"Fast and Effective"
What do you like best about Raygun?

The ease of use is excellent. We simply enter the environment/database we are using that is having an issue, and it will give us a rundown of what the issue is. Most of the time it is something that will point us to the fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raygun?

The only real complaint that I have is that when you search, if you don't put the exact name of the database in it will come back with all the similarly named ones that have an error, and it is hard to differentiate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"" it's functionality keeps me top of the error logs""
What do you like best about Raygun?

Overall it helped me to find errors by tracking and debugging with multiple monitoring systems. For better healthy outcomes it is very helpful to give alerts about errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raygun?

Raygun needs to have a configured system for easy setup otherwise it could not work properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Raygun"
What do you like best about Raygun?

What I love most about Raygun is its ability to provide real-time alerts and notifications, so I can stay on top of any issues that may arise and address them immediately. This has helped me to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that my applications are running smoothly at all times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raygun?

One issue that some users may encounter with Raygun is the cost of the software. The pricing structure can be a bit complex and may be cost-prohibitive for smaller businesses or startups with limited budgets. Some users have also expressed frustration with the lack of customization options for certain features, which can limit the flexibility of the software for some use cases. "A brilliant tool that has helped debugging and developing"
What do you like best about Raygun?

We have been using Raygun for several years and it has been brilliant.

We have Raygun set up in all of our dev environments and it has been easy to setup and it's our "go-to" tool if an error occours.

It has been the first thing we implement in all of our solutions for error tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raygun?

My only downside to Raygun is that I have noticed that when looking at a particular exception with a large amount of exceptions it can be hard to find a specific exception - would be nice if there was a graph similar to the one on crash reporting main screen that the user can use to select specific time frames to see error count rather than going back to the crash reporting main page to change the date time. "First class tool for exception tracking in applications"
What do you like best about Raygun?

When using Raygun I love how easy it is to go from finding a bug to being able to see what exactly is causing the issue. Before Raygun, finding the cause of exceptions in our applications was proving a nightmare. Once we added Raygun to the mix, having the ability to look at the stack trace is brilliant. Generally the grouping has been pretty handy to know how often a given issue has occured as well as when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raygun?

I'm unsure of the entire feature set if I'm honest. I think that could be a bit clearer, as I'm aware of the exception handling capabilities but anything else Raygun can do for me I'm unsure of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective, efficient, easy to use"
What do you like best about Raygun?

It is so helpful to see what exceptions have been occurring, but logging these on clients' computers is nowhere near as effective as seeing them collated in Raygun in almost real time.

The interface is clean and effective and to the point - easier to use than Microsoft's Application Insights or similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raygun?

I don't understand the difference between marking errors as "Resolved" or "Ignored" as they both seem to behave the same - if the error re-occurs, they pop the error back in the "Active" tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful tool"
What do you like best about Raygun?

I like the Customers tab. It's a quick and easy way to find errors that happened to specific people and there is a lot of information there. I particularly like the raw data and the ability to see how many times/users an error happened to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raygun?

I think that it hasn't been fully set up by my company so I can only use parts of it. Not a product complaint but our infrastructure team would have more to say about this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent"
What do you like best about Raygun?

I like the UX/UI to see the issues in the endpoints, the way how to raygun split the applicants, apply filters, create dashboards, and most important the stack trace of the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raygun?

I would like to track the server errors logs level because for instance when something goes wrong I need to check AWS cloud watch and then raygun to figure out where the issue is, it could be excellent to have these log only in raygun Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive tool for error reporting in .NET applications"
What do you like best about Raygun?

Raygun makes it really easy to log errors for all of our different applications. There are also a ton of hooks for customizing error logs and the ability to choose what notifications I want is really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raygun?

There is not much that I don't like, the only thing I can think is sometimes the user management can be a little confusing, but once it is setup it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
