## OnePageCRM Reviews
 ### 1. Simple, Action-Focused CRM That Keeps Sales Moving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dharamveer p. | Application Security Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about OnePageCRM?**

What I like best about OnePageCRM is its simplicity and action focused approach to customer relationship management. Instead of overwhelming users with complex features, it helps prioritize the next action for each lead or customer, making it easier to stay organized and move opportunities forward. The interface is intuitive, and setting up contacts, tasks, and pipelines is straightforward.

**What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?**

OnePageCRM is easy to use, but some advanced reporting and customization options could be more robust. Organizations with highly complex sales processes may find certain enterprise level features limited compared to larger CRM platforms. There can also be a slight learning curve when adapting to its action based workflow.

**What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnePageCRM solves the problem of keeping track of sales activities and follow ups. It helps ensure that important leads do not get overlooked by clearly identifying the next action required for each contact. This improves productivity, keeps the sales pipeline organized, and helps maintain consistent communication with prospects. For me, it reduces manual tracking and makes it easier to manage customer relationships efficiently.

 ### 2. Helping The Brun Bear Foundation Stay Organized and Engaged

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa W. | Program Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about OnePageCRM?**

The clarity and simplicity of the interface. It keeps me focused on the next action, which is invaluable when juggling multiple initiatives. I particularly appreciate how tasks and follow‑ups are front and center, so nothing gets lost. The tagging system also makes it easy to organize contacts across different projects, and the overall workflow feels streamlined rather than overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?**

While the simplicity and focus are strengths, there are a few limitations that affect our workflow. The inability to create multiple pipelines without upgrading is restrictive for charities like ours, where we need to track different initiatives separately. Integration with web forms could also be smoother—automatic capture and tagging of incoming contacts would save time and reduce manual work. These areas feel like missed opportunities to make the CRM even more effective for small organizations.

**What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnePageCRM is currently resolving the common CRM problems of complexity, missed follow‑ups, and wasted admin time. For The Brun Bear Foundation, this means clearer pipelines, stronger donor/sponsor engagement, and less time lost to manual tracking.

 ### 3. Simple Interface and Effective Sales Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khushbu B. | HR Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about OnePageCRM?**

I use OnePageCRM to manage customer interactions and track sales activities, and I love its simple interface and easy follow-up system that help keep sales tasks organized and manageable. It makes following up with leads straightforward and ensures I don't miss important interactions. The initial setup was quite easy, and I found the interface simple to understand, even for first-time users. I also appreciate that it shifted us from spreadsheets and basic tracking tools to a more effective system, and it works well for managing daily sales activities. I would rate OnePageCRM a 10 out of 10 because it is simple to use, helps manage follow-ups well, and keeps sales activities organized.

**What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?**

Sometimes the reporting features feel limited. The reporting section could offer more customization and detailed insights, which would make tracking team performance and sales progress easier.

**What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OnePageCRM to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and stay organized with follow ups, keeping track of leads and avoiding missing important customer interactions.

 ### 4. OnePageCRM Keeps Sales Momentum with Clear Next Actions

**What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?**

Limited advanced features compared to others CRM's like salesforce or HubSpot

Advanced reporting and analytics is not available in this tool
No deep automation workflow is not available

**What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that we are solving using OnePageCRM are

Many sales opportunities are lost because of follow ups are missed and using this CRM every contact have next set of action so nothing will loose

Complex CRM will complicate the entire workflow and data Management but this CRM simplifies the problem with clear clean user interface and ease to use

 ### 5. Ideal CRM for Small to Mid-Sized Businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kato M. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about OnePageCRM?**

I like using OnePageCRM as it serves as our central contact directory for clients and helps us monitor sales efforts and plan meaningful follow-ups. The user-friendly interface is accessible for my entire team, no matter their tech ability, allowing them to manage their own leads effectively. I appreciate the ability to track detailed interactions, which helps us prevent overlapping communications when multiple divisions are involved. The interface also aids in deciding whether a phone call, an email, or no follow-up is appropriate. I value the ease of following the activity stream and the ability for multiple people to schedule different follow-ups. The integration process is smooth, making all our software tools feel cohesive rather than separate. Setting up OnePageCRM was incredibly easy, thanks to the excellent import wizard.

