## About Navattic
Give your prospects a modern buying experience with Navattic agents, demo automation, and interactive demos. With Navattic, you can capture any product, web app, desktop, mobile, or offline, in a pixel-perfect state, with hover states, animations, and dynamic UI preserved intact. Use click-to-capture, variables, and editing tools like blur, delete, replace, and personalize to build a polished demo in minutes. Navattic AI Copilot speeds up that process further: click through your product, and AI drafts the copy, tooltips, and demo story for you, built on best practices from over 40,000 demos. Once a demo is built, distribute it everywhere. Embed interactive demos on your website, drop them into sales emails or LinkedIn messages, run them in ad campaigns, or guide users through onboarding, all from one demo automation platform. Sales teams send tailored demos through Gmail, Outlook, Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Outreach, Seismic, Highspot, or LinkedIn and track engagement live. Product-led teams use branching and checklist logic to build custom flows that activate self-serve users or upsell existing accounts. For prospects who need more than a tour, Navattic AI agents guide and qualify them directly, answering questions in their own words and navigating your product or content in real time, no scheduling required. Every interaction feeds demo intent data back to your team. Trigger email or Slack alerts on high-intent views, sync engagement to Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo, and track usage in Segment, Amplitude, or Google Analytics. Spot buying signals as they happen and move deals faster. Whether you're sales-led or product-led, one platform covers the full demo lifecycle: build with Interactive Demos and AI Copilot, distribute at scale with demo automation, and qualify autonomously with AI agents.

## Navattic Reviews
 ### 1. Powerful, Easy-to-Use Demos for Sales Calls and Product Showcases

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pratap B. | Product Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Overall, the user experience of Matic is one of the upsides. It is a very powerful and capable product. All in all, it is one of the few pieces of software that we constantly use for sales calls, product showcases, and new feature showcases. Primarily, the ease of use of creating a demo, stringing new demos, and editing them is one of the strong aspects of Matic. I think there is enough data to suggest that the value getting from Novatic is worth it, with it being a primary driver for events and for a showcase page of our product. I think it is worth it.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The general problem with the software is how inconsistent it is technically. There are issues when creating a new demo, and that can be pretty frustrating. Usually, the support tries and resolves these issues from their end, but the overall inconsistent nature of these technical difficulties makes the product a little inconsistent.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Navattic solves for us is how the user can experience the product without signing in. The Navattic demo helps the user to get a first-hand experience of the product by going through a sort of prototype for the user flow. This also enables them to understand how they can navigate the product, as well as get a feel for it.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really glad Navattic has become such a go-to for sales calls, product showcases, and feature launches.

The inconsistency you ran into when creating new demos is valid feedback, and it's not something to brush past.

The team has been chipping away at stability lately, including fixes to demo creation flows and performance improvements around lag during editing.

If you're still running into hiccups, flagging the specifics to support helps pinpoint exactly what's happening on your account.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

 ### 2. Straight-forward interactive tours with high conversion

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie C. | Sr. Website Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I like the platform’s intuitive design and the fact that it’s constantly evolving with releases that make the tool easier to use. Their co-pilot feature is very helpful for getting your tour started. The two CSMs I've had are friendly, and I’ve used their professional services offerings a handful of times, which is really convenient to have when I need it. Their customer support has to be the highlight of my partnership with them.

I find their pricing to be very reasonable given how many opportunities these interactive demos have influenced.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

We had a rocky start getting our Salesforce integration set up properly with Navattic. There were some syncing issues with the playbook that was frustrating to resolve leading up to the rollout. Once we overcame those initial issues, the operations side has been generally easy to maintain.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to offer a free trial, but it was challenging and costly to maintain. Although we saw a lot of interest through initial form fills, those trials didn’t convert into closed deals very well without instructional guidance. These interactive demos have filled that gap by giving prospects a self-service way to experience our platform, without needing to talk to a sales rep right away. They’ve also been a helpful option within our chatbot, where we can direct less-qualified prospects who are asking for a demo.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Stephanie!

So glad the copilot feature and video-to-demo conversion have been clicking for your team, those are two of the newer additions the team has put a lot into.

Thank you for the support!

 ### 3. Superb for Self-Service Demos, Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I really like just how easy it is to use Navattic. Once you've got it down, it's very simple and straightforward. It really gets the job done. One of my favorite parts is at the end, it lets you link to a CTA of your choosing, which allows us to take customers straight from Navattic right into our product to use the feature we want them to. This is super helpful because it helps them see what the experience would be like and then actually implement it, which is huge for us.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Nothing super specific. I think I haven't used the AI tools in it yet, but from what my team has said, it hasn't been super great.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic solves the problem of providing a self-service way for customers to learn about our features without needing a person present. It’s easy to use and lets us link to a CTA, taking users straight to our product to use the feature we want.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the awesome review, Kris!

Love hearing that the intuitive guide creation has been such a smooth experience for you. Creating step-by-step flows and linking to different places is exactly how many teams are streamlining their onboarding and education.

Appreciate the note on analytics - you’re not alone there, and our team is actively thinking through ways to surface more insights about user behavior inside demos.

Let us know if you have specific analytics you’d like to see!

 ### 4. invaluable tool for product marketing, customer marketing, growth marketing, and sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Layla A. | Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account added to their profile

**Source: In-app:** This review was generated through an in-app integration or from one of G2's partnership integrations. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattics are super customizable and interactive for the customer. we've used it for guided walkthroughs, new feature and design previews, demos for upsells, etc. Once you get the hang of how it works, building and updating flows is pretty fast, and it’s flexible enough to use for onboarding, feature release/education, and sales demos. I like that it lets us show real workflows that customer can actually engage with and got through the workflow.

The claude MCP is really helpful, we can review, update, build, and view performance right in claude. we recently implementing a naming convention change for data purposes and something that would've taken hours took a few minutes thanks to the MCP.

Overall our customers prefer Navattics to knowledge base articles. We've heard direct feedback that the interactive demo has led an account to adopting a feature because they saw how quick and easy it was.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The analytics are also fairly surface level, so it’s not always easy to connect engagement (like CTA clicks) directly to specific customer/account outcomes.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps us bridge the gap between launching a feature and actually getting users to understand and use it. Instead of over explaining or getting technical in docs or training, we can guide users through the exact workflow in context. This has been especially helpful for adoption and enablement. A lot of our customers aren't very tech savvy so an interactive walkthrough helps them see the feature in action and how to set it up. It's also more engaging than an article and since we can track views to each step, we can find what's driving engagement and where people are falling of to keep iterating and improving.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful and insightful review, Layla!

So glad to hear Navattic has made it easier to create clean, guided walkthroughs and show real workflows without relying on docs or videos, that’s exactly the kind of impact we hope for.

Totally appreciate the feedback around intuitiveness and analytics. Those are areas we’re actively improving, and your note about better connecting engagement data to outcomes is especially helpful.

Appreciate your support!

 ### 5. A Sales Game Changer Backed by an Incredible Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Makenzie G. | Senior Solutions Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic stands out not only for the strength of its platform, but for how consistently the company evolves alongside its customers. The team is always innovating and releasing new capabilities, while incorporating AI in thoughtful, meaningful ways that genuinely improve the user experience rather than simply adding AI for the sake of it. Their customer experience is equally strong, the team is highly responsive, readily available to help, and clearly invested in making sure customers are successful. Navattic also does an excellent job building a true community around its product, creating opportunities for users to stay engaged, share ideas and best practices, learn from one another, and continually find new ways to get more value from the platform.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Less of a Navattic issue, and more of an upkeep issue, but when you create a lot of content it can be a bit daunting to keep it up to date when you have quickly evolving products/offerings. Navattic is consistently making various updates to help with this, and I imagine it's a concern with any demo automation platform.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Simfoni, we use Navattic primarily to keep prospects engaged throughout the sales cycle. It’s been a great way to keep the product and the specific features and workflows they’re most interested in top of mind, even when they haven’t just seen a live demo. It also creates a different style of engagement, giving prospects a chance to feel like they’re getting their hands in the tool and exploring it for themselves.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> So glad to hear that Navattic has been a game changer for keeping prospects engaged throughout the sales cycle at Simfoni, Makenzie - the ability to give buyers a hands-on experience between touchpoints is exactly the kind of impact we love to see!

You make a great point about content upkeep, and it's something we think about a lot. Features like Recapture, AI Up-to-Date, and Collection Global Edits are all built to make it easier to keep demos fresh as your product evolves - you can check out the latest updates at https://docs.navattic.com/product-updates to see what's new.

