## Navattic Reviews
 ### 1. The go-to platform for scalable, integrated interactive demos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | Head of Content Strategy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The speed and flexibility of demo creation is what stands out most. Using the Chrome extension capture workflow and HTML editing capabilities, our team can build and iterate on interactive product demos quickly without needing developer support. The ability to modify UI elements — text, logos, currencies — means we can tailor demos for different audiences and markets with minimal effort.

The Marketo integration has been particularly valuable. Data flows directly into Marketo via cookies and scripts, giving us clean tracking and attribution. We've adopted an ungated demo strategy with embedded handraisers, which has improved engagement without sacrificing lead capture.

The unlimited seats and showcases model makes it easy to scale across teams — we've rolled it out across marketing, product, and training without worrying about license constraints. Weekly performance reports with views, engagement time, CTA clicks, and company-level tracking give us actionable data to continuously improve our demo content.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The initial Marketo integration setup required more hands-on effort than expected — the documentation could be more prescriptive, particularly around cookie-based tracking, script implementation, and how data maps into Marketo fields. Teams new to the platform may need more guided onboarding to get the integration right first time.

Demo capture can occasionally be fragile depending on the complexity of the application being captured. Some dynamic or heavily JavaScript-reliant UI elements require workarounds, which adds time to the creation process. More robust capture handling for complex web apps would be a welcome improvement.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Navattic, demonstrating our products required either setting up live sandbox environments or relying on static screenshots and videos — both time-consuming and difficult to keep up to date. Navattic solves this by letting us create always-on, self-serve interactive demos that live on our website and in emails.

This has been transformative across three areas: marketing (product showcases on Cyncly.com that drive engagement without requiring a sales conversation), sales enablement (reps can share focused, interactive stories during live deals without needing a full demo environment), and onboarding and training (teams can explore product functionality at their own pace).

The measurable impact is clear — our demos are generating thousands of engaged visitors, CTA clicks, and steps viewed, all tracked through Marketo. We treat demos as content assets, not just sales tools, and Navattic is the platform that makes that possible at scale.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the updated review, David!

Really impressive to hear the traction you’re seeing with engagement and step views - love that Navattic is powering so much of your product storytelling.

Noted on the challenge with Marketo. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend reaching out to your CSM to walk through setup and expected workflows. They can also help share examples of common use cases and troubleshooting tips.

Appreciate the detailed feedback as always.

 ### 2. A User‑Friendly Demo Platform Backed by Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brooke S. | Demo Automation Specialist, Content Studio, Financial Services Market, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic is incredibly intuitive, which made onboarding quick and helped teams across multiple business units adopt it with very little friction. That ease of use has been a major driver of its continued growth internally, as more groups realize how simple it is to implement and start creating demos right away. On top of that, Navattic’s customer support is truly outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us get the most value out of the tool. We have also been impressed by how quickly the platform continues to evolve, with new features being added regularly and more AI capabilities embedded throughout the experience to make demo creation even faster and smarter. The combination of a user‑friendly platform, rapid innovation, and exceptional support has made Navattic one of the easiest and most impactful solutions we have rolled out.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Using Navattic for VM‑based demos can feel limiting because desktop applications rely on Media Captures rather than fully interactive HTML, which makes them inherently less dynamic than web captures. I know a desktop capture application was released but it is still fairly new so we have experienced some growing pains with it.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic directly addresses several longstanding friction points in the modern B2B buying process by enabling prospects to experience a product long before a live call, dramatically improving qualification, engagement, and sales velocity. Because these demos replicate the product’s authentic interface using captured HTML and CSS, prospects gain a realistic sense of value, which improves both understanding and conversion potential. Navattic also reduces heavy reliance on sales engineers for repetitive demo prep. The no‑code ease of use helps to enable any rep to spin up controlled, guided demos without technical bottlenecks. Personalization of demos is also significantly easier. Navattic lets us customize demos with dynamic variables and tailored content so that each buyer sees scenarios relevant to their industry, persona, or use case. It becomes simple for reps to share a version of the product that feels uniquely relevant to each prospect, increasing engagement and emotional resonance early in the cycle. Finally, Navattic strengthens GTM motions that support sales, including product marketing, SDR outreach, and customer success, by providing embeddable, interactive demos for websites, email campaigns, touch points, and feature launches.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Brooke, this is such a thorough and generous review - thank you!

The way you've laid out how Navattic fits into your GTM motion, from SDR outreach to event programs to sales follow-ups, is honestly a great blueprint for other teams thinking through the same thing.

On the VM-based demo side, desktop apps that aren't browser-accessible do require Media Captures rather than interactive HTML, which is a real tradeoff. The Media Capture Editor does offer device frames, blur, crop, draw tools, and video with autoplay and playback controls to make those captures as polished as possible - but it's a fair limitation to flag.

Appreciate your support!!

 ### 3. Engaging Experience, Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben L. | Content Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I like that Navattic is easy to use and that their customer support is really great. Anytime I need something, they're really quick to respond. It's also fun to use because you can throw gifts and stuff onto the first slide, use tooltip or modal, and highlight things, which is really nice. The ability to put a call to action at the end and link to a demo or wherever you want makes the experience very custom.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Well, I know they're working on their new agent. I think it's still in the newer stages, but, you know, they're working really hard on it. And there's been improvements. So, you know, we're excited to see how that goes. And I think that it will be very helpful for other people in the future as well.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic lets me show off products in a 3D way, avoiding logins and text-heavy presentations. It's more engaging for showcasing products as social proof.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Ben,

Thank you so much for the thoughtful & detailed review!

Thrilled to hear that Navattic is helping tell your story in a secure and engaging way.

Also love to hear that the platform has made a real impact on how you communicate value to your customers.

And shoutout to Ashton! We’re lucky to have her on the team and glad she's been such a helpful partner for you.

Thank you again Ben, really appreciate it :)

 ### 4. Very good product by an excellent team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dorian L. | Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic is very useful to us on a daily basis in designing interactive demos. Whether it's for marketing, CSM or even customer service, the tool is a real asset for the end user.
As a company operating in many countries, translation is a crucial issue for us. In this regard, the AI features offered by Navattic are excellent for easily adapting our content into all languages.
Navattic is relatively easy to use and covers a wide range of scenarios.
In my opinion, its biggest strength is its customer service. Every ticket sent in is dealt with very quickly, and if necessary, all their teams coordinate to provide satisfaction. As a customer, that's very pleasant.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I'd say that despite some interesting dedicated features (such as a phone device frame), it's not possible to capture a mobile application. However, that's not why you choose Navattic, so it's a point to be tempered.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to showcase our B2B products. We were looking for a compromise between the interactivity of a demo in a live environment and the elegance and flexibility of a video/illustration.
Navattic enabled us to achieve this very simply and, above all, to apply it to a wide range of situations: websites, tradeshows, sales meetings, onboarding and CSMs.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thank you, Dorian, for the thoughtful and detailed review!

It’s great to hear that Navattic is bringing value across your team - from marketing to CSM to customer service - and that it’s helping you showcase your B2B products in such a flexible way.

Also really appreciate the kind words about our support team! They're truly the best.

Finally, thank you for the feedback on mobile app capture as well - this is something we're currently working toward improving.

Thanks again for your continued support

 ### 5. 2+ years later, still a critical tool for marketing and sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kris K. | Director of Channel Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

*2+ year update*

Our team is still actively using Navattic, and our use cases have expanded well beyond basic demos. We’re now using it at trade shows and conferences, and we’ve been able to take advantage of “offline mode.” This simple feature makes a big difference when you’re in a location where connectivity might be a concern.

The enhancements with AI Copilot have also been really helpful. Having it assist with writing and offering suggestions based on best practices from the top 1% of Navattic demos makes it much easier to get demos done quickly, while still building them with the most up-to-date tips and tricks available.

Overall, the product is easy to use and easy to set up, which makes it straightforward to create step-by-step guides for marketing, sales, enablement, and more.

I also want to mention how great the Navattic team behind the product has been. Their support has been fantastic over the past year—answering questions, providing assistance, and taking feedback along the way.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

*2+ year update*

Still really appreciating all that Navattic has provided to our business. I still feel strongly that allowing external users to help build or at the very least provide feedback/comments on demo builds would be a fantastic addition.

Not a lot to dislike. I would like to see a feature allowing partners to access select segments or ares of the back-end of Navattic to pull reporting and/or provide feedback on demos. Some sort of real-time collaboration feature would be helpful.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic enables our marketing team to show, not tell, customers and prospects what our platform can do, giving them a clear, visual sense of how they could implement it in their own business. As a result, it helps improve our website conversion rates.

It also supports sales by letting us send prospects a link to a product demo, which helps us generate leads and opportunities much faster. When sales gets on a call with a customer, they can refer back to what the prospect already saw in the demo. Then, when it’s time for a live demo, they can skip the highlights that were already covered and jump straight into the features and benefits that align with what the customer is looking for.