**What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?**

This is more of a nice to have rather than a need to have, but it would be nice if OnePageCRM could connect with Adobe Sign in order to help us manage our agreements or I wish there was a more robust functionality that would allow us to bill and invoice from within OnePageCRM with the same level of flexibility with our current invoices.

**What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OnePageCRM to centralize our contacts and monitor sales, allowing my team to manage leads easily. It simplifies follow-ups across divisions, offers a friendly interface, and integrates well with other tools, streamlining our sales and communication efforts.

 ### 6. Game changer for my workflow and operations management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carla N. | Founder, CEO & President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about OnePageCRM?**

The activity reports make it easy to track calls, actions, lost reasons, and new contacts. The bulk email feature with automatic variables saves so much time, and the proposal builder that calculates costs for you is incredible — I haven’t seen anything like it. The Google email integration is phenomenal as well.

**What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?**

I haven't discovered anything thus far that I disliked

**What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me establish order and stay on track.

I love the ability to create multiple pipelines, customize stages, track lead sources, and monitor all activity in one place without separate spreadsheets.

 ### 7. A Beautifully Designed CRM with intuitive Pipeline Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about OnePageCRM?**

I had the great 'misfortune' to study ergonomics along with computer science at university. I say misfortune because it means almost every product I ever use - from packaging to software - just drives me crazy!

A few years ago I was a very happy user of OnePageCRM. Later, because I engaged a marketing agency, I reluctantly moved over to a supposed market-leading competitor, which they used. I found it badly designed and buggy. I subsequently moved to another agency using GHL which is better, but I still found keeping on top of my own pipeline very clunky.

So I thought I'd try coming back to OnePageCRM for my personal pipeline management. I'm an independent consultant so it's about quality and personal touch, and about managing my business development time and priorities.

It was like putting on an old shoe. OnePageCRM is a beautiful piece of software. It is so nice to use, the video help is excellent and it has genuinely useful features designed by people who actually have to nurture contacts - the Action Stream is invaluable for that. I was just saying to a friend who is a software developer that the difference is like using Apple at its best versus fighting with Microsoft Vista.

I can't tell you the relief of being back using a properly designed piece of software.

**What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?**

I don't dislike anything. I like elegant software and so there are many features I don't use. As long as they keep the essence as it is, I'm happy.

**What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping on top of client relationships without any slipping through, especially when sales cycles are moving at very varied speeds.

 ### 8. OnePage CRM : Solving every day tasks!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Waqas F. | Sales Specialist - Microsoft D365/Business Central , Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about OnePageCRM?**

What I like best about OnePage CRM is that it is simple to use and clearly shows what action I need to take next, in honest opinion is moving towards a right direction although i have yet to explore whole crm

**What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?**

One thing I don’t like about OnePage CRM is that it has limited advanced features and integrations compared to other CRM tools

**What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnePage CRM helps me keep track of contacts and follow-ups so I don’t forget important tasks. This saves me time and helps me stay organized, which makes my work more efficient although it is still a very early stage of this crm

 ### 9. Ideal CRM for Nonprofits with Excellent Free Plan

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about OnePageCRM?**

I love that OnePageCRM takes care of nonprofits by offering a free professional plan. It's great that they have a program where you can save some money and get an excellent product, which is extremely valuable for nonprofits where every penny needs to be watched. Also, the initial setup was very easy, and reengaging with it after some time was also easy. The tags feature is very useful for organizing constituents and donors.

**What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?**

I did it's been a while since I used it. And so having to relearn how to operate some of the upcoming assignments took a little bit of trail and error.

**What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OnePageCRM to keep in touch with constituents and donors for my nonprofit. It helps organize them, and the tags are very useful.

 ### 10. Effortless Sales Management with OnePageCRM

I also appreciate that OnePageCRM keeps everything in one place, making my life easier because I don't have to go back and forth between different apps. It feels simple and efficient. The initial setup was pretty easy to understand.