Thank you for the support!

 ### 6. Highly-versatile tool to create impactful demonstrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pratik B. | Senior Support Operations Analyst, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I love that I can connect Navattic with 7000+ apps and tools, which makes it easy to integrate and automate just about any kind of workflow. I can use AI/Intelligence at its best within Navattic, and the UI & UX are very easy to understand, so I can use it on the go without any hassle. The performance feels flawless, too, and if I ever get stuck anywhere, I can reach out and get support from the technical team.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Navattic doesn’t generate shareable videos for demo walkthroughs, which is what I was looking for.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It offers a robust platform for instantly creating demos of features that are too complex to enable in a live environment. We can use it right away for customer and partner demonstrations, and it can be embedded into our existing demo environment without any hassle. Overall, the tool is very easy to use and highly versatile.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Pratik, really glad the Analytics tab and beacons have been delivering value for you!

On the step auto-population front - Copilot Generate actually moves in that direction, it analyzes your captures and automatically writes tooltip text, modal content, step descriptions, and anchors - so a lot of that manual setup gets handled for you. Might be worth a try if you haven't dug into it yet: https://docs.navattic.com/copilot/generate

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

 ### 7. Bring Your Product to Life with Interactive Demos!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Surendra D. | Product Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I like most about Navattic is that it continues to be incredibly easy to use, even as the platform has evolved with more advanced capabilities. The learning curve is still very low, and you don’t need coding or deep technical knowledge to get started. Product, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams can all create and share interactive demos without depending heavily on engineering.

The core experience is still very powerful. You can create interactive product experiences from web captures, screenshots, and other media, and stitch them together into engaging flows. What has impressed me more recently is how much easier Navattic has made the entire demo-building process with features like Copilot. Copilot can help generate demo copy, tooltips, CTAs, and even structure the experience based on the captures and the intended use case. This significantly reduces the manual effort involved in turning product screens into a polished demo.

Another major improvement is the flexibility in how demos can be designed. With flows, checklists, branching experiences, triggers, beacons, and advanced demo capabilities, you can create much more than a simple click-through walkthrough. You can guide different users through different journeys and let prospects explore the features that are most relevant to them.

Navattic has also become much stronger from an analytics and sales perspective. You can now understand not just how many people viewed a demo, but where they engaged, where they dropped off, which CTAs they interacted with, and how individual visitors engaged with the experience. The Pipeline Impact analytics also helps connect demo engagement with accounts, opportunities, and pipeline, making the value of interactive demos much easier to demonstrate internally.

I also like how Navattic has expanded into the sales workflow with Launchpad. Sales teams can quickly find and share demos, create personalized 1:1 experiences for prospects, add personal intro videos and supporting resources, and connect engagement back to tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and other parts of the GTM stack.

Another feature I find particularly useful is the ability to support demos across different audiences and markets. Multilingual demos, personalized experiences, mobile support, and even offline demos make Navattic much more versatile than it was when I first started using it.

Overall, what started as a simple and easy way to create interactive product demos has evolved into a much more complete platform for product marketing, sales enablement, and customer engagement. The combination of ease of use, AI-assisted demo creation, personalization, analytics, and sales integrations makes Navattic a very strong option for showcasing products early, creating interest before launch, and helping prospects experience the product before they ever speak to a salesperson.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There is not much to dislike. Navattic is a great Demo Automation Platoform. However, it has all the potential to make its way forward towards Digital Adoption platform so that it can run live on a product. With this solution it can empower the organizations to solve two problems. 1. Demos before a product could even go live. 2 With digital adoption, making user onboarding seamleass.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic solves the challenge of showcasing a product when live access isn’t available or the product is still under development. Instead of waiting for a fully built product, sales and marketing teams can create realistic, interactive demos using captures, mockups, and AI-assisted features—without coding.

This helps teams engage prospects earlier, personalize experiences, support sales conversations, and build interest before launch. With built-in analytics, teams can also understand engagement and improve their demos based on real prospect behavior.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for the thoughtful review, Surendra!

Love hearing how Navattic is helping you showcase products early—even before launch—and speed up go-to-market efforts without needing code or a fully live environment.

Appreciate the insight around future potential for digital adoption use cases too. That kind of forward-thinking feedback is really valuable and gets shared with our team.

Thank you for the support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 8. Creating Engaging Interactive Product Demos with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rudra K. | Instructional Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I appreciate most about Navattic is how easy it is to implement and how quickly it allows for the creation of interactive, no-code product demos, all without needing support from engineering teams. The platform is very intuitive, making it straightforward to build guided walkthroughs, set up user flows, and showcase key “aha” moments that closely mirror real product experiences.

Navattic integrates smoothly into our enablement, training, and customer-facing processes, which encourages frequent use across different teams. I also value the built-in analytics and engagement insights, as they help us refine demos based on user interactions. Furthermore, the customer support team has been both responsive and dependable, always offering timely help and practical advice when required. In summary, Navattic provides significant value by reducing the time needed to create demos while ensuring consistency, scalability, and high quality.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

While Navattic is a robust platform overall, there is room for improvement in terms of advanced customization flexibility. Some UI elements and interactions offer only limited options for styling or behavior, which can make it challenging to precisely align demos with complex product designs or specific branding needs.

Managing and maintaining demos at scale can also be a time-consuming process, especially when updates are needed across multiple flows after product changes. The current bulk editing and reuse capabilities are somewhat limited, which can slow down workflow. Introducing more advanced versioning, greater component reuse, and centralized content management would help streamline these tasks. Additionally, offering more granular reporting and deeper integrations with analytics or CRM tools would further enhance the platform's value.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic addresses the challenge of creating scalable, interactive product demos without depending on engineering support or live environments. It removes the need for time-consuming live demos, static screenshots, or video recordings by enabling clickable, guided walkthroughs that closely simulate real product experiences.

For me, this translates into a major reduction in demo creation and ongoing maintenance effort, while also speeding up enablement for sales, marketing, training, and customer education teams. It helps keep messaging and product positioning consistent across different audiences, and it still gives users the freedom to explore at their own pace. On top of that, Navattic’s engagement analytics offer clear visibility into how people interact with the demos, which makes it easier to continuously refine the content and improve adoption and learning outcomes.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for the thoughtful review, Rudra.

Your feedback on styling flexibility, bulk editing, and reuse is all super helpful. We’re currently investing in more advanced versioning, improved component reuse, and streamlined update workflows for larger demo libraries - so this is right in line with our roadmap.

If you have specific examples of what you’d like to see improved, feel free to share them with your CSM. We’re always eager to incorporate detailed input into our planning.

 ### 9. Navattic continues to be one of my favorite SaaS products as a digital marketer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah P. | Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a review partner

**Source: In-app:** This review was generated through an in-app integration or from one of G2's partnership integrations. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2025

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic enables me to build the highest quality interactive tours of our product that convert website visitors to leads. Once I built my first interactive demo, I was able to build several different demos for our various use cases and easily deploy them on our website. Now we use our Navattic tours for sales enablement as well as across many pages of our website. Navattic is a key tool in our user conversion flow. The product is constantly being updated and Navattic's customer service is very reliable.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

It can certainly be a bit cumbersome to make bulk edits or build a long string of flows. The screen capture is very thorough but can be buggy. And we'd like it to integrate with Outreach so we can use the intent data with our BDR team more effectively and efficiently.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is increasing the volume and quality of our inbound leads, our website conversion rate, and our conversion rate from meeting 1 to meeting 2.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for the thoughtful review!

It means a lot to hear Navattic is one of your favorite SaaS tools as a digital marketer!

So glad the interactive demos have helped drive conversions and support your use cases across the site. We actually have a great tool for this exact purpose called Bulk Editor. With it, you can apply edits across multiple steps at once: https://docs.navattic.com/build/flows#can-i-make-edits-across-multiple-steps-at-once

Also, really appreciate you calling out areas like bulk editing, flow building, and screen capture quirks. That kind of feedback is super valuable.

Regarding an Outreach integration, Navattic share links can be connected to Outreach for visitor identification and demo engagement tracking. I attached an article here to learn more about how to set this up: https://www.navattic.com/blog/ungated-interactive-demos#:~:text=Option%20%232%3A%20Demo%20Share%20Links%20for%20active%20prospects

Also, feel free to email your CSM to help set this up - they'd be happy to help.

Thanks again!

