Your carriers and partners join for free. Suppliers, customers, carriers and 3PL providers all get full QCLOT accounts at no cost. Only the manufacturer pays: €800 per site, everything included. Most shipper-side platforms bill the carrier a monthly fee to participate — which is precisely why their networks stay half-onboarded and half the shipments end up back in email. QCLOT removes that barrier by design, and publishes its price while most of the market answers "contact us." The full Romanian declaration obligation runs inside the TMS. QCLOT connects directly to ANAF/SPV through a registered API token and covers all eleven RO e-Transport operation types — intra-community acquisition and delivery, lohn in and out, call-off stock, national transport, import, export, storage entry and exit. The UIT code is generated in the platform, not copied in from another system: transport data already defined on the route flows into the notification, up to 400 products per declaration, with tariff codes, weights and declared goods values pulled from partner price lists. Vehicle plates can be corrected after departure, confirmations are tracked against their validity window, and every notification — validated, in processing, or in error, with the ANAF message attached — sits in one auditable list. For inbound shipments where a foreign supplier never opens a UIT, the LOT Chat BOT closes the gap: the driver scans a QR code or enters the route ID, the bot collects whatever is missing in the driver's own language, talks to ANAF, and returns the UIT document at the border — with no QCLOT account and no call to the logistics office. Carrier selection becomes a bid, not a phone call. SPOT routes generate an RFQ automatically for every shipment; premium and one-off transports launch one manually. Carriers quote against identical load and transport data, prices stay invisible between competitors, and the platform records what each of them does with the requests they receive: how many they were sent, how many they answered, how many they won, and where a single carrier was the only bidder on a lane. Carrier choice becomes a decision you can defend with a report. Every transport is scored. Each completed job produces a 0–100 carrier score: on-time pickup and on-time delivery calculated automatically — one point lost per thirty minutes of deviation — plus load method, driver assessment, documentation and damage assessed by the supplier and the receiving site. Scores accumulate per carrier and feed contract renewals and RFQ shortlists. Invoices are reconciled, not just paid. Carriers attach their invoices to the jobs they cover and submit them in-platform. QCLOT then places three numbers side by side — the invoiced amount, the amount it calculated from the route's own cost model, and the value the carrier declared for those jobs — so finance validates or returns the invoice with a stated reason instead of re-keying it. Costs already incurred but not yet invoiced are tracked as recoverable, and premium freight is attributed to whoever caused it, with recovery tracked to the euro. Docks are planned, not queued. Gates are configured per site with type, capacity, operating hours and break windows. Carriers book their own loading and unloading slots; if they don't, the warehouse team books on their behalf. A Gantt timeline shows every gate hour by hour, a capacity chart shows which days are overloaded before you commit new bookings, and truck-on-site, truck-on-dock and truck-out timestamps turn waiting time and turnaround into measurable numbers. Routes carry the whole operating model. Incoterm groups determine who selects and pays the carrier; Milk Run collects from several suppliers on one vehicle; LRS routes replenish stock automatically between minimum and maximum levels; cost is fixed, linear, per pallet, per loading meter or per tonne, and visible only to the company that pays. A built-in optimization engine works from actual volumes, costs, locations and delivery windows to propose better routing — up to 8% off logistics cost where it is used — with every proposal accepted by a person, never applied silently. A linear cost model plots what each route actually costs against what distance alone predicts, so renegotiation targets pick themselves. Reporting is operational and statutory at once. Transport cost by partner, project, department, mode and lane. Freight volume in pallets, cubic metres and kilograms. CO₂ per job and per relationship, calculated from mode, distance and weight for road, rail, air, sea and multimodal. Intrastat data compiled at CN8 level and exported ready for submission. Everything exports to Excel. Around the core: a courier and parcel module with its own approval, costing and UIT flow; a value-banded approval matrix that routes premium freight to the right approvers automatically; a shared communication matrix holding named contacts and three escalation levels per partner; and a cross-company action list where a task can be assigned to a supplier's or carrier's own staff and validated by a third party. QCLOT is available in 15 languages with multi-currency and metric or imperial units, integrates bidirectionally with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and SAGE, is GDPR and ISO 27001 compliant, and supports IATF 16949 and AEO audit readiness through complete transport traceability. It also functions well and it's organised thus offering communication. **What do you dislike about LOT?** The platform is rigid when you have send an order thus you cannot make any change. However, this can be solved through being keen when sending an order. **Recommendations to others considering LOT:** The platform offers best working mode for teams as it enhances their collaboration and customer support provision. **What problems is LOT solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software has enhanced good communication and programming among teams in an organization.
