There are a lot of features that we are very grateful to have, like class scheduling and database management. I also have found the customer service reps to be very responsive and helpful when I get stuck. **What do you dislike about Punchpass?** There are really only two areas I'd like to see improved...Email segmentation options and email design capabilities. I'd like to be able to "tag" customers with certain in-house terms, then email just those customers. And I often struggle to compose longer emails using punchpass, especially on a mobile device. The formatting is pretty limited and it's often difficult to hyperlink images, which I have to do because you can't embed videos. **What problems is Punchpass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Database managment, class scheduling. ### 2. The simple design allows for quick information presentation. Easy to use and implement. **What do you dislike about Punchpass?** I've encountered a few cases in which if you miss details on a new class, the page will refresh/reset and you would need to complete filling out details for each field again. **What problems is Punchpass solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are supporting this for a client. The program is very simple to train up staff to utilize. For a small studio, this is doing very well in customer management and setting up both scheduled and one time courses on the calendar. A great feature is that you can accept reservations and require a login to the site, based on your course requirement.