 ### 10. Super Simple UI, Fast Updates, and Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through Google using a business email account

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Super simple UI with plenty of branding options. It’s an easy way to capture and showcase product features. I update our flows quarterly, and the process is fast and painless. Customer support has also been great -- they’ve reviewed our flows and offered practical recommendations to make them better.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The main issue I’ve run into is that the gating is easy to bypass. We’d likely capture more leads if it weren’t so easy to skip past it.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic solves the problem of showing product value and generating leads without relying on live demos or constant engineering support. It lets us create interactive, self-guided product experiences that highlight key features and use cases while capturing interest from prospects earlier in the funnel. That’s benefited us by making it easier to educate buyers, generate leads, keep demos current with a quarterly update cadence, and give sales and marketing a flexible asset they can use across campaigns.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for such a detailed and thoughtful review, Margo!

Awesome to hear that the simple UI and quick update process make it easy to keep your flows fresh each quarter - and huge kudos to our support team for being helpful along the way.

Really appreciate the feedback on gating and how it’s impacting your lead capture. You can actually increase security by adding a Passcode to your demo share links to ensure only viewers with the code can access the demo. We’ve also recently tightened up mobile security by preventing form step bypassing via swipe gestures.

However, mind reaching out to your CSM or support@navattic.com to also flag this to them? We'd love to resolve this asap.

Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review!

 ### 11. AI Copilot and High-Fidelity HTML/CSS Demos That Work Everywhere

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The feature I get the most value from is the AI Copilot — it dramatically speeds up demo creation. Instead of building every tooltip and step manually, it generates a first draft of the demo copy and story structure for me, which I then refine to match Paystand's messaging. That alone saves a meaningful amount of time when I'm spinning up demos for different use cases.
I also really like how demos can be embedded across multiple channels — our website, email outreach, LinkedIn — without rebuilding anything. For a sales-assisted motion like ours, having one polished demo that works everywhere is a huge workflow win.
The HTML/CSS capture is noticeably better than screenshot-based tools — hover states, animations, and dynamic UI elements are all preserved, which makes the demo feel like the real product rather than a static slideshow. Prospects engage with it much more naturally.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The main friction point is the editing and updating workflow — once a demo is live, making changes after a product update takes longer than it should. When we're moving fast between releases, that lag adds up.
I'd also love to see stronger post-demo engagement signals pushed directly to the sales workflow. Right now the demo does its job, but knowing exactly which steps a prospect spent time on — and having that surface as a next-step prompt in our CRM — would make follow-up much sharper.
Finally, the pricing structure can feel rigid for teams that are still scaling their demo usage. An annual commitment with a fixed seat structure doesn't leave much room to experiment, especially when you're trying to justify ROI early on. More usage-based flexibility would go a long way.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem Navattic solves for us is removing the dependency on a live environment to run a compelling demo. Before, coordinating a product walkthrough meant relying on a stable sandbox, live data, and everything behaving perfectly — which it doesn't always. Now we can deliver a consistent, polished experience every time regardless of what's happening in the actual product.
It's also solved the scalability problem around demo delivery. We were struggling to get interactive product experiences in front of prospects early in the funnel without requiring a full sales call. With Navattic, we can embed a demo directly on a landing page or drop it into an email sequence, which means prospects self-qualify before they ever talk to someone on our team.
The AI Copilot has specifically cut down the time it takes to go from "we need a demo for this use case" to something ready to share — what used to take a full day of building and copywriting now comes together much faster.
The overall benefit is a more consistent buyer experience with less manual effort per demo, which is exactly what you need when you're running demos across multiple segments and campaigns.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thank you for this awesome review Daniela!

So glad the AI Copilot has been cutting down build time, and that the embed-anywhere workflow is landing well for your sales motion!

On updating live demos after product releases - Recapture automatically replaces changed screens, and since Captures are shared across flows, one update propagates everywhere it's referenced. The Bulk Editor and Replace Capture round out the toolkit for keeping things current: https://docs.navattic.com/workspace/workspace-organization

On post-demo engagement in your CRM - there are native integrations for Salesforce and HubSpot that sync demo engagement data directly to Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Deals, plus Pipeline Impact dashboards. Marketo, Pardot, Segment, Slack, and Webhooks are also supported: https://docs.navattic.com/integrations/overview

 ### 12. Solid tool for embedding interactive product demos into technical documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The authoring experience is surprisingly straightforward. I used Navattic to build interactive demos for our relaunched product academy. The end result looks and feels like a user is actually inside our product, while still being able to click around and test things in a non-destructive environment. I also appreciated the range of editing tools, which made it much easier to create a demo compared with the video content I was used to producing. Customer support is top-notch, and they are always there to answer questions or provide solutions. The new UI actually makes a lot of this easier. I found the workflow process more intuitive as I have gone on to update many of my other demos this way.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

A few times, the extension has stopped working for me, or some of my captures didn’t fully complete. That said, it could easily have been my internet connection and not necessarily an issue with the extension itself.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way for users to learn by doing, without having to stand up and maintain a separate sandbox environment. Before Navattic, our training was video-only. That worked well for some people, but it didn’t really support hands-on learners. Navattic gave us a way to embed guided, non-destructive demos directly into our docs alongside the video content, so users can actually interact with the product as part of their learning path.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Danielle!

Happy to hear that Navattic has been a great fit for embedding guided, hands-on demos directly into your product academy - the use case you described, giving users a non-destructive way to learn by doing alongside video content, is exactly what we love to support.

Appreciate the feedback on setup time for complex workflows! Planning the capture flow upfront is a real best practice, and we know it can still take some thought. Copilot Generate can help speed up that initial draft, and the Navattic Academy at https://academy.navattic.com/collections has courses built specifically to help teams tackle multi-step demo builds more efficiently.

 ### 13. Navattic makes showcasing products simple and effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santiago R. | Inbound Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I like the most about Navattic is how intuitive the platform is for building interactive demos. In just a few steps, you can create personalized product experiences that allow prospects to understand the solution without the need for long implementations or lengthy sales calls. This is especially valuable for software products like ours, since it makes an intangible solution feel accesible.

Another feature that's been really useful is the HubSpot integration. Being able to connect our forms directly to the demos makes it much easier to capture and route leads without adding extra steps to the workflow, and keeps everything in sync with the rest of our marketing stack.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

At the moment, what I like the least is that some integrations could be deeper to make it even easier to connect with other marketing and sales tools.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aquí tienes la versión ampliada:

Navattic helps us solve the challenge of showing the value of our software in a simple and engaging way. Since software can often feel abstract or intangible, interactive demos make the product feel real and tangible for prospects before they ever talk to sales.

It's also helped us scale how we handle demos. Instead of relying on a sales rep to walk every prospect through the product live, we can share a self-guided demo that lets people explore at their own pace, which saves time for both our team and our prospects.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for this review!

Great to hear that Navattic has helped you create personalized, hands-on demos that make your software feel more accessible and tangible for prospects.

Love that the platform has simplified how you showcase value without long implementations or lengthy calls. Truly a perfect use-case :)

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic continues to launch new features that help us get more out of the tool and support our go-to-market efforts, highly recommend.

It's easy to use and create workflows, and integrates nicely into our website. The customer support team helped us early on with questions about integration or best practices and it was easy to get up and running right off the bat. We've adding links across our website for various product demos and it's been a helpful marketing and lead gen tool.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Would love more training on the best ways to leverage it from a marketing perspective or to learn about new ways to use the solution beyond our current state. The solution works great though, so no real complaints, continues to be a value driver for us and the pricing is very competitive.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides us with an demo we can embed on our website to peak user interest and then allows us to gate certain aspects of the demo to drive higher conversions. It's also helpful for our sales team when sharing demos with prospects. The solution is very customizable and helps us quickly update demos as our product changes, so it can evolve with us without much trouble.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Blakely,

Thanks for the great review!!

We’re so glad to hear that Navattic has been easy to use and integrate into your site, and that our support team helped get things up and running smoothly. It’s great to know the platform is adding value for both your marketing and sales teams.

Also, feel free to reach out to your CSM - they’d be happy to brainstorm ways to expand usage beyond your current setup. One of my favorite plays is actually using Navattic demos as part of ad campaigns to drive higher engagement.

Thank you again Blakely :)

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I really appreciate how effortless it is to present the tutorials our team creates. While I’m not directly involved in the setup, feedback from my colleagues is that the platform is very user-friendly. On a personal level, I rely on it heavily, and it’s been an invaluable tool for my day-to-day work.

