What I liked best about Paystand, was the ability to automate emails to send to our customers when their invoices were due.

The website software could be a bit more aesthetically pleasing.  Sorry had to choose something, I know this is more personal preference.

Having our customers pay when the invoice is due.   Helps us better predict our cash flow.

**What do you like best about Paystand?**

A general payment portal that I can send out without needing to customize the amount for each individual payment.

**What do you dislike about Paystand?**

The available reports show the payments, but they don’t include a breakdown of the fees.

**What problems is Paystand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m able to collect payments sooner by sending a single link that supports both credit card and ACH payments. It streamlines the overall payment process and makes it easier to manage the available fee options.

**What do you like best about Paystand?**

Paystand was our first step into the digital payments space. We handled ACH business transactions before, but that process was incredibly arduous and time consuming. We find the most value in the Paystand Autopay feature in NetSuite. Enrolling a customer is very simple, and collecting their payments is even easier. We went from manually charging about 80 customers using our legacy ACH, which took us 2 full a days per week, to running over 275 customers on autopay effortlessly. What I like most about it is that is very configurable. We could not use a rigid solution that only ran transactions a single time every week or month. However, paystand lets us decide when to turn on Autopay per customer and even turn it on/off for certain invoices, which makes the transition for customers very seamless. It has tremendously reduced the amount of time and effort we spend on ACH transactions, and the value only increases the more customers we add.

**What do you dislike about Paystand?**

The biggest drawback we've had using Paystand is the amount of time it takes to notify us about a bounced ACH for insufficient funds or bad account number. For example, if a customer makes a payment on a Tuesday, we won't know if that payment truly clears until the following Tuesday. We will still get credited 1-2 days after the initial payment, but if it bounces, that payment is reversed. Then we're left to go back and try to recollect a week later. Our company experiences a high volume of bounced transactions, so being notified about them after 7 days is pain compared to the standard 2-3 days when depositing a check. If your company doesn't experience many returned transactions then it's probably not a big deal.

We are modernizing our accounts receivable processes and having digital solution was the first step in that direction.

**What do you like best about Paystand?**

This product fully automates collection and cash application (at least for the customers who pay without needing help/reminders). We save hours every week.

**What do you dislike about Paystand?**

There is additional lag between when the customer makes a payment and when it ends up in our bank account. We experience anywhere from an additional 24-48 hours to our historical. However, the payments are reflected in our ERP immeditately, which is an improvement over manually applying payments days after the customer considered the payment "made."

**What problems is Paystand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paystand automates the emailing of invoices to customers, provides an easy to use interface to collect payments, and removes the menial task of cash application from accounting staff. We save hours every week.

**What do you like best about Paystand?**

It works without needing a lot of intervention, it is very set it and forget it! It reconciles for us in NetSuite and makes my job much easier. When we do have problems I can email support and they get back with me in a day or two and either fix the problem or I can reply back and they get back to me very quickly. Everyone I've talked to has been very nice and quick to fix any issues. Anytime we  have a larger issue that needs some custom work or if we have a want that isn't native to Paystand their customer success team has been able to work with us on either a new feature that they have or a work around. So far we've explored multi-sub payments, lockbox, Canadian currency, and auto-pay automatic opt in features and more. They are also happy to listen to our concerns or problems and I feel like they are taking them in to consideration when they create new features. 

It integrates very well with NetSuite.

The ability to add a fee to offset payment processing and to allow for certain payment options to not have the fee was key for us. It has helped us move clients off of credit cards and on to bank to bank or ACH. 

Implementation was easy! We transferred from Stripe and it went well!

**What do you dislike about Paystand?**

Some features are almost exactly what we want, but can be slightly off the mark for our company. We might have a problem that they have a solution for that would fix our issue about 90% of the way there, but they are willing to listen to us and why it may or may not work. 

Some features cost more than the current solution we have or it's not cost effective for us. They aren't unreasonable in cost, but some things don't make sense for us to invest in even if it will solve a problem. For example lockbox, it would solve some problems, but our current solution is a little less costly.

**What problems is Paystand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paystand allows us to easily accept payments from our customers, it shows all the invoice numbers that they have open, and it allows for autopay. It is very easy to use. The automatic reconciliation is key and a huge time saver. Support is amazing.