 ### 6. Navattic Makes Interactive Demos and Walkthroughs Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | Senior GIS Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic has been really helpful in my role as a Trainer for recording demos and walkthroughs, as well as documenting user guides and tutorials for both new and existing customers. I especially like how easy it is to create interactive walkthroughs that users can click through at their own pace, so they can get a clear sense of how the software works.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

You can create manual walkthroughs in Navattic (for example, by uploading screenshots to demonstrate something step by step), but the process feels tedious because the screenshot annotation and editing tools are very basic. I often have to edit the screenshots before uploading them, which adds extra steps to the workflow. And when I need to demo features in desktop software, I’m forced into this approach since Navattic can’t capture a live demo in that software.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic has been steadily streamlining the demo-creation process since I started using it. One of the recent updates - AI-enhanced demos created with voiceovers - is a fantastic improvement. It means I don’t have to storyboard my demos ahead of time; instead, I can knock out quick demos in just a few minutes by talking through the step-by-step process.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Michael,

Really glad the AI voiceover feature has been a time-saver for knocking out demos quickly, that's a great use of it for training content.

On the screenshot editing limitations, the docs are upfront about this: in-app image editing isn't currently supported, and the recommendation is to use a tool like Figma or Adobe before uploading. There is a recent improvement that lets you position screenshots within device frames in the capture editor, which might help with some of the fine-tuning: https://docs.navattic.com/build/captures/media

On desktop software capture, live web capture is web-only, but Media Captures (screenshots, videos, GIFs) are the supported path for native/desktop apps: https://docs.navattic.com/build/captures/media

Feel free to reach out at support@navattic.com if it'd help to walk through your specific workflow.

Thank you for the support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 7. Intuitive Platform Backed by a Responsive, Knowledgeable Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie W. | Senior Program Manager, Product Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic has been a standout experience from day one. What impressed us most was how knowledgeable the reps were — they took the time to truly understand our pain points and came prepared with solutions that actually addressed our needs, not just a generic demo.
The support team has also been exceptional. Whenever we've had questions or run into anything, responses come quickly and the resolutions are thorough. It's rare to find a vendor where support feels like a genuine partnership rather than a ticket queue.
As for the software itself, it's refreshingly easy to navigate. The interface is intuitive enough that our team was able to get up and running without a steep learning curve, and the overall experience just feels well thought out.
If you're looking for a product that combines ease of use with a team that genuinely cares about your success, Navattic is worth serious consideration.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

One area with room to grow is mobile customization, the platform currently shines on web capture, and it would be great to see that same depth of flexibility extended to mobile experiences as well. It's not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind depending on your use case.
On the analytics side, third-party tracking can occasionally be inconsistent in its accuracy.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic has helped us stay current and compelling in how we present our product. We're now able to showcase our most up-to-date features to both new and existing clients with ease, ensuring that every interaction reflects the latest of what we have to offer.
Beyond that, it's elevated the quality of our storytelling. We have much greater control over the narrative, allowing us to guide prospects through a tailored experience that speaks directly to their needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Wow really appreciate you taking the time to share this, the detail here means a lot.

Glad the reps came prepared and that support has felt like a genuine partnership rather than a ticket queue.

For mobile customization, mobile currently has its own dedicated set of options (Mobile zoom, Mobile swipe, Mobile alert, and more), though it's intentionally scoped differently from full web-capture editing. Worth a conversation with your CSM if you want to dig into what best fits your mobile use case!

For third-party tracking, there is documented configuration for UTM tracking and identifying visitors via tracking scripts — if accuracy issues persist, reaching out to support@navattic.com with specifics would be the fastest path to a resolution.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 8. Navattic Makes Building and Shipping Demos Fast and Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sansthita K. | Marketing manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

UI and ease of use, hands down. I've been on Navattic for about 4-5 months and getting a demo built and out the door is faster than anything I've used before. Capturing and editing just makes sense you don't have to fight the tool to figure out where things are. I can build, tweak, and ship a demo in one sitting without pinging anyone in engineering/ dev.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Honestly, not much to complain about. If I had to pick something, I'd love a bit more depth on the analytics side being able to drill down further into how viewers are moving through a demo, and clearer attribution on where the traffic is actually coming from would make it easier to tie demo engagement back to specific campaigns.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Navattic to build out the Zycus Merlin Experience Centre basically a self-serve space where prospects can explore our agentic AI capabilities on their own time, without having to sit through a scheduled demo first. It's getting people to actually engage with the product story before a sales conversation.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Building out a self-serve experience center for agentic AI, that's a genuinely cool use case, and it's great that it's getting people engaging with the product story before a sales conversation.

On deeper analytics and campaign attribution, recent updates include video step engagement breakdowns at 5-second intervals for drop-off analysis, plus account-level engagement and HubSpot Deals sync for demo-attributed pipeline visibility: https://docs.navattic.com/analyze

Appreciate your support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 9. Integral for Prospect Engagement with Easy, Powerful Self-Guided Demos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eun B. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic is so integral in getting prospects engaged in our product throughout onboarding and support. The platform is so easy to navigate and create demos to share with prospects and customers alike. Navattic's performance is powerful in the self-guided nature, while also giving the users (both developer of demo and viewer of demo) the ability to really get granular. The easy integrations with email allows it to be sharable and give immediate ROI for both us as a company and for our prospects and customers alike. The AI features are super handy as well for non technical folks.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I really don't have anything that I dislike about Navattic. If there was one piece of feedback, it would be to allow us to share multiple demos/content videos at once instead of creating separate links.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is helping me bridge the gap between our platform's features and capabilities that were not covered in a demo. This allows the prospect or customer to dive deeper and give ratings on what they are most and least interested in.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Awesome to hear Navattic is helping bridge the gap between product capabilities and what prospects actually see before a call.

On sharing multiple demos at once, the closest current option is Checklists, which let viewers choose from multiple flows in a single experience: https://docs.navattic.com/build/checklist

It's not exactly a multi-link bundle, but might get you closer to what you're looking for.

Feel free to reach out at support@navattic.com if you want to talk through your specific setup.

Thank you for the support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 10. Simple, fast way to build interactive demos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad A. | Senior Frontend Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I like most is how easy it is to turn a product flow into something interactive without messing around with heavy tooling. As someone who builds UI all day, I appreciate that Navattic feels clean and predictable the editor doesn’t get in the way, and I can put together a walkthrough pretty fast. It’s great for showing how a feature works without needing to spin up a full environment or record a bunch of videos. The ability to tweak steps quickly and keep everything consistent is a big win.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Some parts of the editor feel a bit stiff, especially when you’re trying to reorder steps or fine‑tune the layout. I’ve also hit a few moments where changes didn’t save right away, which breaks the flow when you’re iterating. The analytics are helpful but could be more detailed I’d like deeper insights into user behavior. Nothing major, just small things that slow you down when you’re trying to move fast.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps reduce the time spent explaining features manually. Instead of writing long docs or jumping on calls, I can send an interactive demo that shows the exact UI flow. It also removes the hassle of maintaining demo environments, which is always a pain on the frontend side. Overall, it makes it easier for people to understand the product without extra engineering effort.

 ### 11. Turning product tours into a real pipeline driver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier d. | Growth Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I like best about Navattic is the combination of ease of use and how much the product has evolved over the last year. Building tours using the Chrome extension is very intuitive, and it’s now much faster to update demos or re‑select captures when our product UI changes. The improvements in the interface also make it easier to understand the full tour you’re building at a glance.

The quality and realism of the demos is another big plus. Beyond the guided steps, users can freely explore the interface, scroll, and see additional options, which is especially valuable for complex engineering and design software like ours. It creates a much more complete and realistic product experience.

Overall, Navattic gives marketing teams a lot of autonomy to create self‑guided, “choose your own adventure” product tours for MOFU audiences — especially since we started using checklists, which give users the option to explore what they’re truly interested in. The support team has also been consistently strong: responsive, flexible with time zones, and proactive through webinars and product updates. We’re also very interested in recent innovations like their AI Agents launch.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

For complex products like ours, the most time‑consuming part is the upfront work of organizing the story you want to tell. Defining the right paths and deciding what to show in a guided tour requires internal alignment before you start building, especially when the software has multiple use cases and levels of depth.

Our main blocker today is around integrations and visitor identification, particularly when using NavatticJS together with Pardot forms. Due to iframe and browser constraints, we haven’t been able to automatically identify users who submit a Pardot form and seamlessly link them to identified visitors in Navattic, which has slowed down our setup. As a result, we’re now moving forward with the direct Salesforce integration, and the Navattic team has been extremely supportive throughout the process, helping us resolve questions and guiding us step by step.

As a more minor point, while building tours we’ve occasionally run into small UX or scripting edge cases — for example, tooltips not anchoring exactly where intended — which can require some trial and error when fine‑tuning more complex flows.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps us address a key gap in our mid‑funnel (MOFU) strategy by giving prospects a realistic way to explore the product before they’re ready to request a live demo. A meaningful portion of our website visitors weren’t prepared to book time with our sales team, and before Navattic we didn’t have an easy or credible way for them to experience the product on their own.