As a CSM, I primarily use it to run product demos, which makes sharing updates about upcoming features much easier.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I love the demo aspect, but I ran into a minor friction point: I wasn't sure how to hide the text bubbles we created during a live presentation so the app looks fully live. It would be fantastic if there were a quick keyboard shortcut, or a prompt before launching the presentation, showing how to toggle those text bubbles on/off.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this tool to create interactive demos for our customers, which helps us deliver a more visually immersive experience. Additionally, we develop guides to assist our customers in making the most of these demos.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Borna!

Great to hear that sharing demos has been smooth and helpful on your end.

Appreciate the note about demo titles - that feedback’s been passed along to our product team to explore.

Let us know if anything else comes up or if there are features you’d love to see!

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I love everything about this product. We use Navattic interactive demos across sales, marketing, training, and even capture-the-flag events. We recently upgraded to the Growth plan, and our BDRs really appreciate the account-tracking insights, along with real-time viewer notifications in Slack. It’s extremely easy to use, straightforward to implement, and supported by excellent customer service. Overall, it’s an A+ product and a must-have for any tech company. We’ve never experienced any performance issues, and the AI co-pilot helps you brand your demos for whatever specific purpose you need.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Nothing specific comes to mind. It’s an excellent product, and we’re always looking for new ways to implement it across our company and expand how we use it.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standing up instances of our products can be expensive, so we needed a way to give customers, prospects, and employees a more affordable, hands-on method to experience our products.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the awesome review, Nicholas!

Love hearing how your team is using Navattic across so many creative use cases - from sales to training to capture-the-flag events. Real-time Slack alerts and account insights are some of our favorite Growth plan perks too, so it’s great to hear they’re making an impact for your BDRs.

 ### 17. Navattic Makes Interactive Product Demos Easy and Engaging

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I like best about Navattic is how easy it is to create engaging, interactive product demos without requiring technical expertise. It helps showcase product value quickly, improves the buyer experience, and saves time for both sales and marketing teams. The intuitive interface and smooth sharing experience make it a valuable tool for communicating product capabilities effectively.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with Navattic. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be having more advanced customization options for interactive demos and additional AI-powered automation to reduce manual editing. Even so, it’s easy to use and delivers strong value for creating engaging product experiences.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic solves the challenge of demonstrating a product in a way that's interactive, scalable, and accessible without relying on live demos. It enables prospects to explore the product at their own pace, helping them understand its value more quickly. For me, this saves time, improves engagement, shortens the sales cycle, and makes it easier to communicate product capabilities effectively to potential customers.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for sharing how much time Navattic saves your sales and marketing teams on showcasing product value.

 ### 18. A Game-Changer for B2B Growth: High-Fidelity Interactive Demos in Minutes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic is a game-changer for B2B product growth. It eliminates the traditional sales friction by letting prospects experience the product instantly on their own terms. By removing technical dependencies on engineering, marketing and sales teams can build high-fidelity, interactive demos in minutes. The result is higher engagement, more qualified leads, and significantly faster sales cycles.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

While some might wish it captured native iOS or Android mobile apps, Navattic’s exclusive focus on web-based SaaS is a massive advantage. By not diluting its engineering efforts across every possible platform, it delivers a best-in-class, flawless HTML and CSS capture specifically for web apps. It does one thing, and it does it exceptionally well.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is solving the challenge of helping prospects understand a product without requiring a live demo or lengthy sales process. By providing interactive, self-guided product demos, it allows potential customers to explore key features at their own pace, leading to better engagement, faster qualification, and a shorter sales cycle.

For me, the biggest benefit is efficiency and clarity. Instead of relying only on documentation or waiting for scheduled demos, I can quickly understand how a product works through a hands-on experience. It makes learning easier, improves decision-making, and helps teams communicate product value more effectively.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really appreciate you calling out how Navattic removes the technical dependency on engineering so your team can move faster on demos!

On mobile apps, there's not native capture support yet, but the Media Captures workflow lets you upload phone screenshots as a workaround if that's ever useful: https://docs.navattic.com/build/captures/media

Thank you for the support,
Meredith from Navattic

 ### 19. Easy, No-Code Interactive Demos That Save Our Sales Team Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through Google using a business email account

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I like best about Navattic is how easy it makes building interactive product demos without needing developer resources. We can give prospects a realistic feel for the product before they even book a live demo, which saves us a ton of time in the sales process and keeps our demos more consistent.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The one thing I'd improve is the process of creating and sharing demo links – it could be a bit more streamlined and intuitive. Otherwise, we've had a great experience overall.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic lets us show our product to prospects without needing a live rep on every call, which speeds up our sales cycle and frees up our team's time. It also gives us a consistent, polished demo experience regardless of who's presenting, so prospects get the same quality impression whether they're talking to sales, moving through a self-serve funnel, or following up after a call.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> So happy to hear Navattic is helping your team give prospects a realistic feel for the product while keeping things consistent across the sales cycle.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

We've been using this product for almost 3 years now and it has never had any issues. This is such a powerful tool, and I love seeing inbound demos converting from the interacctive demo itself because I know they're already familiar with how the product works and ready to talk to our sales team.

We built our first demo in only a few hourse, and it was a breeze. There is still a lot more use cases we are wanting to implement this product into.

Also, customer support has always been VERY responsive to any and all questions.

Update:
Still an amazing product. The Navattic team continues to build amazing functionality and features. The best thing they have launched recently is their MCP feature. This has unlocked a ton of reporting and functionality using Claude and Hubspot that I'm very excited to dive into.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There is definitely a LOT you can do with this tool. Take some time to look into the help articles to find out the best way to build your demo.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps website visitors to get into our product and see the functionality. They are much more qualified when talking to our sales team. This also helps us to identify accounts that are deeper into the buying cycle so that we can prioritize our outreach to them and reach out at relevant timing.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Peyton, nearly three years in and still loving it - that genuinely makes our day!

So glad Navattic has been a consistent, reliable part of your workflow and that inbound demos are converting with prospects who already know the product inside and out.

 ### 21. Navattic’s Intelligent HTML Identification Makes Demo Dummifying Fast and Easy

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I love the HTML identification for creating dummy descriptions across all web captures. It saves us a ton of time. The whole dummifying process is a pain point for all of us when we’re building demos, so having this in place makes things much easier. Overall, Navattic’s intelligence has been awesome.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve to figure out how to do some simple things, like highlighting in the web capture and understanding where I can place a shape (right now, only the dot is available). Exporting to video is also difficult, which is frustrating given the strong need for marketing videos.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demo creattion for sure. The easiness of creating a tour to introduce our platform is great.
Also, I think Navattic could be used for user trainings, despite this is not the tool we go with today.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for the detailed review, Lis!

Love hearing that the HTML identification has been a big time-saver for your team—making the dummifying process easier is exactly what we hoped it would do.

Glad to hear that you were able to get up to speed with Navattic and we are always trying to make the demo building experience even easier.

Appreciate you flagging the confusion around highlighting - just in case it helps, you can add Beacons (dot) by clicking “Add element > Beacon” at the bottom of your step. From there, you can customize placement, size, and even enable Anchor highlights for more flexibility. Here's more on the topic: https://docs.navattic.com/build/flows#beacon

I love the idea of adding more shapes, though! Will bring this up to the product team :)

Passing along your feedback on exporting to video with our team as well.

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 22. A Game-Changer for Our PMM Team! Easy, Fun, and Backed by Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I've been using Navattic for a few years now, and it's become a game-changer for our PMM team — and our top-performing channel in terms of conversion rates. Lately we've been expanding our use cases: using Navattic for GIFs to highlight small but meaningful releases on social; for conferences, to put together product walkthroughs and email comms; and to showcase our latest innovations. Using the product is a breeze (and dare I say... fun?!). The new MCP integration has also been incredible for analyzing data and performance metrics, and their support team is top-notch. Can't imagine doing what I do without Navattic.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Nothing specific comes to mind. I’ve run into a bug here or there, like with any software, but it’s usually addressed and fixed promptly.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps us showcase our product innovation in a scalable, targeted way. Before Navattic, we relied on clunky walkthroughs, Loom videos with voiceovers, and other makeshift workflows that never quite hit the mark — they were time-consuming to produce, hard to update, and ultimately didn't give our audience the hands-on experience we wanted them to have. Navattic changed that. Now we can create polished, interactive product experiences that meet people where they are, whether that's a conference booth, a social post, or an email campaign.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> A few years in and still your top-performing channel for conversions is an incredible milestone, Amaury!