The ability to add a fee to help offset the cost of payment processing was a huge plus for us and the reason we moved to Paystand.

Paystand's team worked with me to implement an automation solution for all 6 of our unique subsidiary brands, each with their own unique landing pages and customer experiences.  

Paystand also allowed us to automate our entire cash application process in NetSuite, from Payment to Deposit records and Bank Match, Paystand takes all manual touch out of the cash receipt and payment process.  We've been very happy with this solution.

Paystand's Customer Support is always available to resolve issues and have been highly responsive to our needs and requests for additional features as required.

**What do you dislike about Paystand?**

Chargebacks still have to be posted back to customer accounts manually, I wish this were a bit more automated.

Prior to Paystand, we were using a separate portal to charge customers and then had to manually go back into NetSuite to record each transaction. It was time-consuming and left room for error. Paystand has streamlined the entire process by integrating directly with NetSuite, so payments are automatically reflected in the system. It’s saved us a ton of time, improved accuracy, and made our AR process much more efficient.

**What do you like best about Paystand?**

Paystand was able to provide the exact solutions that we needed for our business. As a fully remote/online business, we rely heavily on digital payments and specifically payment links sent via email. Paystand's integration with our ERP allows our team to seamlessly run the billing operations of our company. Every day, Paystand processes several payments for us via payment links and also provides a feature to charge extended pay customers on a monthly schedule. 
The Paystand team worked to tailor the software to our needs so we did not have to change our internal operations too much as we transitioned to a new ERP. Our Paystand point of contacts reach out to us on a regular basis to ensure operations are smooth and we don't need any improvements. If improvements are needed, we were given the chance to talk to engineers that are able to address our requests.

**What do you dislike about Paystand?**

The online portal and analytics could be improved overall. The Dashboard is slow to load, hard to find specific payers. Paystand allows for the collection of payment tokens so customers can be charged on our end with their permission. It's not the easiest to manage multiple tokens in the Paystand online portal. Searching for specific transactions and reports is slow and confusing.

Paystand provides a digital payment paltform that allows us to send payment links to customers which will lead them to checkout windows. Paystand is supporting a large portion of our incoming cashflow.

Paystand plays very well with Netsuite.  Very clean and simple.  We have a unique way in which we get contracts signed and acquire payment info for autopay, and Paystand fits well with our needs.  We have a dedicated point of contact and he connects us with the product team to get answers.  We also appreciate being kept in loop on their future advancements.

There is some cost involved above your normal merchant fees for the use of their platform.

There’s very little to dislike about Paystand. I’m excited to see how the platform continues to evolve and look forward to leveraging their tools even more as our customer base grows.

Before implementing Paystand, a significant portion of our customer payments were processed manually via checks. Today, 95% of those payments are handled through Paystand, which has drastically reduced the administrative time and effort required for check processing. Beyond the time savings, we also believe Paystand offers a much more secure and reliable payment experience for our customers compared to traditional mailed checks.

Paystand allows us to shorten our revenue to cash cycle by making payments easier on our customers. ROI is easy to find as the cost is relatively low compared to the value we get in reduced collection efforts. 
Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Paystand?**

Minimal downsides. The software has paid for itself for us based on collection rates. Only downside I see is that it's another software to track/integrate, so if your systems are already cluttered integrating another software may have some growing pains.

Paystand is helping us collect AR much faster. The improvement in days outstanding has helped our cash flow and helped us stay healthier as an organization.

Paystand has proven to be an excellent customer payment platform.  Paystand improves our cash collection cycle and provides a great customer checkout experience.  Its NetSuite integration and reconciliation is seamless and provides an excellent audit trail.  Implementation was a breeze and our customer success manager Caio S. continues to be a great business partner.

**What do you like best about Paystand?**

I just say unbelievable response, while integration we are worried about the process and implementation but now it's really easy and maintains the process of payments with multiple vendors, and easy to make information shared day by day merchant-wise.

**What do you dislike about Paystand?**

As of now nothing much but I believed in the future we will get some new features along with benefits in the market trends. And one thing which needs to notify make customer based on priority wise. it will really be helped in future payment modes.