With this tool, we can offer self‑guided, “choose your own adventure” product tours that complement—rather than cannibalize—our bottom‑of‑the‑funnel conversion points. As a result, prospects come into sales conversations more informed and with clearer intent, which improves lead quality and overall efficiency.

Since implementing Navattic, interactive tours have become one of our top five conversion points for generating new pipeline. From an efficiency standpoint, tours are also among our best‑performing channels. Their efficiency rate (net revenue growth ÷ pipeline) has been the closest to our “Request a Demo” conversion point.

Overall, Navattic lets us scale product education across the funnel, strengthen lead quality ahead of sales conversations, and give marketing full ownership of creating and updating product experiences without relying on engineering.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really appreciate the depth of this review, Javier! It's clear you've gotten deep into the product and are squeezing a lot of value out of it :)

On the Pardot + NavatticJS visitor identification blocker; we're glad the team was able to guide you toward the Salesforce integration path. Docs for that are here if helpful: https://docs.navattic.com/integrations/salesforce

On tooltip anchoring in complex flows, there's a recent improvement worth knowing about: Preserve Anchors when Replacing Captures keeps tooltips precisely placed when you update a demo. The FAQs also cover fixing off-screen tooltips: https://docs.navattic.com/help/faqs

Really glad tours have become a top-five conversion point for your team.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 12. Navattic Makes Follow-Ups Stand Out with Shareable Demos, Logos & Engagement Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joelle S. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic is a great tool that I use in all of my follow-up emails to customers. It helps me share demo overviews in a way that’s easy for them to pass along to their teams. I also love that it can incorporate customer logos and track each time it’s used, so I can see which customers are truly engaged. On top of that, being able to send it as an image or GIF spices up my emails and helps them stand out a bit more. I also love how easy the email plugin is to insert a quick link.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

It can be a bit buggy and sometimes I need to remove and add the integration to get the email plugin to work. Also, when I associate it with a salesforce opp, it will only automatically put in that contact vs. everyone copied in the email.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me get demos out to customers quickly and easily, which makes it simple to spread awareness across a customer team. It also helps me track customer engagement and learn about new IPs that are part of the evaluation process.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the great review, Joelle!

So glad to hear that Navattic is helping your follow-ups stand out and making it easier to track engagement across customer teams - love that you’re making use of logos and shareable formats.

Appreciate the feedback on cloning setups and GIFs. Good news on the latter: you can still add GIFs to a demo using our Media Capture feature or by uploading directly into HTML steps in the Capture Editor - more here: https://docs.navattic.com/docs/demo-capture#media-captures.

For streamlining repeat demo creation, definitely check out the 1-to-many demo feature too, which makes sending out variations a lot easier: https://docs.navattic.com/docs/one-to-many-demos.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to your CSM or support@navattic.com if you have any follow up questions!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

 ### 13. Interactive demo's are a must-have, Navattic is the best-in-class

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Levi W. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The ease of use is great. Be it for bigger interactive demo's where we show our vast set of features, or for smaller step-by-step guides as part of our help center. Creating a demo takes minutes, and with the constant flow of new features - like Mobile Zoom - it helps deepen our user experience.

The integrations are powerful too. The sync with HubSpot is magic. Direct meetings booked via our meeting links and easy sync with our timelines, making sure everything lives in one place. Excited about AI features too, but haven't tried them out that much.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The demo overview can get a bit cluttered when you have lots of them for different teams and use cases. A folder structure would be great to organise everything neatly.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a feature-rich SaaS tool which solves a wide range of problems for our customers. Creating guides took us a lot of time. Navattic helps us create interactive demo's quickly and with ease, so we can explain the value of our product in a compact, user friendly way.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the great review, Levi!

Awesome to hear that Navattic’s made it faster and easier to create both high-level demos and step-by-step guides across your help center.

Appreciate the note on demo organization too - we’ve heard similar feedback and put together some workspace strategies here that might help in the meantime: https://docs.navattic.com/workspace-organization.

Feel free to share more with your CSM if you have specific needs or ideas around demo management across teams.

Thanks again Levi!!

 ### 14. Intuitive tool for a multitude of use cases across teams!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** McKenzie J. | Senior Director, Partnerships, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Super easy to use and navigate. The platform is intuitive and the knowledge center is vast for the things you are not able to easily figure out. They have made many AI updates recently that have made my life so much easier!!

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Some of the titles of sections in their UI are not super intuitive, making it a little hard to find things at times. Super minor, though, and easy to overcome if you use the platform a few times.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic solves showing prospects and customers what our B2B data looks like in our internal platform, partner integrations, and platform integrations. It is a great tool for our channel sales reps to use in prospect conversations, is a great leave behind for sales and CS calls, and can even be used as an internal enablement tool for new hires or to introduce a new tool or product to teams for ongoing enablement. It gives great visibility into product areas where we did not have a concise and clean way to show others before.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for taking the time to share this McKenzie!!

It’s awesome to hear how Navattic is helping your team showcase integrations and drive value across sales, CX, and internal onboarding.

Also, if you’re ever looking for tips or workflows, the Navattic Academy might be helpful too: https://academy.navattic.com/collections

Thank you again for the review - appreciate your support :)

 ### 15. Excellent Tool for Customer Enablement, Despite Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah A. | Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I love using Navattic as a guide on how to do something in the platform, especially for really technical or multistep complex guides. It's easier to follow versus a developer document. I also find it easy to use, and I like how you can batch edit things like beacons and highlights. Additionally, I love that we can change the URL to a custom product or feature name. Learning Navattic from my colleague was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I don't like the auto screen capture. It just takes too many screenshots especially when you click into drop down tabs, ellipses and such. That's too much. I like the auto generate text descriptions but the downside is it's not always right.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navattic for creating enablement feature tours, simplifying complex guides, and managing demos. It improves customer onboarding, helps with learning features, and fills an enablement gap by reducing reliance on PMs and CSMs for demos.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for such a detailed and thoughtful review, Sarah!

Love hearing that the AI-generated steps and one-click screenshot feature have made your demo creation even smoother, and it’s awesome that Navattic plays a role every time you launch a new feature.

Glad your CSM was helpful getting your team up to speed, and appreciate the note on nested settings - totally fair and something we’ve passed along to the team.

Thanks again for the support Sarah :)

 ### 16. Superb for Self-Service Demos, Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kris N. | Senior Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I really like just how easy it is to use Navattic. Once you've got it down, it's very simple and straightforward. It really gets the job done. One of my favorite parts is at the end, it lets you link to a CTA of your choosing, which allows us to take customers straight from Navattic right into our product to use the feature we want them to. This is super helpful because it helps them see what the experience would be like and then actually implement it, which is huge for us.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Nothing super specific. I think I haven't used the AI tools in it yet, but from what my team has said, it hasn't been super great.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic solves the problem of providing a self-service way for customers to learn about our features without needing a person present. It’s easy to use and lets us link to a CTA, taking users straight to our product to use the feature we want.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the awesome review, Kris!

Love hearing that the intuitive guide creation has been such a smooth experience for you. Creating step-by-step flows and linking to different places is exactly how many teams are streamlining their onboarding and education.

Appreciate the note on analytics - you’re not alone there, and our team is actively thinking through ways to surface more insights about user behavior inside demos.

Let us know if you have specific analytics you’d like to see!

 ### 17. Still the best tool on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tess H. | Senior Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic is truly the best, tool. It’s very easy to use, and our customers love how it lays over our actual platform so they can see exactly what they would see when they’re logged into their account. I also love how interactive the platform is. It’s simple to refresh the demos without having to create completely new ones every time.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There isn’t much to dislike about Navattic. It can feel a little slow at times, but that may also be due to mediocre internet on my end.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic has helped us solve a significant challenge: our existing customers often need additional training, but our team doesn’t always have the capacity to run live sessions on short notice. With Navattic, we can send interactive videos that let customers engage directly with our platform at their own pace. Whenever we launch a new feature, we can quickly create a new Navattic walkthrough, and we’ve seen a noticeable reduction in customer inquiries as a result. We also really appreciate the support Navattic has provided us. We still use Navattic on a day to day basis and ar contantly creating new and improved demos.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful feedback, Tess!

That note about the screen taking multiple shots at once during auto capture is definitely something we’d want to take a closer look at - it could be a potential bug or a workflow issue. Would you mind reaching out to support or your CSM so we can help troubleshoot?

We appreciate you calling this out and want to make sure capturing is as smooth as possible.

 ### 18. User-Friendly, Powerful Interactive Demos with Great Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren P. | Enterprise Customer Marketing Manager: Campaigns & ABM, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I like best about Navattic is how user-friendly it is for business users. Thanks to excellent onboarding from our CSM, Ryan J., I was able to quickly learn how to build and edit interactive demos. It has completely empowered me to create high-converting demand generation assets independently, while also providing the tracking capabilities needed to measure their impact on our pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The platform has a slight learning curve at first. Because it's fully customizable, there are a lot of menus and options, which means it can take some time to remember where specific settings live. It took a few tries to feel completely natural, but it's incredibly powerful once you get the hang of it

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the challenge of gated, static content by allowing us to easily build interactive, hands-on product experiences for prospects. It also removes the dependency on technical teams to build these assets.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Building high-converting demand gen assets independently, with full tracking tied back to pipeline, is a great way to put it. Really glad Navattic has made that possible without any engineering dependency.