Love that the team keeps finding new use cases, from GIFs to conference walkthroughs to email campaigns, and that the MCP integration has been useful for digging into performance data.

Glad the support team keeps hitting the mark for you too.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Starting off with ease of use — the Navattic team constantly pushes updates that make my life easier. I rarely have to open the documentation to understand how the product works. It's intuitive and simple, yet packed with features. The 2025 addition of sandbox demos has been an absolute game changer, opening up even more possibilities for how we engage prospects.

Next, I want to highlight all the different ways I use Navattic to support our business — from sales enablement to internal education, conferences, and even POCs. I use it every single day, and at this point my work essentially runs on Navattic.

Finally, an honorable mention to the incredible support team. They respond immediately whenever I have even a minor issue. A huge shoutout to Alex on support, and to Kayla, our CSM, who has been fantastic to work with — always patient, always helpful, no matter how many questions I throw her way.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Guys, the Salesforce and Marketo integrations are not my favorite. Apart from that, I really don't actually dislike anything.

Making a perfect product is impossible, and you guys are doing an amazing job.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially adopted Navattic for top-of-funnel demo automation in our sales process, but over the past year I've successfully expanded its use across the organization. We now actively use it for internal enablement — onboarding teams and keeping them up to speed on product updates — as well as partner enablement and live conference demos. For early-stage and straightforward sales conversations, Navattic guides have become our go-to for live demos too, giving reps a polished, consistent experience without needing to go deep into the product.

If it were up to me, I'd embed Navattic guides directly into our user-facing documentation as well — that's how much I trust the format to communicate product value clearly.

And then there's sandbox demos. Introduced in 2025, this feature has been a complete game-changer for us. It bridges the gap between a guided tour and a full hands-on trial.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Wow thank you for this awesome review Rumen!!

So glad to hear that Navattic has become such a key part of your daily workflow.

Love that you’re using it across so many areas and that our team has been there to support you along the way.

Appreciate the note on the Salesforce integration too. The team is actively collecting feedback in that area, so this is super helpful to hear.

Let us know if you ever have feature requests or ideas for future updates - always love hearing them!

 ### 24. Impressive, Realistic Interactive Demos Made Easy with Navattic

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I’ve been using Navattic to build interactive demos, and the depth of functionality is impressive. Navattic allows me to create demos that feel like the actual product, giving users a seamless and realistic experience. Combined with an intuitive interface and frequent platform updates, it makes the entire creation process smooth and rewarding.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The only things that could make the experience even better would be a built-in library of short video tutorials to master advanced features faster, manual tooltip resizing, and an option to export product tours as videos.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use interactive demos from Navattic for lead generation to attract new users, as well as an educational tool to simplify product discovery. The demos make it super easy for potential customers to quickly understand the value of key features and navigate our product effortlessly.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really glad the depth and realism of the demos have made the whole creation process feel smooth for you.

On video export, that's already available, you can export any demo as an MP4, GIF, or PDF straight from the share settings.

Details here: https://docs.navattic.com/share/export

Manual tooltip resizing is also already an option today via height and width settings, and I'll pass along the tutorial library idea to the team.

Appreciate your support,

 ### 25. Intuitive, Easy-to-Use UI/UX That Gets You Up and Running Fast

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The interface is clean, intuitive, and genuinely a pleasure to navigate and everything feels like it's exactly where you'd expect it to be. Getting up and running takes almost no effort at all; you can go from first login to fully set up in just a few minutes, without needing a manual or a support ticket. Overall, it's a smooth, user-friendly experience from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Honestly, the Playbooks tab had a lot going for it at first glance. It really caught my attention and seemed like it was going to be one of the standout features. But once I actually got into it and started using it hands-on, it didn't quite live up to that initial impression. It's one of those cases where the concept was more compelling than the execution ended up being in practice.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think that the Navattic team is always upping their game on the Customer Support side and it very refreshing to see.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Justin,

Thank you for such a kind shoutout on the UI/UX, getting up and running with almost no setup time is exactly what we're going for.

On the Playbooks tab, appreciate the honest take, and it's genuinely helpful feedback for the team to hear.

 ### 26. A Godsend for Technical Writing and User Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic has improved in leaps and bounds over the last few months, and each iteration I'm loving all the more. Navattic being able to highlight and edit individual elements on a screen makes a technical writer's job way easier. User love Navattics too, they test really well. Being able to show users, not just describe in written steps, really is technical writing best practice, and a godsend for complex UIs. We use it for new user's onboarding processes as well, as we find it's by far the best way to teach new users. We're also obsessed with the AI features that are new in Navattic, such as being able to upload a style guide and get the instructions written in that tone of voice/style

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Absolutely none. We love Navattic. I would always recommend technical writers use Navattic for their multimedia needs

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves SO much time with multimedia. We used to have to take a screenshot, manually mark it up then also manually apply custom code to it, but now Navattic not only takes care if that, but it provides a much better user experience

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thrilled to hear Navattic has become a godsend for technical writing and onboarding, especially with the style-guide AI feature.

Appreciate your support Loren!

 ### 27. No-Code Interactive Demos That Put Marketing in Control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick B. | Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through Google using a business email account

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What stands out most is how much control it puts in marketing's hands. We use it to build interactive demo experiences for our website, and the no-code editor means I can create, edit, and publish demos without ever looping in engineering. That alone has cut our turnaround time from weeks to days when we need to update a demo for a new feature or campaign. The interactions feel smooth and realistic to prospects, not like a clunky screen recording, which has made it a genuinely effective tool for letting visitors self-serve and explore the product before ever talking to sales.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Honestly, there isn't much to point to. If I had to nitpick, I'd say there are occasional small styling constraints where I want more granular design control, but it's never been a real blocker. Overall the platform has done exactly what we needed it to do without major friction.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Navattic, building or updating an interactive product demo for our website meant relying on engineering resources and waiting in a dev queue, which made it hard to move quickly on marketing campaigns or respond to product changes. Navattic solved that by letting marketing own the entire process end-to-end.

Now we can create and publish demo experiences ourselves, iterate quickly when messaging or features change, and give website visitors a self-serve way to explore the product without needing to book a call with sales first. It's meaningfully shortened our time-to-publish and let prospects engage with the product on their own terms earlier in their buying journey.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really glad the no-code editor has cut your turnaround time from weeks to days and given marketing that kind of control.

On the styling constraints, custom CSS across every element isn't natively exposed yet, but the Theme builder handles global design tokens like fonts and colors, and the Capture Editor covers more granular, element-level adjustments.

Thank you for the support,

 ### 28. Effortless Interactive Demos That Save Time and Boost Client Support

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic makes it incredibly easy to create interactive demos for our platform features. I love so many things about Navattic, but the best one would definitely be the ability to replace a single step by simply recapturing the affected screen. Gone are the days when we had to redo videos from start to finish every time our platform got an update or UI refresh. Just go back to the demo file on Navattic, recapture the affected screen, and publish - easy with no lags and long render times. We use these interactive demos in our help centre, and we have a lot of demos that we regularly maintain as well. So being able to quickly and easily update them enables us to serve our clients in the best way possible, while also saving us time.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I don't really dislike anything about Navattic because it has improved our demo creation process a lot. But if we're going to nitpick, it can be difficult to find older demos when there are a lot of items in one folder.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic drastically lessens the time we have to spend creating and maintaining our interactive demos on our help centre. We used to rely on videos, which we had to remake every time a product update was released, and that meant redoing almost everything. Now, Navattic ensures we deliver up-to-date and accurate demos embedded in our support articles, without needing to allot too much time for this responsibility.

