocess the sourcemaps in order to get an accurate reading of what the actual error is.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Raygun is solving the problem of error catching and error handling. It allows us to go in every week in order to see what our most pertinent problems are and how to fix them.

  ### 24. Raygun for Javascript Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin B. | Software developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

I love that all erros are captures, and that meta data is captured allbg with it, such as breadcrumbs and user info.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

How errors are tracked across versions of our project, can take some time to filter and review. Our usecase is a litle special, as its a cordova app

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking bugs in production, and instilling confidence in our releases

  ### 25. Clear interface with a lot of information for troubleshoot problems

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martino B. | IT consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

The details level of the logger errors in Crash reporting
The real user monitoring with web vitals
The customer's page with all the navigation info of all logged customers

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

The 'search customer' input field should search with a like condition...currently you have to type the exact name of the customer

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real user monitoring, crash reporting, analytics on user experience metrics

  ### 26. Raygun is an easy to use "plug and play" crash reporting service.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

Easy to integrate with and easy to review the reports. It takes the burden off of our support having to retrieve logs from the customers and instead just pushing the important information straight to engineering.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

The max size on the crash reports. We can only report the tail end of our custom logging, which sometimes is not enough information. It doesn't integrate with Azure DevOps either.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Raygun is helping us to gain insights into crashes that our customers are experiencing but not communicating to us. It also reduces the need to ask the customer to retrieve logs.

  ### 27. Raygun error tracking experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asif S. | Dev ops engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

Raygun gives you complete detail of inner exception and is presented neatly to understand what cause the error.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

Most of the times , errors displayed are not instant , it could be some sorting or filtering issue

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shows details on which class/function threw error, occurences, which user was faced this issue , which browser , etc

  ### 28. Very easy to use. And gives good overview of errors

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonio G. | Account Manger, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

Graphs and simplicity of the application.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

There is not anything, in particular, I don't dislike. In my opinion this is a great application, and there is not anything I would add or improve

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Raygun is great for solving server-side issues and application errors. It is an excellent tool for troubleshooting.

  ### 29. A Blast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

It's easy to set up and simple to use. It covers all of our basic needs.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

In terms of billing, it lacks in letting the client a way to tune how things work. It would be nice if, to some extent, we could control on-demand and adjust spike protection settings (max errors/minutes, hard $bill limit, multiple stages spike protection, ...).

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having dozens of applications running on dozen servers, Raygun permits us to centralize our reporting. It makes following errors easier and tracking their resolutions for every developer.

  ### 30. Easy to use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | Software Engiuneer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

I dont miss any Exception including Stacktrace of our customers which is really great.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

exceptions are limited to the last 6 months. 1 year whould be better.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

thanks to raygun, we can fix exceptions before our customers really realize that something went wrong

  ### 31. Great Product and Great Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

I have used the product for several years across several websites, and I specifically like the following:
- How easy it is to set up
- The automatic alerts work perfectly
- Slack integration is nice
- The documentation provided is great
- Interactions with customer support have been easy and prompt over the years.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

I wish Raygun supported log streaming. Seems like a natural addition to the existing product lineup.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily use Raygun for error tracking and notification.

  ### 32. Excellent monitoring tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

Plenty of features to get excited about.
Following the trail within Crash Reporting really helps debugging. From a Product POV the Real User Monitoring gives us very useful stats on who our customers are and the kit they're on. The relatively recent addition of Alerting is also excellent to help proactively manage services.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

Only seem to have 2 months worth of data - don't know if that's a subscription thing but would like more historical data.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Debugging issues, customer insights for product decisions and QA strategy is very useful

  ### 33. Good tool for monitoring errors

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro B. | Full-Stack Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

The amount of details reported on the errors.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

It looks like a bit slow to track the instant events.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Raygun?**

It serves as a single repository for all crashes. The best thing I like is I can keep doing my work, and then when I decide to check on my crashes, I can do it in one go. It supports integration with Slack and Jira too which is wonderful. All crashes keep all the data which makes debugging a breeze.
I have configured this error logging functionality in my Spring Boot application such that I pass on all details of the HttpRequest itself. It is incredible tool for debugging. Even in testing environment, it saves a lot of time since I have http request with me and various filters - I can easily filter chaff from grain.

**What do you dislike about Raygun?**

There is no feature that I dislike. But would love to discover all new features the Raygun team can come up with.

**Recommendations to others considering Raygun:**

Please use it once before judging. The power of many features are felt only after one has had experience with them.

**What problems is Raygun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to track the performance of my application both in production and in stage environment.
Since the application works in a microservice environment, I can add custom data and tags. If the issue occurs in any other interacting service, I can easily manage it with other service's owner. I can assign and keep track of issues.
