What I like best about Mindtickle is that it makes learning and sales training easy to manage. During my time at Dreamport, I used Mindtickle regularly to complete training courses, product updates, and knowledge assessments. The platform is simple to navigate, and I could easily track my progress and see which trainings were pending or completed. I use Mindtickle for learning purposes as a Dreamport Agent, and it really helps me a lot because it contains a lot of educative content. This content improves my understanding, allowing me to solve problems effectively when clients have issues. I really like the video tutorials; they are well explained and detailed, which helps me learn better. The assessments are well-structured and I appreciate the reattempts offered, which help me when I face challenges. Also, the initial setup of Mindtickle was easy and quick.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

I think notifications should be sent to emails to notify users about new courses. Otherwise, we might only see deadlines approaching when we get into our dashboard. Also, files on Mindtickle should be made downloadable so we can read them offline.

The bite-sized lessons are what I appreciate most. As a sales agent at Skylux Travel (and previously at ASAP Tickets, the sister company), I don’t have large blocks of free time. Mindtickle breaks everything into short, easy-to-digest modules that I can fit in between calls. The videos are also genuinely engaging, using a mix of elements like graphics and real-life scenarios to keep things interesting, so I never feel bored or overloaded.

Honestly, there’s nothing major to complain about. Sometimes I just wish there's a transcript for all the videos , but overall it’s been a solid platform for me.

I can easily track my progress, access courses, and evaluate completed modules thanks to the user interface's current design and clear navigation. The UI/UX experience has been flawless for me; everything feels well-thought-out, which minimises annoyance and maximises concentration on the subject matter.

The assigned courses are interesting and well-organised, breaking down difficult travel management ideas into manageable, understandable sessions. Instead than just helping me remember things, quizzes actually promote learning in useful ways. Lessons load swiftly, video material streams smoothly, and exams run without lag, demonstrating the platform's dependable performance even during periods of high activity.

Personalised learning pathways based on my position and experience level have been one of the most notable features. This guarantees that I'm concentrating on the precise abilities I need and not wasting time on other stuff. Immersion video simulations and the coaching option provide me practical insights that I can use right away in my daily job. What I like best about Mindtickle is the transcription feature whereby one can access the written speech of the speaker in the video and one other feature that I like is the "In video test questions" where after a small portion of the question, a question with answer choices appears regarding the watched portion of the lesson.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

What I dislike about mindtickle is some of the AI integrations put into it especially the one where for example in my customer service/ sales field requires me to have a conversation with an AI client that tests my speaking skills based on my training. Sometimes the AI model glitches mid test and one has to re-do the test assessment.

**What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mindtickle is breaking down difficult concepts with a huge learning curve into simple step by step lessons and with the help of those mini assessments (2-3 questions with answer choices) making learning fast and enjoyable hence saving time and energy needed to source and consume learning material since its simplified, structured and is all in one place.

What I like best about Mindtickle is how it keeps all training materials, videos, assessments, and process documentation in one place. It made onboarding and ongoing learning much more organized and easier to follow.

I also enjoyed the challenge and leaderboard feature, which allowed users to answer questions and see how they ranked against others in the organization. It added a fun, competitive element that kept training engaging.

The platform is easy to navigate, and accessing new courses or revisiting previous training materials is straightforward. Overall, it made learning company procedures more efficient and enjoyable.

One area that could be improved is making some training modules more interactive. While the video-based courses are helpful, adding more hands-on activities or scenario-based exercises could make the learning experience even more engaging.

There were also times when finding specific older training materials took a bit of searching. Improved filtering or search functionality would make it easier to quickly locate past content.

I would say however, these were minor issues, and the platform worked well for its primary purpose of training and onboarding.

Mindtickle has gone from being just a course administration site to a more complete resource that I now use from time to time when I need a quick reference. The Library section makes it easy for me to find what I’m looking for, since I can filter by the type of document I want to view and quickly access the required resource. Feedback on the specific areas of the platform: UI/UX & Performance: The user interface is highly intuitive, making it excellent for quick reference. The search functions are fast and include helpful filters that allow me to pinpoint exact documents instantly. Integrations: The platform successfully bridges the gap between learning and execution by directly relating course content to my daily work functions.AI & Intelligence: I have interacted with the platform's AI features through the search tool, which helps surface relevant content efficiently. Support & Onboarding: The onboarding process is strong. The modules that teach navigation and explain how to use the platform are incredibly helpful for getting up to speed. Pricing & ROI: As an end-user, I do not have access to pricing or return-on-investment data.

I mean, the long hour videos should be lessened if possible. Like,  an hour video or an hour and some minutes videos, if they can be reduced to maybe forty minutes, thirty minutes, that will be better.