 ### 29. Quick, Easy Product Tours That Keep Demos Aligned with New Releases

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I like how quickly I can build and update product tours, which helps us keep demos aligned with new releases

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

While Navattic is easy to use, I'd like to see more advanced customization options for branding and interactivity. Managing large demos can become time-consuming, and deeper analytics, such as more granular user behavior and conversion insights, would be valuable

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps us bridge the gap between product awareness and product experience. Instead of relying on static screenshots or lengthy videos, we can provide interactive, self-guided product tours that let prospects explore key workflows before starting a trial or speaking with Sales. This improves product understanding, supports self-service evaluation, enables our marketing and sales teams to showcase new features more effectively, and helps us scale product education without requiring live demos for every prospect

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really glad Navattic is helping you keep demos aligned with new releases and bridge that gap between product awareness and hands-on experience.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Simple and easy to use with almost zero learning curve. Super efficient on new feature rolling out or existing demo updates. Amazing platform reliability.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Not really for now and everything works perfectly for me.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As product enablement team on Cisco, we are managing live demo environments to showcase the latest and greatest Cisco cloud technologies. Live demo is great but with some short-comes:
1. The environments are read-only. Navattic demo simulations allow us to capture the configuration steps and let demo users to walk through them without changing the live environments.
2.Continuous application updates/changes cause challenges to the content management. Navattic demo flows deliver the always consistent experiences to our demo users. When the app is updated, we can easily update the flows/demos.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Shawn,

Thanks so much for sharing how Navattic supports your product enablement efforts at Cisco! Especially helping maintain consistent demo experiences across app updates.

Love hearing that the platform’s ease of use and near-zero learning curve made a difference.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Intuitive workflow, with plenty of flexibility when editing captures and different ways to share and structure the workflow. The AI drafts are genuinely helpful, and the new addition of the MCP makes it even better.

We didn’t need any onboarding because it’s so intuitive, and whenever we’ve run into issues, support has resolved them very quickly.

Capturing through the chrome extension is for us the easiest way to start building the flow.

It does what it promises.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Nothing so far! We ran into the # of demo limits but now upgraded and are very happy.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showing prospective customers our app without having to walk them through it, which provides transparency before demo requests (and actually increased our conversion rate from page visit -> demo booked, and from demo to deal.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Glad the workflow feels intuitive and that support has been quick whenever you've needed it.

Capturing through the Chrome extension being the easiest way to start building is exactly what we hoped for.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

We've seen a great improvement in conversion rates to live demos from leads that have interacted with our Navattic demos compared to not. The tool is really easy to integrate with Hubspot, so we have excellent tracking and data at our fingertips. It's easy to use and customize.

On top of the tool itself meeting our needs, their team is also really wonderful to work with.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There is a slight learning curve when getting into the product blind, but there are plenty of help docs and tutorials to get going and the Navattic team has always helped if I've gotten stuck.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is helping us bridge the gap between leads and our sales team by giving them a taste of what the product can do for them before they ever have to talk to sales. Like many SAAS tools, our product sells itself better when someone can experience it on their own.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for the thoughtful review, Evan!

It's great to hear that Navattic is helping boost conversion rates and giving your leads a strong first taste of the product.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I think Navattic is a very intuitive platform, which makes it easy to use. I'm always really impressed with the customer experience—they're always on hand if we have any questions or if there's anything we're not sure about. I feel like they listen to me and they're always shipping updates. The platform has some great features like the magic editor, where you can edit videos and make bulk edits, which is incredibly helpful when dealing with multiple markets. This feature makes editing a lot easier compared to other interactive demo platforms we've used before, where we had to record new videos for each market. I also think their customer experience teams respond very quickly and are always willing to have a call if needed. They're just very impressive.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Nothing

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic allows us to show prospects real-life demos of our product without them needing to sign up, effectively demonstrating how our product solves their real problems.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I really like the practicality for doing simulations and the ease of sharing and restricting access. Additionally, the AI assistant has been very useful because it speeds up the drafting of our simulations. I also value the realism in the simulations, as they are HTML environments and not just screenshots. The ease of configuring Navattic is remarkable, as simple as logging in, installing a browser extension, and starting to record simulations. The quick and effective response from support when something gets complicated is another aspect I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

So far, so good.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navattic to make software demonstrations and navigations, creating simulated environments that avoid exposing our real platform. The practicality and realism of the simulations in HTML are great, and the AI assistant speeds up the writing.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thank you for the review, Pedro!

It’s great to hear that the simulations feel immersive - that kind of realistic experience is exactly what we aim for.

Glad to hear our support team has been responsive and helpful whenever you’ve reached out! We're lucky to have them :)

The customer success team is incredible! I love being involved in customer conversations and events that Navattic holds. They make you feel valued - I truly feel like my ideas and requests in the product have been considered and if they don't get implemented, it's usually because it already exists! The customer success team is incredible and are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Nothing comes to mind. Navattic is a great product and exceptional company! A little bit of bugginess across the product but nothing that majorly blocks any work.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps us to be more knowledgable in Sales conversations since we can see exactly where leads have viewed/dropped off in our product tours. We are also bringing in more product qualified leads.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

It's super user-friendly and I'm constantly impressed by the platform's capabilities. I love how easy it is to edit screen captures and how improvements are always being made to make it even easier. It's improved engagement on our pages by a large margin!

Usually when I'm running into issues it's due to our own site and not Navattic.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Nothing! I would love it if there were easier ways to have a master flow that can be embedded in multiple flows so edits only need to be made in one place at one time, but that's more of a feature request than anything I dislike.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Value prop explanation
- Competitor differentiation
- Solution mapping

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Lea! Hearing that engagement on your pages has gone up by a large margin is exactly what we love to see - and the screen capture editing being that intuitive is a big part of why it works.

On the master flow idea: shared Captures get you partway there - one capture can live across multiple flows, so you're not re-doing the same work - though a fully reusable flow component is a great callout and worth surfacing to the team.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

 ### 37. The go-to platform for scalable, integrated interactive demos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | Head of Content Strategy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2024

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The speed and flexibility of demo creation is what stands out most. Using the Chrome extension capture workflow and HTML editing capabilities, our team can build and iterate on interactive product demos quickly without needing developer support. The ability to modify UI elements — text, logos, currencies — means we can tailor demos for different audiences and markets with minimal effort.

The Marketo integration has been particularly valuable. Data flows directly into Marketo via cookies and scripts, giving us clean tracking and attribution. We've adopted an ungated demo strategy with embedded handraisers, which has improved engagement without sacrificing lead capture.

The unlimited seats and showcases model makes it easy to scale across teams — we've rolled it out across marketing, product, and training without worrying about license constraints. Weekly performance reports with views, engagement time, CTA clicks, and company-level tracking give us actionable data to continuously improve our demo content.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The initial Marketo integration setup required more hands-on effort than expected — the documentation could be more prescriptive, particularly around cookie-based tracking, script implementation, and how data maps into Marketo fields. Teams new to the platform may need more guided onboarding to get the integration right first time.

Demo capture can occasionally be fragile depending on the complexity of the application being captured. Some dynamic or heavily JavaScript-reliant UI elements require workarounds, which adds time to the creation process. More robust capture handling for complex web apps would be a welcome improvement.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Navattic, demonstrating our products required either setting up live sandbox environments or relying on static screenshots and videos — both time-consuming and difficult to keep up to date. Navattic solves this by letting us create always-on, self-serve interactive demos that live on our website and in emails.

This has been transformative across three areas: marketing (product showcases on Cyncly.com that drive engagement without requiring a sales conversation), sales enablement (reps can share focused, interactive stories during live deals without needing a full demo environment), and onboarding and training (teams can explore product functionality at their own pace).

The measurable impact is clear — our demos are generating thousands of engaged visitors, CTA clicks, and steps viewed, all tracked through Marketo. We treat demos as content assets, not just sales tools, and Navattic is the platform that makes that possible at scale.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the updated review, David!

Really impressive to hear the traction you’re seeing with engagement and step views - love that Navattic is powering so much of your product storytelling.

Noted on the challenge with Marketo. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend reaching out to your CSM to walk through setup and expected workflows. They can also help share examples of common use cases and troubleshooting tips.

Appreciate the detailed feedback as always.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic is incredibly intuitive, which made onboarding quick and helped teams across multiple business units adopt it with very little friction. That ease of use has been a major driver of its continued growth internally, as more groups realize how simple it is to implement and start creating demos right away. On top of that, Navattic’s customer support is truly outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us get the most value out of the tool. We have also been impressed by how quickly the platform continues to evolve, with new features being added regularly and more AI capabilities embedded throughout the experience to make demo creation even faster and smarter. The combination of a user‑friendly platform, rapid innovation, and exceptional support has made Navattic one of the easiest and most impactful solutions we have rolled out.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Using Navattic for VM‑based demos can feel limiting because desktop applications rely on Media Captures rather than fully interactive HTML, which makes them inherently less dynamic than web captures. I know a desktop capture application was released but it is still fairly new so we have experienced some growing pains with it.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic directly addresses several longstanding friction points in the modern B2B buying process by enabling prospects to experience a product long before a live call, dramatically improving qualification, engagement, and sales velocity. Because these demos replicate the product’s authentic interface using captured HTML and CSS, prospects gain a realistic sense of value, which improves both understanding and conversion potential. Navattic also reduces heavy reliance on sales engineers for repetitive demo prep. The no‑code ease of use helps to enable any rep to spin up controlled, guided demos without technical bottlenecks. Personalization of demos is also significantly easier. Navattic lets us customize demos with dynamic variables and tailored content so that each buyer sees scenarios relevant to their industry, persona, or use case. It becomes simple for reps to share a version of the product that feels uniquely relevant to each prospect, increasing engagement and emotional resonance early in the cycle. Finally, Navattic strengthens GTM motions that support sales, including product marketing, SDR outreach, and customer success, by providing embeddable, interactive demos for websites, email campaigns, touch points, and feature launches.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Brooke, this is such a thorough and generous review - thank you!

