To me, this is critical because LinkSquares keeps the platform easy to use for casual users while enabling super users to have terrific functionality. Most systems do one or the other. All of this is surrounded by great customer support. **What do you dislike about LinkSquares?** The customer and client support teams are world-class. Honestly, my only critique is sometimes they are too proactive! Its flat structure and parent/child hierarchy systems enable me to link all associated agreements together, making it much easier to see what has been executed. **What do you dislike about LinkSquares?** The least helpful thing about Linksquares is when you're looking for an agreement on the main page in Analyze, after entering the company name and locating the agreement, if you want to look for a subsequent company agreement under a different name you need to delete the existing name in the search field, it would be much more simple to just hit the Agreements toggle again at the top. **What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?** LinkSquares offers a centralised repository for all contracts therefore ensuring all agreements are safely stored whilst being fully searchable if requested. Makes version control easier. customer success managers are extremely accessible and willing to help make things work. Very easy to use every day. **What do you dislike about LinkSquares?** Some features are still in beta and not fully rolled out yet, but they're super willing to put customers on a list to be part of betas. Second, the search and reporting capabilities became very useful when my employer went through an acquisition process. During the acquisition due diligence process, the company seeking to acquire my employer asked a lot of complex questions about our contracts. For example, in some situations, they requested a list of contracts that had specific wording in the contract. We were able to respond quickly and easily to their requests. LinkSquares was able to create responses to these questions within minutes, compared with the weeks that it would have taken in a manual scenario. On the database side, it's fantastic to be able to tag agreements within certain categories, meaning that we can search for information within contracts and run reports easily. The OCR-functionality, allowing searches of text within our scanned agreements, is incredible as well. On the CLM side, the template creation system works well, allowing others in our organisation to create simple documents (e.g. NDAs) themselves, but also request more complex agreements which then come to Legal for review in an already advanced state which saves us time and allows us as a Legal team to provide a much better service to the wider business. **What do you dislike about LinkSquares?** The contract template creation functionality is a little cumbersome, which is fairly inevitable for a system of this nature. On occasion the system can be slightly slow to load or to run particular reports, but in general we're delighted with the system. **What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to LinkSquares, we had no ability in the business to run reports across multiple contracts (e.g. find all contracts in a particular territory, or with a particular clause within them). LinkSquares gives us this functionality, and allows us to provide useful information to the business to allow them to make better decisions (e.g. to know which contracts are coming up for renewal in the next 12 months). On the contract creation side, getting templates set up in the system allows the business to self-serve for basic agreements, whilst dramatically cutting down the time it takes for us to create more complex legal agreements. ### 34. They are constantly updating the default fields - recently they included Business Associate Agreement as a document type which was wonderful for me in my industry. I appreciate their attention to detail and trying to make the reports more useful to a wide variety of industries. **What do you dislike about LinkSquares?** I wish it had "match case" programming built into it's AI. In my documents our identifier is LLC, when LinkSquares' AI picks up party names however, it lists our name as Llc. It's not going to change my data or my usability, but it is pretty annoying to go in and correct EVERY identifier. LLP shows up as Llp. Initials in company names are corrupted - ABC Company becomes Abc Company. It's little but it doesn't seem like it would be that hard to fix. And it's especially annoying as TONS of companies are named with just initials. Am I the only who's noticed? **Recommendations to others considering LinkSquares:** LinkSquares is the first contract management software I've used and for our growing business it has been a good fit. We don't analyze our contracts regularly or too granularly but when need some analysis, LinkSquares has been more than sufficient. I feel sure we aren't using the program to its fullest capacity. I recommend people considering new software include LinkSquares in their initial list and likely the software will sell itself. The support, thus far, has been responsive and pleasant. **What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a depository of all of our contracts from which we could pull reports based off of key dates and info. We have our contracts in customer-specific subfolders which had made that impossible before. Now, we can search across all contracts at once which has really given us more flexibility to search through historical contracts and current contracts to find trends and do some detailed analysis. We had been going through a private equity investment transaction and needed searchability for diligence review but even in day-to-day company business we find ourselves pulling reports from LinkSquares regularly. ### 50.