Shoutout to Ryan J. for the onboarding experience too!

On the learning curve: the fully customizable nature of the platform does mean more to explore upfront, but it sounds like you've gotten to the point where it's really paying off!

Appreciate your support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 19. An Intuitive, High-Performance AI Platform That Streamlines Product Demos and Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob C. | Sr. Director of Customer Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

It’s incredibly easy to use and very intuitive when it comes to capturing and editing demos and walkthroughs. The software performance has also been excellent—everything runs smoothly and reliably. The AI editing capabilities are impressive, and the support from our Customer Success Manager has been outstanding!

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

It’s incredibly easy to use and very intuitive when it comes to capturing and editing demos and walkthroughs. The software performance has also been excellent—everything runs smoothly and reliably. The AI editing capabilities are impressive, and the support from our Customer Success Manager has been outstanding. I honestly have no critical feedback regarding either the software or the support experience.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform has been extremely valuable for our organization in creating polished product demos and scalable training materials for both internal teams and external clients. It has helped us streamline knowledge sharing, improve client onboarding, and present our product more effectively. The platform is easy to use and intuitive for capturing and editing walkthroughs, which saves our team time and increases efficiency. The software performance has been consistently excellent, the AI editing capabilities are a major advantage, and the support from our Customer Success Manager has been outstanding.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> This is such a great summary of what Navattic is built to do! Thank you Bob! Polished demos, scalable training, and smoother client onboarding all in one place :)

Really glad the AI editing capabilities and your CSM have both been standouts for your team.

Appreciate your support,

 ### 20. The Best Tool for Engaging and Educating Your ICP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gus A. | Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic gives people a whole new, low lift way to explore our product that we never had before. We found that people aren't always ready to start a trial or book a call – Navattic is the perfect solution for bridging this gap. Not only does it increase engagement on our landing pages and reveals valuable intent data, but it also better qualifies leads for our sales team. People who take navattic tours know what to expect of the product and have specific questions heading into a demo. This is super valuable to our sales process.

But perhaps the best part about Navattic is the team. Everything from the sales process, onboarding, and ongoing support has been wonderful. They care about their customers and are always there to tackle the hard problems right along with you. Working with them has been a pleasure.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Some of the native reporting is not super intuitive, and could use some refinement, although we have gotten around this by using their new MCP with Claude. Also at times the new tour building experience has responsiveness issues (slow loading times.)

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic gives people who aren't ready to book a demo or start a trial a low-effort way to interact with and learn about our product, all while sending valuable intent data to our sales team. It also is a great way to create mico-experiences for valuable parts of our product which we can inject in content pieces and product updates.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for this thoughtful review Gus!!

So glad to hear that Navattic has helped bridge the gap for those not quite ready for a trial or demo, and that it’s adding real value for both marketing and sales.

Appreciate the shoutout to our team too - it means a lot!

Please don't hesitate if you ever have suggestions or need help navigating anything!

 ### 21. Effortless demo creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt P. | Principal Technical Architect (Platform Solution Engineering), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I really appreciate the ease and speed of building and maintaining demos with Navattic. It allows us to get demos to our GTM teams quickly and iterate with ease and flexibility. I also find it very easy to set up initially, which has been great for us.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

No a dislike but I'd like to see more change and governance tooling, particularly with our number of demo builders increasing along with the criticality of the demos. I would like the ability to export an offline backup of the demo config/metadata, and have dev and test instances.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navattic for creating interactive demos that help our GTM and customer-facing teams showcase our solutions easily, without needing an SE present. It speeds up building and maintaining demos, allowing us to get demos out quickly and iterate with ease and flexibility.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the awesome review, Matt!

It’s great to hear how Navattic is helping your sales team scale by enabling more self-serve demos and easing the bandwidth pressure on your SEs. That guided vs. pseudo-live flexibility you mentioned is exactly what we built the toggle feature for - so glad it’s working well for your team!

Love hearing that the building experience has been quick and easy for you, and that you’re taking full advantage of the different demo modes. Also really appreciate the shoutout to our product and support teams - we’re always aiming to be responsive and build with customer feedback front and center, so it means a lot.

Thanks again for the kind words, and don’t hesitate to let us know if there’s ever anything we can help with!

 ### 22. Seamless responsive Demo along with Strong Lead Capturing Capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandeep V. | Deputy General Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The ability to seamlessly integrate product demos into our website, along with the option to share demo URLs directly via email, is a significant advantage. We can also create lead generation forms within Navattic and pass user data to marketing operations platforms.

Navattic enables us to capture user demographic information, which helps us evaluate campaign performance by analyzing engagement with specific demos.

The Navattic support team has been highly responsive and consistently available whenever assistance is needed.

That said, there is one area for improvement, which we are currently discussing with their team. We would like the Navattic JavaScript to be split into two components—one for rendering the demo and another for collecting user data. Without this separation, it is difficult to properly manage consent categories for deploying Navattic demos.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Nothing in particular, but as I mentioned there is one area for improvement, we would like the Navattic JavaScript to be split into two components—one for rendering the demo and another for collecting user data. Without this separation, it is difficult to properly manage consent categories for deploying Navattic demos.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is a helpful product for our Marketing and sales team, as by using the product team members can build demos themselves without having any dependency on engineering teams. It helps to launch campaign faster and teams can reuse the same demo across prospects and channels

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Sandeep, thank you!! The lead gen form and demo embed use case you're describing is exactly what the platform is built to power.

Really glad embedding into your site, sharing via email, and passing data into your marketing ops stack has all been seamless.

On the JavaScript component split for consent category management, that's a meaningful technical need and it's actively being discussed with the team.

In the meantime, the best next step is to keep that conversation going directly with your CSM or reach out to support@navattic.com so the right people stay looped in on your specific setup.

Thank you for the support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 23. Great product - and great ongoing post sales service and support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank T. | Global Head of Sales Operations and Enablement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I appreciate most about Navattic is its user-friendly interface and the smooth sales buying process. Throughout our entire purchasing journey, their staff demonstrated impressive expertise, which made our decision to choose Navattic an easy one. Their post sales experience is also excellent, as we have regular check in's with the team and they are responsive to all our service inquiries.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

This is still a fairly new product, and I expect they will keep adding new features over time. Since they listen to their customers, I'm looking forward to using the product as it develops further. They do a great job of keeping us posted on new features and development.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic has been instrumental in addressing several challenges we face during our buying process. We use interactive demos at various stages of the buyer's journey, and Navattic consistently supports us throughout each step.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Frank, thanks for this great review!

Awesome to hear that both the ease of use and your experience during the sales process stood out - our team will be thrilled to hear that.

Appreciate you noting that Navattic is evolving quickly - we're always working to grow the platform in ways that support teams like yours.

Also glad to hear the interactive demos are helping guide buyers at every step of the journey!

Thanks again Frank

 ### 24. Interactive product demos that actually teach, not just show

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana J. | Learning Experience Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

From a learning experience design perspective, Navattic makes it easy to create guided, interactive product experiences that feel intentional and user-centered. Instead of static walkthroughs, it allows me to design structured, scenario-based flows that mirror real use cases, which is far more effective for learning and retention. The platform is intuitive, so I can quickly build, test, and iterate without relying heavily on developers, and it gives me control over how information is revealed to support a more thoughtful, progressive learning experience.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

From a learning design standpoint, the biggest gap is around deeper instructional control. It would be even more useful if there were better ways to layer in context; like quick explanations, just-in-time tips, or light coaching moments that explain why something matters, not just what to click. It would also help to have more flexibility when it comes to reusing and updating content, especially across multiple demos. There’s also some friction when maintaining or updating demos at scale, especially if the product UI changes frequently.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic solves the problem of having to rely on static screenshots, slide decks, or live walkthroughs to showcase a product, all of which fall short in helping people truly understand how something works. It gives me a way to create interactive, guided experiences that users can explore on their own time, which is far more engaging and effective.

From my perspective, that means I can design product experiences that double as learning tools, helping users build familiarity and confidence before ever getting into the actual platform. It also reduces the need for repetitive demos and enables more consistent messaging, while still giving me control over how the experience is structured and what users focus on.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thank you so much for this thoughtful review, Diana!!

The learning experience design angle is such a meaningful perspective to get from a user. Really glad the scenario-based flow structure and progressive reveal control have been landing well :)

On the instructional depth piece, tooltips do support contextual explanations within flows (with customizable sizing), and you can layer in auto-progress steps using Timer Conditions for a more coached feel.

For reusing and updating content across multiple demos, Captures are designed exactly for that; updating a shared Capture propagates across every flow referencing it, so you're not hunting down individual steps when the product UI shifts.