The way you've laid out how Navattic fits into your GTM motion, from SDR outreach to event programs to sales follow-ups, is honestly a great blueprint for other teams thinking through the same thing.

On the VM-based demo side, desktop apps that aren't browser-accessible do require Media Captures rather than interactive HTML, which is a real tradeoff. The Media Capture Editor does offer device frames, blur, crop, draw tools, and video with autoplay and playback controls to make those captures as polished as possible - but it's a fair limitation to flag.

Appreciate your support!!

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I like that Navattic is easy to use and that their customer support is really great. Anytime I need something, they're really quick to respond. It's also fun to use because you can throw gifts and stuff onto the first slide, use tooltip or modal, and highlight things, which is really nice. The ability to put a call to action at the end and link to a demo or wherever you want makes the experience very custom.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Well, I know they're working on their new agent. I think it's still in the newer stages, but, you know, they're working really hard on it. And there's been improvements. So, you know, we're excited to see how that goes. And I think that it will be very helpful for other people in the future as well.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic lets me show off products in a 3D way, avoiding logins and text-heavy presentations. It's more engaging for showcasing products as social proof.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Ben,

Thank you so much for the thoughtful & detailed review!

Thrilled to hear that Navattic is helping tell your story in a secure and engaging way.

Also love to hear that the platform has made a real impact on how you communicate value to your customers.

And shoutout to Ashton! We’re lucky to have her on the team and glad she's been such a helpful partner for you.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic is very useful to us on a daily basis in designing interactive demos. Whether it's for marketing, CSM or even customer service, the tool is a real asset for the end user.
As a company operating in many countries, translation is a crucial issue for us. In this regard, the AI features offered by Navattic are excellent for easily adapting our content into all languages.
Navattic is relatively easy to use and covers a wide range of scenarios.
In my opinion, its biggest strength is its customer service. Every ticket sent in is dealt with very quickly, and if necessary, all their teams coordinate to provide satisfaction. As a customer, that's very pleasant.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I'd say that despite some interesting dedicated features (such as a phone device frame), it's not possible to capture a mobile application. However, that's not why you choose Navattic, so it's a point to be tempered.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to showcase our B2B products. We were looking for a compromise between the interactivity of a demo in a live environment and the elegance and flexibility of a video/illustration.
Navattic enabled us to achieve this very simply and, above all, to apply it to a wide range of situations: websites, tradeshows, sales meetings, onboarding and CSMs.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thank you, Dorian, for the thoughtful and detailed review!

It’s great to hear that Navattic is bringing value across your team - from marketing to CSM to customer service - and that it’s helping you showcase your B2B products in such a flexible way.

Also really appreciate the kind words about our support team! They're truly the best.

Finally, thank you for the feedback on mobile app capture as well - this is something we're currently working toward improving.

Thanks again for your continued support

 ### 41. 2+ years later, still a critical tool for marketing and sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kris K. | Director of Channel Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through Google One Tap using a business email account

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2024

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

*2+ year update*

Our team is still actively using Navattic, and our use cases have expanded well beyond basic demos. We’re now using it at trade shows and conferences, and we’ve been able to take advantage of “offline mode.” This simple feature makes a big difference when you’re in a location where connectivity might be a concern.

The enhancements with AI Copilot have also been really helpful. Having it assist with writing and offering suggestions based on best practices from the top 1% of Navattic demos makes it much easier to get demos done quickly, while still building them with the most up-to-date tips and tricks available.

Overall, the product is easy to use and easy to set up, which makes it straightforward to create step-by-step guides for marketing, sales, enablement, and more.

I also want to mention how great the Navattic team behind the product has been. Their support has been fantastic over the past year—answering questions, providing assistance, and taking feedback along the way.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

*2+ year update*

Still really appreciating all that Navattic has provided to our business. I still feel strongly that allowing external users to help build or at the very least provide feedback/comments on demo builds would be a fantastic addition.

Not a lot to dislike. I would like to see a feature allowing partners to access select segments or ares of the back-end of Navattic to pull reporting and/or provide feedback on demos. Some sort of real-time collaboration feature would be helpful.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic enables our marketing team to show, not tell, customers and prospects what our platform can do, giving them a clear, visual sense of how they could implement it in their own business. As a result, it helps improve our website conversion rates.

It also supports sales by letting us send prospects a link to a product demo, which helps us generate leads and opportunities much faster. When sales gets on a call with a customer, they can refer back to what the prospect already saw in the demo. Then, when it’s time for a live demo, they can skip the highlights that were already covered and jump straight into the features and benefits that align with what the customer is looking for.

 ### 42. Real, self-paced product tours—though modal positioning can be finicky

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I like best is how the demos get built. You step through the real product yourself, then annotate afterwards, so the tour follows the actual user flow rather than a set of static screenshots or a recording someone sits through passively. The person clicking through is doing what they'd do in Gather, at their own pace, with the context right on the step where they need it.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The main friction is that modals want to anchor to a button or UI element. Getting a free-standing modal that just sits where I want it was harder than it should be. Anything with a drawer also tended to throw the positioning out, and in-app popups occasionally didn't show at all, which meant re-checking steps I thought were done. Being able to place a modal freely on the canvas would fix most of it.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer Demos, mainly for new features and updated UI. having walkthroughs for users is helpful as it takes a lot of work off me in support.

I can point them to the interactive demo instead of having to call/walk the user through their issue/friction point.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really glad the build flow itself is working well, stepping through the real product and having the tour mirror the actual user flow is exactly the intent.

The modal positioning friction you're describing is fair feedback, especially around free-standing placement, drawer behavior, and in-app popups not always showing.

I don't have confirmation of a fix in progress for those specific cases, but there is a way to adjust tooltip height and width today that might help in some spots.

Details here: https://docs.navattic.com/help/faqs

I'll flag the broader placement issue with the product team so it's on their radar.

Appreciate your support,

 ### 43. Super easy to build interactive demos

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I like most about Navattic is how easy it is to create an interactive product demo without needing a ton of technical help. Once you get the hang of it, building and updating demos is pretty quick, and the end result feels polished.

We’ve used it to create self-guided experiences that let people explore a product on their own instead of always needing a live walkthrough. That’s probably the biggest value for me it makes the experience easier to share and scale.

There is a little bit of a learning curve when you want to do more customized or detailed things, and I’d love to see even more flexibility with the design options. But overall, it’s been easy to use and does what we need it to do.

Definitely a useful tool if you’re looking for a simple way to make product demos more interactive and engaging.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There honestly isn’t a lot I dislike, but I do wish there were a few more customization options. Sometimes I know exactly how I want something to look or behave, and it takes a little more work than I’d like to get there.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps us give people a way to explore a product experience without always needing someone to walk them through it live. That makes it easier to share demos, reuse them across different audiences, and give people a better feel for the product on their own time. For me, the biggest benefit is being able to create something interactive and polished pretty quickly without needing a lot of development support.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thank you so much for this thoughtful review, Diana!!

The learning experience design angle is such a meaningful perspective to get from a user. Really glad the scenario-based flow structure and progressive reveal control have been landing well :)

On the instructional depth piece, tooltips do support contextual explanations within flows (with customizable sizing), and you can layer in auto-progress steps using Timer Conditions for a more coached feel.

For reusing and updating content across multiple demos, Captures are designed exactly for that; updating a shared Capture propagates across every flow referencing it, so you're not hunting down individual steps when the product UI shifts.

The Bulk editor is also worth knowing about if you ever need to edit multiple steps at once across a flow.