Easy to handle multiple vendor payments and one place to view and easy to manage merchant-wise payments now we can sit and just need to review only and support is available at any time whenever we need help in terms of payment fails or some other course of issues.

**What do you like best about Paystand?**

Integrating Paystand into our NetSuite environment has been a game changer for our company. It has streamlined receiving customer payments and has automated our dunning process beautifully.

**What do you dislike about Paystand?**

It took us a while to get the email templates the way we wanted and making changes is not intuitive. We would prefer having more control over or understanding of the behind-the-scenes functionality. We are different than a lot of companies who just want to know it works, but not necessarily how.

**What problems is Paystand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paystand has provided us with templated invoicing emails that allow our customers to self-service pay, without needing to call and give us payment information over the phone or send a check. This has had a direct impact by freeing up our sales team to pursue new orders, has cut our turnover ratio in half, and has given us peace of mind regarding PCI compliance and security for customer payment data. In addition, our dunning process is now entirely automated.

The customer support has been a positive overall experience, and our ability to offer our customer base multiple payment options is vital to our company's success.

**What do you dislike about Paystand?**

Having an integration from a payment platform to an ERP is never perfect. There can be extensive challenges when a customer disputes a payment, having to reconcile between two systems. However, this is a common challenge across any secondary platform and is not exclusive to Paystand.

**What problems is Paystand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Paystand, credit card payments were not possible and we could only process payments via check, wire, and ACH. Having the Paystand platform to facilitate not only these transactions, but to also offer auto pay has been really nice.

**What do you like best about Paystand?**

We've been utilizing Paystand with our new system, NetSuite, since May 2022. It saves us a lot of time with the payment allocations because the payments made by the customers are reflected directly into our system. They also customized invoices to meet our needs. One of my favorite features is the autogenerated past due notices they send to our customers. We have a small AR team and this free's up so much time for us to do other tasks.

**What do you dislike about Paystand?**

Some of the Paystand Best Practices don't seem to process well with our version of Netsuite, but I don't dislike anything with Paystand because their team is always willing to help us to resolve any issues we may have.

**What problems is Paystand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small AR department. With Paystand posting payments directly to the customer accounts and batching the payments together makes reconciliation easier.

**What do you like best about Paystand?**

We've been using Paystand for over six months now and it's completely changed our collection habits. Our payments have been made faster, simpler, and more secure. Features such as auto-reconciliation and auto-matching have saved us a ton of time. On top of this, our customer success manager is always eager to help and responds in a timely manner. We can't recommend Paystand enough!

No downsides at the moment. Any issues we've had have been resolved quickly.

Paystand has drastically increased our collections efforts while also making it extremely easy to receive payments. We don't need to devote as much man-power to collections now.

**What do you like best about Paystand?**

Paystand has allowed our customers a simple platform to pay their invoices with multiple methods. As a result, we have seen a decrease of checks mailed to our office. The Paystand payments are automatically applied to the customer's invoice once the funds hit our bank account, which saves us time.

**What do you dislike about Paystand?**

We wish Paystand had a better option for our international customers to pay.

One payment link for the customer to click on to pay their invoice. This is a benefit because it is all automated, which saves time.

We really liked the promise of the fully integrated Netsuite posting for payments, customer deposits, and deposit transactions. And we really liked the use of NetSuite email templates and communications.

**What do you dislike about Paystand?**

It took a year for implementation to work. We're unable to refund customers. Promised transaction posting is very unreliable. Slow responses from support team. Very, very slow to fix problems and implement new solutions.

**Recommendations to others considering Paystand:**

We highly recommend looking elsewhere for A/R automation solutions.

We tried to solve manual A/R invoicing. It has been a constant fight to get the integration and platform to work.

Getting anything done after setup was like pulling teeth. Everyone I spoke to seemed apathetic, was slow to respond, and treated our business poorly. We lost a significant amount of disputes vs. any of our previous merchants.

Terrible customer service but low price.

It is one of the best payment gateway, it provide all kinds of payments option including mobile payments and the most interesting thing is it does not charge even a single paisa to transfer money to bank

Everything was good earlier but my last payment is still at hold from 20 days, it is making me uncomfortable rest everything is good

I use it as my preferred payment solution as it provide me all types of payments option. I am happy to have such a good solution for my business