The Bulk editor is also worth knowing about if you ever need to edit multiple steps at once across a flow.

Really appreciate your support! As always please don't hesitate to reach out to support@navattic.com with any follow up questions!

 ### 25. Game Changer for our Knowledge Base

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire C. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The tool has helped us educate our customers. One of the best features is being able to access screenshots from other demos - this saves me a lot of time when building a new demo and flow.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There isn't much that I dislike about Navattic. However, I think it would be helpful if the screenshots could scale from one screen to another. For example, I have to take all screenshots on my laptop and cannot use my desktop. If I use my desktop, it does not display correctly when viewing on a laptop later.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is helping us educate our customers. We have built interactive guides for our most-used features, and customers can access these through our knowledge base center. We're able to quickly assist with general how-to questions, and it has decreased the amount of support tickets we receive.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Using demos to power a knowledge base and cut down on support tickets is such a smart application. Really glad that use case is working well for your team.

On the screenshot scaling issue: Navattic has responsive strategies (Scale Width, Responsive, Fill, and Fixed) that can help with cross-device display. Capturing at 1440x900 or smaller and using Scale Width or Responsive tends to work best for most setups. More details here: https://docs.navattic.com/build/responsive

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 26. Easy to Use with Great Customer Service—A Great Tool for Showcasing Demos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon D. | Solutions Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

It's very easy to use, customer service is great and overall a great tool to showcase demo's! I like how I'm able to scale it across the entire sales org, for SDRs / AEs to CSMs

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Definitely some areas for improvement especially around what you can highlight and where you can put a beam / pulse etc. It's often limited and templated. We should definitely have the ability to use it to our own will.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our platform is constantly updating and we have workflows for clients for them to understand our App. With Nevattic, we can make and build a repeatable process that clients can sift through whenever they have a question. We call it our Loop Help Center. We want to build out short demos showcasing features and workflows that will benefit the users of Loop, and Navattic will help us realize that.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for the thoughtful review, Simon!

Really glad to hear Navattic is helping power your Loop Help Center and giving your clients an easy, repeatable way to explore features on demand.

Appreciate you calling out areas for improvement too - always working to streamline the experience and ship helpful updates, and your feedback helps guide that work.

Thank you for the support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 27. Easy, Engaging Interactive Simulations That Transform Training and Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelsi W. | Lead Implementation Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I like best about Navattic is how easy it is to build interactive, click-through simulations that feel close to the real product experience. The editor makes it simple to capture flows, customize hotspots, and guide users step-by-step, which saves our team a significant amount of time compared to building demos or training environments from scratch.

It’s had a big impact on our workflow. Instead of coordinating access to live environments or worrying about something breaking, we can quickly spin up a safe, controlled simulation for training and onboarding. That’s cut down back-and-forth with other teams and lets us iterate much faster when we need to update content.

An unexpected benefit has been how engaging the simulations are for learners. We’ve seen that people retain more when they can actually “do” the task versus just watching a video. Our survey numbers don't lie - this is an EXTREMELY effective way for our customers to learn.

Finally, I also really value the partnership aspect. The Navattic team has been incredibly receptive to feedback and genuinely interested in our ideas. Having a vendor that listens and collaborates like that makes the overall experience even better.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

One limitation with Navattic is around flexibility when it comes to maintaining and localizing simulations. For example, it would be really helpful to be able to easily change the background UI or update caption language globally. Right now, making UI updates or translating simulations for different languages can require more manual effort than we’d like.

As our product evolves often and quickly, keeping simulations fully up to date can be time-consuming, especially if there are widespread UI or text changes.

That said, the Navattic team has been very receptive to feedback and open to ideas, which gives us confidence these areas will continue to improve.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Navattic, we struggled to provide a true hands-on product experience in our eLearnings. Most of our training relied on videos and static documentation, and when we wanted something more interactive, it required coordinating access to live environments or building out demo accounts. This was time-consuming and sometimes risky, as customers could accidentally disrupt or break their own environment while learning.

After implementing Navattic, we can quickly create interactive simulations that allow users to safely explore workflows on their own. This has made it much easier to deliver a “learn by doing” experience without relying on real environments.

As a result, we’ve significantly reduced the time spent setting up and maintaining demo environments, and we’re able to build and update training content much faster. It’s also improved the overall effectiveness of our eLearnings, with learners more engaged and better able to retain what they’ve learned.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Kelsi,

Wow this is an amazing review - thank you so much!!

The training use case is one of the most compelling ways teams use Navattic, and hearing that learners are actually retaining more because they can do rather than just watch is exactly the outcome we hope for.

On localization and bulk UI updates, there's actually more here than you might expect today; Collection Global Edits let you make a change once and push it across multiple demos, the Bulk Editor applies edits across multiple steps, and Capture Translation handles translation of captures, voiceovers, AI avatars, and step text all at once.

If any of that isn't fully covering your workflow yet, reach out at support@navattic.com and the team can dig into your specific setup.

The partnership note genuinely means a lot - glad that comes through :)

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 28. Intuitive, Evolving Platform with Helpful Copilot to Create Interactive Tours

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie C. | Sr. Website Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I like the platform’s intuitive design and the fact that it’s constantly evolving with releases that make the tool easier to use. The recent additions, like their copilot feature and the option to convert videos into interactive demos, are super helpful. The two CSMs I've had are friendly, and I’ve used their professional services offerings a handful of times, which is really convenient to have when I need it.

I find their pricing to be very reasonable given how many opportunities these interactive demos have influenced.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

We had a rocky start getting our Salesforce integration set up properly with Navattic. There were some syncing issues with the playbook that was frustrating to resolve leading up to the rollout. Once we overcame those initial issues, the operations side has been generally easy to maintain.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to offer a free trial, but it was challenging and costly to maintain. Although we saw a lot of interest through initial form fills, those trials didn’t convert into closed deals very well without instructional guidance. These interactive demos have filled that gap by giving prospects a self-service way to experience our platform, without needing to talk to a sales rep right away. They’ve also been a helpful option within our chatbot, where we can direct less-qualified prospects who are asking for a demo.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Stephanie!

So glad the copilot feature and video-to-demo conversion have been clicking for your team, those are two of the newer additions the team has put a lot into.

Thank you for the support!

 ### 29. Intuitive Demo Builder with Seamless HubSpot Integration and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah P. | Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The ability to quickly build and update a variety of product demos, keep them organized, and analyze and report on them is our core use case. The UI is extremely intuitive and it integrates directly with Hubspot so we can collect leads into our CRM. Customer support has been extremely helpful and available the entire time (which is several years) that I have been a customer.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Analytics can be slightly limited (only six metrics are reported on). Making updates can be a bit manual as our demos can get a tad long. Mobile demo builder is slightly limited as well.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is constantly updating their product and I know they have added a lot of new AI tools. Their customer success team also reaches out regularly to stay in touch via webinars, new resources and 1:1 calls.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really happy to hear the HubSpot integration, analytics, and support have all been consistent wins over the years. That kind of long-term relationship means a lot to us.

A few quick notes on the callouts: the analytics view tracks six key metrics (visitors, engaged visitors, CTA clicks, CTR, time spent, and total steps) with CSV export available here: https://docs.navattic.com/analyze.

On the mobile builder, there are several layout options including Mobile Zoom, Swipe, Alert, and Scaled View: https://docs.navattic.com/build/mobile

For anything beyond what's in the docs, support@navattic.com can speak to what's coming on the roadmap.

 ### 30. Game-changer for organizations across Sales, Marketing, and L&D

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole B. | Learning Experience Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The best part about Navattic is how ridiculously easy it is to get familiar with the platform and start creating demos right away. I also love that the Navattic team is constantly rolling out new features and functions, which keeps adding value to our interactive demos. The new AI features are genuinely useful and save me time. In my experience over the past few months, Navattic has been consistently up and running, and we haven’t had any downtime (at least none that I’m aware of). And on the rare occasion I’ve needed support, the Navattic team has been awesome and gets you where you want to be in no time.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The only thing I dislike about Navattic is that I really want to be able to get links directly to a certain demos within a checklist.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic has completely replaced the need of creating time-consuming Articulate Storylines for interactive software learning. Storylines for eLearning used to take me days, whereas I can build and launch a Navattic within minutes.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Nicole!

This is such a great review to read - replacing Articulate Storylines with Navattic builds in minutes instead of days is a huge win, and the L&D use case is one we love seeing!

