"Seamless ERP & Ecommerce Payments That Speed Up Invoicing and Shipping"

What do you like best about Paystand?

The integration with our ERP system and our ecommerce site has been really helpful. We can email clients a simple link to pay an invoice, or they can log into our client portal and pay multiple invoices easily. Payments show up quickly and we can verify that they have paid so we can quickly ship their product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paystand?

"Paystand Saves Time on Customer Service and Accounts Receivable Tasks"

What do you like best about Paystand?

Paystand helps handle some of the day-to-day tasks on the Customer Service and Accounts Receivable sides, which saves time. What do you dislike about Paystand?

The process of receiving credit card funds used to take about 24 hours with our regular machines, but with Paystand it can take just as long as the ACH process. We’ve also had difficulty with the connectivity to Woo Commerce. Paystand does not currently recognize the Sales Order number created there or translate it to the NetSuite Sales Order number that follows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many technical glitches that we have experienced. The pricing changed recently to be 80bps for first time bank transfer payments. This becomes a very large fee for large payments.