Really appreciate your support! As always please don't hesitate to reach out to support@navattic.com with any follow up questions!

 ### 44. Intuitive and Flexible with Robust Analytics

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Source: Seller invite:** Invitation from a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navvatic is intuitive, and the analytics go deep. I can get granular with the insights, which matters day to day. Cloning demos saves a ton of time. Theme customizations are the same; matching our brand takes minutes, not a project. The interactive demos, especially Playbooks, deliver the most value. Updating them is straightforward. The analytics dashboard backs it up with detail we actually use, not vanity metrics. Pricing is flexible on a per-use basis; it hits more points for us than a flat structure. Setup was easy two years ago, and it's gotten easier since then.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There used to be an issue with integrating AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT before they released an MCP for those, but that's not a problem anymore. The only thing I think could still be improved is having a deeper ABM portion. It would be helpful to customize demos based on who is doing the demo, like changing the company name to match the person. More ABM-focused features would be great.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navattic to showcase what we offer and for the help center. It solves visual product presentation issues, is intuitive, and provides deep analytics. It's also helping us bring in new clients, speed up processes, and scale effectively.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Michele!

So glad the deep analytics, cloning, and Playbooks are hitting the mark for your team.

Good news on the ABM front - you can already personalize demos by company name and logo using variables, so each prospect sees their own info baked right in.

As an AE, what I appreciate most about Navattic is how easy it makes it to create and share interactive product demos without needing engineering support. It's a great way to let prospects experience value upfront - especially early in the sales cycle. The no-code editor is intuitive, and being able to personalize demos for different personas or use cases has helped drive engagement and speed up qualification. It's also a helpful tool for aligning with marketing on product-led content.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Haven't found anything yet! So far it's great!

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster Sales Cycles: Prospects explore products on their own terms, accelerating qualification
Enhanced Buyer Experience: "Hands-on" product understanding, leading to higher engagement

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

Glad to hear that Navattic is helping you move faster in your sales cycles and deliver a more hands-on, engaging buyer experience. It’s great to know the no-code editor and personalization options are making a real impact, especially early in the sales process.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic has been really helpful in my role as a Trainer for recording demos and walkthroughs, as well as documenting user guides and tutorials for both new and existing customers. I especially like how easy it is to create interactive walkthroughs that users can click through at their own pace, so they can get a clear sense of how the software works.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

You can create manual walkthroughs in Navattic (for example, by uploading screenshots to demonstrate something step by step), but the process feels tedious because the screenshot annotation and editing tools are very basic. I often have to edit the screenshots before uploading them, which adds extra steps to the workflow. And when I need to demo features in desktop software, I’m forced into this approach since Navattic can’t capture a live demo in that software.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic has been steadily streamlining the demo-creation process since I started using it. One of the recent updates - AI-enhanced demos created with voiceovers - is a fantastic improvement. It means I don’t have to storyboard my demos ahead of time; instead, I can knock out quick demos in just a few minutes by talking through the step-by-step process.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Michael,

Really glad the AI voiceover feature has been a time-saver for knocking out demos quickly, that's a great use of it for training content.

On the screenshot editing limitations, the docs are upfront about this: in-app image editing isn't currently supported, and the recommendation is to use a tool like Figma or Adobe before uploading. There is a recent improvement that lets you position screenshots within device frames in the capture editor, which might help with some of the fine-tuning: https://docs.navattic.com/build/captures/media

On desktop software capture, live web capture is web-only, but Media Captures (screenshots, videos, GIFs) are the supported path for native/desktop apps: https://docs.navattic.com/build/captures/media

Feel free to reach out at support@navattic.com if it'd help to walk through your specific workflow.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic has been a standout experience from day one. What impressed us most was how knowledgeable the reps were — they took the time to truly understand our pain points and came prepared with solutions that actually addressed our needs, not just a generic demo.
The support team has also been exceptional. Whenever we've had questions or run into anything, responses come quickly and the resolutions are thorough. It's rare to find a vendor where support feels like a genuine partnership rather than a ticket queue.
As for the software itself, it's refreshingly easy to navigate. The interface is intuitive enough that our team was able to get up and running without a steep learning curve, and the overall experience just feels well thought out.
If you're looking for a product that combines ease of use with a team that genuinely cares about your success, Navattic is worth serious consideration.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

One area with room to grow is mobile customization, the platform currently shines on web capture, and it would be great to see that same depth of flexibility extended to mobile experiences as well. It's not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind depending on your use case.
On the analytics side, third-party tracking can occasionally be inconsistent in its accuracy.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic has helped us stay current and compelling in how we present our product. We're now able to showcase our most up-to-date features to both new and existing clients with ease, ensuring that every interaction reflects the latest of what we have to offer.
Beyond that, it's elevated the quality of our storytelling. We have much greater control over the narrative, allowing us to guide prospects through a tailored experience that speaks directly to their needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Wow really appreciate you taking the time to share this, the detail here means a lot.

Glad the reps came prepared and that support has felt like a genuine partnership rather than a ticket queue.

For mobile customization, mobile currently has its own dedicated set of options (Mobile zoom, Mobile swipe, Mobile alert, and more), though it's intentionally scoped differently from full web-capture editing. Worth a conversation with your CSM if you want to dig into what best fits your mobile use case!

For third-party tracking, there is documented configuration for UTM tracking and identifying visitors via tracking scripts — if accuracy issues persist, reaching out to support@navattic.com with specifics would be the fastest path to a resolution.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

UI and ease of use, hands down. I've been on Navattic for about 4-5 months and getting a demo built and out the door is faster than anything I've used before. Capturing and editing just makes sense you don't have to fight the tool to figure out where things are. I can build, tweak, and ship a demo in one sitting without pinging anyone in engineering/ dev.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Honestly, not much to complain about. If I had to pick something, I'd love a bit more depth on the analytics side being able to drill down further into how viewers are moving through a demo, and clearer attribution on where the traffic is actually coming from would make it easier to tie demo engagement back to specific campaigns.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Navattic to build out the Zycus Merlin Experience Centre basically a self-serve space where prospects can explore our agentic AI capabilities on their own time, without having to sit through a scheduled demo first. It's getting people to actually engage with the product story before a sales conversation.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Building out a self-serve experience center for agentic AI, that's a genuinely cool use case, and it's great that it's getting people engaging with the product story before a sales conversation.

On deeper analytics and campaign attribution, recent updates include video step engagement breakdowns at 5-second intervals for drop-off analysis, plus account-level engagement and HubSpot Deals sync for demo-attributed pipeline visibility: https://docs.navattic.com/analyze

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic makes it easy to create interactive product demos without much technical effort. I like that the demos are easy to build, customize, and share, while giving users a hands-on way to understand the product quickly. The value feels worth the cost because Navattic saves time on creating and presenting product demos. It also helps make the product easier for prospects to understand, which adds good value for the price.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The customization options can feel a bit limited at times, especially when trying to create highly tailored or complex demo experiences. Also, some features could be more intuitive for first-time users.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps simplify product demos by making it easier to showcase features without needing a live demo every time. It saves time, makes the product easier to understand, and helps potential customers explore it at their own pace.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Glad to hear Navattic has been saving your team time on creating and presenting demos.

On the customization side, Conditional Demos might be worth a look if you haven't tried it, since it lets visitors choose their own path based on their interests for a more tailored experience.

Magic Editor and Table AI are also handy for bulk editing text, charts, and tables faster.

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic is so integral in getting prospects engaged in our product throughout onboarding and support. The platform is so easy to navigate and create demos to share with prospects and customers alike. Navattic's performance is powerful in the self-guided nature, while also giving the users (both developer of demo and viewer of demo) the ability to really get granular. The easy integrations with email allows it to be sharable and give immediate ROI for both us as a company and for our prospects and customers alike. The AI features are super handy as well for non technical folks.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I really don't have anything that I dislike about Navattic. If there was one piece of feedback, it would be to allow us to share multiple demos/content videos at once instead of creating separate links.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is helping me bridge the gap between our platform's features and capabilities that were not covered in a demo. This allows the prospect or customer to dive deeper and give ratings on what they are most and least interested in.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Awesome to hear Navattic is helping bridge the gap between product capabilities and what prospects actually see before a call.

On sharing multiple demos at once, the closest current option is Checklists, which let viewers choose from multiple flows in a single experience: https://docs.navattic.com/build/checklist

It's not exactly a multi-link bundle, but might get you closer to what you're looking for.

Thank you for the support,