On linking directly to a specific demo within a checklist - good news, that's actually already possible! Checklist Tasks support a "Navigate to URL" click action so you can link out to any demo directly, and Tasks can also trigger a Flow within the same demo. More details here: https://docs.navattic.com/build/checklist

Thank you for the support,

 ### 31. AI Copilot and High-Fidelity HTML/CSS Demos That Work Everywhere

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniela T. | Webmaster, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The feature I get the most value from is the AI Copilot — it dramatically speeds up demo creation. Instead of building every tooltip and step manually, it generates a first draft of the demo copy and story structure for me, which I then refine to match Paystand's messaging. That alone saves a meaningful amount of time when I'm spinning up demos for different use cases.
I also really like how demos can be embedded across multiple channels — our website, email outreach, LinkedIn — without rebuilding anything. For a sales-assisted motion like ours, having one polished demo that works everywhere is a huge workflow win.
The HTML/CSS capture is noticeably better than screenshot-based tools — hover states, animations, and dynamic UI elements are all preserved, which makes the demo feel like the real product rather than a static slideshow. Prospects engage with it much more naturally.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The main friction point is the editing and updating workflow — once a demo is live, making changes after a product update takes longer than it should. When we're moving fast between releases, that lag adds up.
I'd also love to see stronger post-demo engagement signals pushed directly to the sales workflow. Right now the demo does its job, but knowing exactly which steps a prospect spent time on — and having that surface as a next-step prompt in our CRM — would make follow-up much sharper.
Finally, the pricing structure can feel rigid for teams that are still scaling their demo usage. An annual commitment with a fixed seat structure doesn't leave much room to experiment, especially when you're trying to justify ROI early on. More usage-based flexibility would go a long way.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem Navattic solves for us is removing the dependency on a live environment to run a compelling demo. Before, coordinating a product walkthrough meant relying on a stable sandbox, live data, and everything behaving perfectly — which it doesn't always. Now we can deliver a consistent, polished experience every time regardless of what's happening in the actual product.
It's also solved the scalability problem around demo delivery. We were struggling to get interactive product experiences in front of prospects early in the funnel without requiring a full sales call. With Navattic, we can embed a demo directly on a landing page or drop it into an email sequence, which means prospects self-qualify before they ever talk to someone on our team.
The AI Copilot has specifically cut down the time it takes to go from "we need a demo for this use case" to something ready to share — what used to take a full day of building and copywriting now comes together much faster.
The overall benefit is a more consistent buyer experience with less manual effort per demo, which is exactly what you need when you're running demos across multiple segments and campaigns.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thank you for this awesome review Daniela!

So glad the AI Copilot has been cutting down build time, and that the embed-anywhere workflow is landing well for your sales motion!

On updating live demos after product releases - Recapture automatically replaces changed screens, and since Captures are shared across flows, one update propagates everywhere it's referenced. The Bulk Editor and Replace Capture round out the toolkit for keeping things current: https://docs.navattic.com/workspace/workspace-organization

On post-demo engagement in your CRM - there are native integrations for Salesforce and HubSpot that sync demo engagement data directly to Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Deals, plus Pipeline Impact dashboards. Marketo, Pardot, Segment, Slack, and Webhooks are also supported: https://docs.navattic.com/integrations/overview

 ### 32. Intuitive UI and Helpful Docs Made Building Client Demos Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MedspAI D. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The ease of use was really good. The UI was very intuitive. They also have pretty good docs to refer to when I needed help, including an AI Assistant that pointed me in the right direction just about everytime. Helped us create a pretty good demo for our clients.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I think the pricing is pretty high. I wish we were able to create a public link with the free version, but right now we just have stuff pointing to the preview link. Right now it is not worth the ROI to upgrade to $500/mo but in the future with enough use cases this could be worth it.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They made it really easy to create a demo that is good enough to put in front of our prospective clients without having much expertise in video editing, etc. Performance has been great so far.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Glad the UI and docs made it easy to build demos for clients -- happy the AI Assistant has been pointing you in the right direction!

On the public link and pricing question, the best next step is to reach out directly so someone can walk through what's available at each plan level and whether it makes sense for your use cases.

Feel free to contact support@navattic.com and they can connect you with the right person.

 ### 33. Easy to use, great feature demos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristina J. | Product Education Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic is easy to use, and a powerful tool to help our users understand not only how to use a feature, but what they can do with it. It's also easy to update, so it's easy to use as features scale. And with recent updates, it's exciting to see how we'll be able to use it moving forward.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The UI is not the most intuitive, even though it's fairly easy to use once you know how to do it. Also, there's a limited amount of customization, so it would be nice to see more of that in the future.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our users understand how our product works and what they can do with it. It’s also more engaging than a video walkthrough, which makes it easier for them to stay focused and follow along.

 ### 34. Excellent Support and Highly Customizable Workflows in Navattic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh G. | Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Their support team is truly top-notch. I really appreciate how easy they make it to ask for help. They guide you through the process and keep the whole experience simple.

I also like the analytics tool. It’s interesting to observe trends over time and see how even small changes can have an impact on your flows.

Capturing screenshots is straightforward, even if it takes a little getting used to at first. Once you’re familiar with it, it feels very accessible.

Overall, everything in Navattic is highly customizable. Although there’s definitely a learning curve, that's mostly because you're able to personalize every aspect of your content. Frankly, that freedom and flexibility is a big reason why you’d choose a tool like this in the first place, so the effort feels worthwhile.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

You’ll have an easier time building flows if you’re already familiar with page-building tools or designing web content.

In the previous version of the flow builder, it wasn’t as easy to distinguish between the different kinds of effects you can add at a glance. That said, the team is very receptive to feedback and recently rolled out a change that addresses this.

If your app experience is somewhat complex, it can be challenging to map out which specific journeys to showcase. You really have to prioritize flows carefully so you don’t overwhelm the user.

The mobile experience is a tough nut to crack. There still isn't an optimal method of capturing screenshots on mobile devices, but they're well aware of this issue.

There’s a lot under the hood, and it takes some time exploring to understand everything. I’d recommend the team consider adding tooltips within the interface to help new users quickly grasp what the different functions and features are meant to do.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is helping us build a self-serve user journey that anyone can discover without needing to book a live demo. Our product is highly complex and versatile, so no two use cases are the same. Navattic lets us present that complexity in simple, easy-to-understand terms while keeping viewers in context as they explore. It has also directly helped us increase the number of qualified leads by 25%.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Josh, a 25% increase in qualified leads is a number worth shouting about - really glad Navattic has been delivering that kind of impact.

The feedback on mobile capture and in-product guidance for new users is genuinely useful and worth flagging to the team.

On mobile specifically, the current recommended path is uploading screenshots or video from your device as Media Captures, or using the Mobile Swipe Demo format for a more polished experience: https://docs.navattic.com/build/mobile

 ### 35. Clean UI and Powerful Analytics with Integratioins into Salesforce and Slack

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy W. | Senior Product Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

It looks clean, and the interface is easy to navigate. I really like seeing the analytics and proving people are spending time engaging with the demos. We were able to get the views and forms synced into SF and then synced into Slack. The workflow took time to set up, but it's a huge win.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Sometimes it seemed a bit glitchy. It could have been user-error but it also could have been the product. TESTING is really hard. It's almost impossible with how it's set up. This created a lot of extra work for us.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping with lead gen, as well as upsell opportunities. It's a low pressure way to allow someone to see our product without having to speak with someone right away.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Amy, really glad the analytics and the Salesforce-to-Slack sync are paying off. That workflow takes some setup but it's a big win once it's running.

On testing, there's actually a cleaner path than it might seem: the Play button in the Build tab lets you preview drafts interactively before publishing, and for Playbooks you can use Test Run (three dots next to Save). For Checklists, enabling "Always reset completed tasks" helps avoid cached states during QA.

Hopefully that makes the testing flow less painful going forward, and if you run into anything specific, feel free to reach out at support@navattic.com.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 36. Great platform for creating desktop and mobile solution demo videos!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kurt P. | Senior Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The Navattic platform is logically arranged and easy to learn. The user guides are clear and include really helpful videos. On top of that, the staff is very responsive whenever I have questions about using specific features. One of my favorite things about Navattic is that they keep adding new features and functions to the platform.

I recently created a demo video for a mobile solution, and it was a very easy process to place screenshots into a mobile device frame for a polished, finished look. Similar to desktop application demo videos, we can adjust colors to match our brand palette, add logos, customize screens, and more. I’m looking forward to trying the new voice narration feature in the near future.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

This is a tough one, because I really like the platform overall. One area that could be improved is the font adjustments on video modals (pop-up windows). At times, it can be a bit tricky to get the font to the exact size I want. That said, it’s a relatively minor nit.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic demos have made it possible for our sales teams to actually show prospects what the user experience of our payments solution looks like, and what the data sync looks like inside their ERP. That means we can walk through our AP Automation platform and an ERP in the same video, which has been really helpful. Now we’re also adding demo videos that highlight our mobile-based solutions, too. Overall, it’s very slick, and these demos have become powerful sales tools for us.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for the review, Kurt!!

It’s great to hear how quickly you got up and running - and even better that you’re continuing to uncover new features that help tailor your demos to your brand.

Love that you’re using Navattic to show both your AP Automation platform and ERP experience side by side. That’s such a powerful way to tell the full story.

Thank you again for the awesome review!

 ### 37. Super User-Friendly Interactive Demos That Make Showcasing Products Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara B. | Digital Strategy Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic is super user-friendly. It took us just a short time to learn it and all the features before we were all ready to push Ddemos live.

