1) Immediate chat with a human being

2) All the features I needed they had and helped me migrate to them

3) Response time of the site was good. I send a campaign or import members and immediately I get a confirmation of their completion

4) Price was less than the other provider and provided more features

It works for basic drip campaigns, but it lacks more complex logic like multiple branching paths, wait conditions based on engagement, or advanced behavioral triggers that tools like HubSpot or Customer.io offer. For more sophisticated lead nurturing, we sometimes hit a ceiling. Second, segmentation options are somewhat basic. We can filter by basic actions and fields, but we can’t create as granular, layered segments as we’d like—like combining page visits, email clicks, campaign history, and CRM data in one go.
