**What do you like best about Opfin?**

It's easy to manage employee payroll and compliances with Razorpay's Payroll Solution. HR Management, Leave Management, Automated Compliances Integration in one place.

**What do you dislike about Opfin?**

We found leave management could be better, current process takes too much of the time.
Laggy dashboard & API Error Messages really annoys us while using the portal. Also in terms of plugins there is still room to grow.
Lack of official integration with Zapier or Make.

**What problems is Opfin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's super easy to automate the Salary Compliances Payments with the built-in integrations. Fund transfers are super reliable as it's backed by a modern day fintech company.
Webhooks are very useful in automationg with other systems.

**What do you like best about Opfin?**

One of easiest tool for office administration process of tax ,payroll,daily attendance marking,we can see colleague work anniversary and birthdays.
These are the best features i like from Opfin.

**What do you dislike about Opfin?**

If opfin have reminder is it much useful for putting attendance and important updates.

Otherthan everything is fine and looking good.

**What problems is Opfin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see my salary progress via salary graph, so i could able to see my achievement in a easy way.
I can save my whole payroll in the tool.
User interface so neat and it's easy to access.

The UI is very user-friendly easy to navigate

**What do you dislike about Opfin?**

The admin access is limited. Some detailed reports and calculations or audit trails that should be captured is not available right now

Payroll access for employees is fine

I liked the interface, great salary release playform.

The customer service could have enough better. Need to work on minimizing the error in clients work

Opfin has helped for salary platform in startups with nice features and proer explanation in tax decalartion.