I love how we can showcase our products with interactive demos the customers can click through step-by-step or via a checklist they can move to sections they are interested in.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The mobile version isn't as detailed as the web version but that's to be expected with a smaller screen

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our customers to get an inside look into our products before reaching out to a customer service rep who usually does a demo for them anyway. Saving the rep time and ensuring the customer is ready to purchase when they contact the rep

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Tara, love hearing that the team got up to speed quickly and that the step-by-step and checklist formats have been a good fit for showcasing products to customers.

On mobile, that's a fair callout. There are some responsive options worth exploring if you ever want to dig in: https://docs.navattic.com/build/mobile

Appreciate your support,

 ### 38. A Game-Changer for Scaling Demos Across a Large Sales Org

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kari K. | Director, Solution Consulting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic has transformed how our sales team demonstrates our products throughout every stage of the sales cycle. What I love most is the versatility of simulation types and use cases, including outbound prospecting, live prospect calls and conferences, and a self-paced, hands-on experience after a demo. There's a format for every situation, and reps can access everything from one central hub.

The Launchpad feature is a game-changer. It puts a pre-approved, organized library of simulations at every seller's fingertips, so they can quickly find the right content for the right prospect. The integrations are outstanding. Navattic connects seamlessly with Salesforce, Seismic, Outlook, and Salesloft, making it easy to share demos wherever sellers already work. Most impressive is the engagement tracking: sellers receive real-time Slack notifications and email alerts when a prospect opens or shares a simulation, and all activity is timestamped and logged directly to the Salesforce Opportunity record. This makes follow-up timely and data-driven, and gives account teams full visibility into buyer engagement.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

With a large product portfolio, organizing and surfacing the right simulations for the right sellers can be challenging. As we've scaled our library of demos across multiple solution areas, it's sometimes been difficult to keep content well-organized and easy to navigate... sellers may have to do a bit of searching to find exactly the simulation they need for a given prospect or use case.

That said, the Navattic team has been a great partner in this area. They're actively working on roadmap improvements that should make content organization and discoverability significantly better, and we're optimistic those enhancements will make a real difference for our sellers. The responsiveness of their team to customer feedback gives us confidence that this is heading in the right direction.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic has solved two big challenges for our sales team. First, getting realistic, "live-looking" software in front of sellers without the overhead of spinning up and maintaining demo environments. Our sellers can now present products in a clean, guided click-path flow that looks and feels like the real thing, with no demo site management or risk of something breaking mid-call. This has also freed up time for our SE team, as they don't have to be on every call.

Second, it has enabled prospects to explore our solutions on their own terms. We built guided walkthroughs with tooltips that give prospects a hands-on experience after a demo without requiring us to provision actual sandbox credentials. This has significantly reduced the time our team spends on sandbox setup and access management, while also keeping deals moving. Prospects can self-explore at their own pace, which has had a positive impact on our deal cycles.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Kari, the depth of this review is incredible - thank you for taking the time to lay all of this out so thoughtfully.

The Launchpad + Salesforce engagement tracking combo getting a callout is always great to see - real-time alerts and timestamped activity on the Opportunity record is such a practical win for account teams. On the content organization and discoverability side, Demo Library and Boards within Launchpad are designed to help with exactly this - reps can search and filter by interest, tags, or keywords, and admins can set up different Boards per team, product, or use case. Worth looping with your CSM to make sure the Library is set up in a way that scales with your portfolio: https://docs.navattic.com/launchpad/demos/library

 ### 39. Navattic Makes Complex Use Cases Easy to Demo and Share

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Billy M. | Vice President Customer Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

We're still fairly new to Navattic, but it's the perfect tool for early use case which is creating and sharing demo of key features to prospects that are in pipeline and that we're helping to build a business case for.

Our use cases are complex; Navattic helps me to make them understandable to my prospects.

The UI makes it simple to quickly build short use case demo, and it performs very well, particularly after the recent changes to the building workflow.

Additional tools such as the genAI capability are welcome and demonstrate a commitment to make life easier for busy sales engineering and customer success teams.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

To get the most out of it you need to make sure that you commit the time to it. It's unavoidable with most demo platforms - tyou need a lot of time create every bit of content you need. The team are working on areas to speed up time to production.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps me to build short focused use case demonstrations for my prospects that illustrate to them how Red Sift helps them to solve their security challenges.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Billy, love that Navattic has been helping your team make complex use cases click for prospects - security challenges are notoriously hard to demo, so that's a big win.

On the time investment front, Copilot Generate is worth a look if you haven't dug into it yet - it auto-writes tooltip text, step descriptions, and anchors after you click through your app, so a first draft is ready almost immediately after capture. Brand and Tone settings can also be auto-populated with AI so you're not starting from scratch each time: https://docs.navattic.com/copilot/generate

Thank you for the support,

 ### 40. Streamlined Demos with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doug A. | Senior Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I think Navattic is very easy to use, which I really appreciate. The UI looks nice and responds well, and they're always making updates to improve it, which is great. The thing I like most about Navattic is the people who work there. They work really hard to stay engaged with customers and ensure we have what we need to be successful.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Sometimes the solution has struggled to capture certain environments, and it ends up taking an inordinate amount of time to get those environments captured. Others on my team have really struggled, and therefore maybe don't have quite as high an opinion of Navattic as I do.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic provides our sales teams with click-through demos for a more authentic customer experience, replacing unprofessional video demos.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> So glad the UI, the team, and the cadence of updates have all been landing well. It genuinely means a lot to hear that the people at Navattic stand out for you.

On capturing certain environments: when a web capture is tricky, switching to a Media capture (screenshots, video, or GIFs) is often the fastest workaround. More on that here: https://docs.navattic.com/build/captures/media

If specific environments continue to be a pain point for your team, support@navattic.com is the best place to flag those so the team can look into it directly.

Appreciate your support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 41. No-Brainer for Interactive Product Demos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah S. | Senior Demand Generation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

A quick and easy way to create a strong, interactive product demo. It’s also simple to build multiple versions of the demo tailored to different audiences.

This has been a great tool for us to show prospects our product, educate them in a way that makes sense to them, and encourage them to book a real demo with us to learn more.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I’d like to see more robust analytics features. I’ve been using this more as a “set it and forget it” tool, so I’m sure there are additional features I could be using and benefiting from that I’m simply not aware of yet.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps us educate prospects early in the funnel and showcase our value by giving them a hands-on look at our product before they even talk to Sales. This has improved our landing page conversions and helped us pass higher-quality leads over to Sales, because they’ve already seen how the product works and self-educated before meeting with the team.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Sarah, love that Navattic has become such a reliable part of the funnel - self-educated prospects showing up to sales conversations already bought in is such a good outcome.

On the analytics side, there's actually quite a bit available that might be flying under the radar - visitor data, step-level drop-off, CTA click tracking, time spent per session, and a Pipeline Impact Dashboard if you're connected to Salesforce. Might be worth a deeper look: https://docs.navattic.com/analyze

 ### 42. Easy to create Demos with AI storyboarding, fast product enhancements, and great CSM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan A. | Product Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The pace at which they make product enhancements. Recently they made the editing UI even better than it was -- makes it super easy to go through your screens and get them just the way you want. The AI storyboard creation - makes created the demos so much easier and faster. the output is very accurate to my vision, too. The many options for screen editing. The CSM I work with is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

This is minor, but the last time I used the voiceover it sounded like a robot, rather than human.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Navattics to support feature adoption with customers and middle of funnel with prospects. They are a good step between scheduling a demo with sales and passively watching a product video.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Jordan,

Thanks so much for the thoughtful review!

Love hearing that the AI storyboarding and screen editing options are helping bring your demo vision to life quickly and accurately.

Also great to hear your CSM has been a helpful partner - always our goal!

Appreciate you flagging the experience across screen sizes - is there a specific screen size that responsive behavior doesn't corporate? Feel free to bring this up to your CSM during your next catch-up - I'm sure they'd be happy to help resolve this.

Thank you again for the support Jordan - really appreciate it.

 ### 43. Navattic’s Magic Editors Make Creating Polished Demos Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I’ve genuinely loved working with Navattic. The team is incredibly helpful, responsive, and just great to collaborate with overall. Their product is also refreshingly easy to use, which makes a huge difference day-to-day.

The Magic Editors, in particular, have been a game changer for me—they save so much time and make it effortless to create polished, compelling demos. It’s had a huge impact on getting prospect buy-in and clearly demonstrating the value of what we offer.

Highly recommend Navattic to anyone looking to level up their demo experience!

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

We have encountered some obstacles in using the platform for our resellers, but we have collaborated with the team to find workarounds and resolve the issues.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is solving the challenge of scaling high-quality product demos across both our internal teams and our reseller network. Before, it was difficult to ensure consistency and efficiency when multiple groups needed to showcase our product.

