The software offers great customer support and is easy to use. It also functions well and it's organised thus offering communication.

**What do you dislike about LOT?**

The platform is rigid when you have send an order thus you cannot make any change. However, this can be solved through being keen when sending an order.

The platform offers best working mode for teams as it enhances their collaboration and customer support provision.

The software has enhanced good communication and programming among teams in an organization. It is also quick and easy to use thus time saving.