With Navattic, we’re able to empower our resellers just as effectively as our internal team by giving them easy-to-use, interactive demos that clearly communicate our value. It’s made it much simpler to scale our reseller business, maintain consistency in how we present our product, and ultimately drive stronger engagement and buy-in from prospects.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Ashley, this truly made our team's day, thank you! So glad the Magic Editors have been a game changer for creating polished, compelling demos and driving prospect buy-in. And we love hearing that Navattic is helping you scale consistency across both your internal teams and your reseller network. That's a really exciting use case.

We're happy we've been able to work through the reseller hurdles together, and we'll keep collaborating to make that experience even smoother.

 ### 44. Navattic Gives Prospects a Great Self-Paced Taste of Our Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cary R. | Director of Product Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic has been a great tool for giving prospects an advance "taste" of our products - whether accessing a quick, self-paced tour from our website or receiving the tour from our Sales team to help them get to know our product and come better prepared with questions during a live demo. The solution has consistently added new features to make building demos faster and easier.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

When building a new tour, screen captures can sometimes be challenging to grab if your products use iframe technology or open new tabs in the browser.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buyers want to educate themselves on tech they're considering before they engage with our Sales team. Navattic-based product tours are a fantastic way to enable buyers to "test drive" your software as they're researching potential vendors. Product tours also help prospects get more out of a live demo, as they come educated about where they want to see more or have questions. They're also a great, sharable tool to help prospects easily socialize your product with other members of their team during the vendor evaluation process.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Cary, so glad to hear Navattic is helping your buyers self-educate before engaging with sales and come to live demos more prepared and with better questions. That's exactly the experience we want to enable!

On the iframe and new-tab capture challenges, we'd recommend reaching out to support@navattic.com so our team can dig into the specifics of your setup and help find the best path forward.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions!

 ### 45. The Product is super flexible and easy to use and the people are wonderful to work with.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JR T. | Solutions Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Ease of use and constant innovation. The Navattic team continues to make the platform better and easier to use with AI, while also pushing forward with new ways to create and distribute demos. This helps us get more value from the work the Solutions Consulting team has already done, and it enables Sales to be more engaging and stay top-of-mind with prospects.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Navattic. Over the last 9 months they have innovated a released tons of new features and workflows, and that has been challenging to keep up with, but that's on me.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is solving the problem of market penetration, sales engagement, distribution and resource management. Navattic acts as a fulcrum that we leverage to amplify sales engagement and track it, speed up sales cycles, and expand our Marketing and Solutions Consultant reach without adding head count.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hey JR,

Thanks for sharing your feedback and for highlighting both the flexibility of Navattic and the impact it’s had on your sales and marketing efforts.

Glad to hear the analytics have been useful for tracking engagement and driving results across different campaigns.

Great to know that training resources have been helpful, and you can always explore more at https://academy.navattic.com/collections.

Excited to see how you continue using Navattic to amplify reach and speed up sales cycles!!

 ### 46. Navattic Makes Interactive, Step-by-Step Demos Feel Like the Real UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** IAN L. | Director Product Marketing, AI, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I really enjoy the user experience. It’s very easy to create demos in a clear, step-by-step way, and I especially like that it takes an HTML snapshot of a web page so you can still interact with it and place modals on top. Overall, it feels like you’re actually navigating through the UI of the application you’re demoing, rather than just watching a screen capture. Also, their customer support has been really nice. They came out in person and walked us through the platform. Whenever we need to do new demos for new people on the team, they've been very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The only thing I don't like about Navattic is they make so many updates to their platform, and I only have to come in and create a demo every few months. I have to re-learn the steps a bit, but honestly that's not a bad thing, because it appears they're constantly innovating their platform.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic solves the problem of how to create interactive demos of our very complicated products so that we're not just doing recorded videos, which are difficult to produce and not very engaging. Navattic demos are also great for the show floor at conferences, so you can click through, forward and backwards, with customers in a demo environment to show them the functionality of a product. It's the best thing short of actually walking through the product itself.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Ian, so glad to hear the HTML snapshot approach is giving your demos that genuine, navigable feel, especially for complex products where recorded videos just don't cut it. And it's great to hear our support team has been responsive whenever you're onboarding new team members!

On the frequent updates causing a re-learn, we take that as a sign we're constantly improving, and we appreciate your patience with it. If you ever want a quick refresher, Navattic Academy [https://academy.navattic.com] is a great resource to get back up to speed fast.

 ### 47. A GTM Game Changer That Keeps Getting Better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackie P. | Marketing Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic has been a total game changer for how our teams go to market. Even with small teams, it makes it easy to show what our products do, help customers understand them, and influence buying decisions without needing extra engineers or sales support. We use it for everything from getting prospects in the door to onboarding new customers and even explaining upsell opportunities. This has been my second company that I have onboarded and championed it within the organization and as a marketing leader, it is one of my favorite levers to use.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The only real challenge is when you try to combine product visuals with other images. Sometimes the layouts aren’t perfectly responsive on all screen sizes. It usually only comes up with more complex demos, and it’s something they’re already working on, so it’s a small issue in the grand scheme of things.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic solves a lot of the challenges that come with small teams and limited resources. It helps us move faster, educate customers, and drive adoption and upsells without needing to hire a bunch of extra people. In both of my companies, it has been one of the most powerful tools for improving how the market understands our products and for helping us grow.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Jackie, thank you for championing Navattic across two companies. That truly means so much to the whole team! Hearing that it's become one of your go-to levers as a marketing leader, from prospecting all the way through upsells, is exactly what we're building toward.

On the layout responsiveness with mixed visuals, great news! We've recently shipped improvements including vertical alignment controls, more accurate anchor selection relative to device frames, and fixes for CTA button visibility on full-screen images. Hopefully you'll notice a difference next time you're building a more complex demo! as always feel free to reach out to support@navattic.com or your CSM with any follow up questions!!

 ### 48. Fractional Marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

This is my second adoption of Navattic. With Vero AI, it was about capturing the AI processing and decision marking of the AI Agents. And Navattic did exactly that. Plus, we can integrate the high fidelity demo experience into the exact form fit the visitor is using. For the buyer, seeing the UX and User Interface is an important part of building trust, as compared to using a tool like Base44 to build out a demo experience. Lastly, the ease of use of the building demo was simple as my peer and Vero AI Chief Product Officer was able to do it in hours.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Just today, we identified the need for offline demo capability. It's available with the enterprise package.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the need to explain how AI and Agentic Workflows work in a high fidelity experience. It's also providing prospects a detailed view of the product without the need of a solutions engineer. Thus, when scheduling a 1:1 demo, the prospects can focus on the deeper functional value. Lastly, it's enabling everyone on the Vero AI team to present the solution consistently.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Love hearing that Navattic has been the right fit for capturing AI and agentic workflows in a high-fidelity way, and that the team was able to get it built out so quickly.

On offline demos, confirmed that's an Enterprise feature. You can reach out to success@navattic.com to learn more about what's included and whether it makes sense for your setup.

 ### 49. Easy-to-Use Platform with Powerful Integrations for Internal and External Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

They are always working to improve. You can also see a lot about customer behavior through the integrations to help your sales team, and the interface is very easy to understand. We also have an amazing Rep, Ryan Jeethan. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and if he doesn't know, he will send you an easy-to-understand answer, normally in the form of a demo.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I don't always catch when new updates happen, and there is so much the platform can do that it can be hard to really understand all of your possibilities.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The new AI feature has been helpful, though we do need to set it up better. And we have been able to create demos for sales presentations, online self-serve demos, website videos, and events. We have also started using it for training and onboarding, so instead of having to fully record a new video, you can just update a slide.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really glad the integrations, the customer behavior insights, and Ryan have all been a good experience. Shoutout noted!

On keeping up with new updates, the product changelog is the best place to track what's shipping each month: https://docs.navattic.com/changelog/index

 ### 50. Effective and Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Ease of use plus support features allow me to leverage Navattic daily to create content to guide users through the features of our platform. The process of capturing live content is easy and AI support has been helpful to customize flow screens based on use case (marketing versus customer support). I also enjoy the options of copying both slides and flows from one demo to another, allowing me to maintain some branded templates without having to recreate for each demo. Customer support when needed has also been outstanding. The recently implemented single step layout makes it easy to see the full screen version of the demo while you are drafting, so we no longer rely on just the preview to see what the front-end user version will look like; this means less time spent editing.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Navattic but do have one recommendation - the option to undo within the text box. Because the draft is saved in real time as you edit, there is no option to revert any changes, even if done in error.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I enjoy using Navattic to create content that walks my customers through different sections and features of the products that we offer. Being able to capture step by step processes in a user-friendly flow is both easy to create and easy for customers to use. We've also been able to incorporate our company color scheme, so branding is aligned on our customer facing content. Incorporating AI into the content creation has given us the added boost of recommending content based on the captures.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for the 5-star review!

Awesome to hear that using captures makes it easy to build demos that truly reflect your site’s layout - especially for both marketing and customer content.

As for the drop-downs, our CS team would be happy to help figure out a way to create a more dynamic flow. Feel free to reach out to your CSM, and our team will look into it.

Thank you again for the review!
