**What do you like best about Krisp?**
I Krisp gives me peace of mind knowing all my conversations are recorded. The transcriptions are perfect, as is the noise cancellation feature. Thanks to Krisp, I’ve been able to keep my job, and my performance has increased by 100%. I was taught there were some things money could not buy, then I subscribed to Krisp services and found out that was not true. Best decision of my life.
**What do you dislike about Krisp?**
I have not found any negative feature. I LOVE everything.
**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**
I live in an area with a lot of background noise; at one point, my boss told me that if I didn't resolve the background noise issue, he would have to find someone else for the job. The transcripts have been a huge help; previously, it was difficult to catch and pin down details like addresses and other information shared by clients. Now, I have the peace of mind knowing everything is recorded, so I can review it after the interaction and ensure I have the correct information. This has saved me time and eliminated the need to constantly ask the client to repeat themselves.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**
It writes all the notes for me, so I don’t have to worry about taking notes during calls. I can always go back and listen to the recording, and their support team is responsive and helpful. I’ve never had downtime with Krisp, and the updates have been genuinely innovative—it’s hard to compare it to when I first started using it. There are a lot of integrations available, and the interface feels seamless and easy to use. All of this for $100 per year is a steal, with their AI helping get info from my calls and meetings is a life saver

I don't think i have downsides using krisp even if there was anything it is so good that it would not matter to me

It helps me keep track of my call notes, and it lets me work in noisy environments without being afraid that it might be perceived as unprofessional by my clients, since I work a lot out of the office.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**
What I like most about Krisp is that it helps me make the best of work conditions that can be a bit harsh at times. Not all of us have the privilege of a quiet, distraction-free work environment, so it’s great to have some support in cancelling unwanted noise. That way, my phone calls come across as more professional and focused. And for that, I'm most thankful.
**What do you dislike about Krisp?**
The Accent Conversion feature comes accross as a bit distateful. What accent are they converting mine to? Is it American? From the West coast? Is it an English accent? Is it designed to make me sound more like a certain ethnic group than the other? I think all of this should be clarified, but at the same time it sounds a bit unserious to have such different possibilities for a beta feaure like that. When I think about it from the point of view of converting the accents of others, I wonder if it will be able to fix language barriers beyond accent, like the use of excessive filler words and lisps. I believe it is important to allow the user to understand more clearly what advantages and limitations a feature like this may provide.
**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**
Krisp has solved my noise problem, which previously would have forced me to relocate to a quieter environment. In a big city, that’s difficult to achieve, and it could have increased my estimated expenses.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**
I find Krisp extremely valuable for canceling background noise in my home office environment. It does an amazing job of eliminating noises completely, whether it's my toddler babbling loudly right next to me or my dogs barking. I really like that it doesn't affect the sound of my own voice during calls, and you can't tell that it's being edited in real-time. The noise elimination feature is probably the best thing I've ever gotten to help with background noise. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, and the first one-week free trial made it easy to understand and see how well it worked before committing to it. I also appreciate the transcription option, even though I wish it didn't require recording due to HIPAA compliance constraints.
**What do you dislike about Krisp?**
I really like the transcription option, but I don't like that it has to be recorded. Because of the type of work that I do, I have to comply with HIPAA regulations, and I can't record calls without letting them know. I wish there was a way to live transcribe the call without the recording.

I use Krisp to cancel background noise at home. It eliminates noises like dogs barking or my toddler making sounds, without affecting my voice quality on calls. It's the best tool I've found for maintaining professionalism in my noisy home environment.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**
I like how I can easily work from anywhere without worrying about background noise or people talking, it enables me to benefit from the perks of working remote while still sounding professional and in an office
**What do you dislike about Krisp?**
Performance-wise, I’ve had no issues, and the AI summary is perfect. The pricing is a bit steep for users in different parts of the world where purchasing power is different, and I wish there were student plans. The UI is clean, but the speaker noise cancellation sometimes cancels important sounds (like ringing sounds on calls), and while gaming it can muffle other audio. I never needed any kind of support the product works perfectly and is easy to setup

Working remote has never been easier it is the perfect solution out there I knew it through the integration it has on Discord which is perfect btw

**What do you like best about Krisp?**
I like that it just works in the background without me having to think about it, or needing an agent on the call. The interface is easy to use, and the AI chat is great for asking specific questions about the call. The summaries and to-dos are really solid, without piling on a bunch of extra features and tools nobody needs. It integrates with Notion and Claude, Slack, and so on, and the mobile app is a great addition. I also think it’s priced very competitively. Support is always helpful, and overall it just works—fast and easy.
**What do you dislike about Krisp?**
Sometimes it doesn’t pick up, and I can’t hear the other person. Other times it crashes. There are definitely bugs, but it seems like they’re working on them.

Not having to take notes during calls and then sending the follow-up afterward is really helpful. Also, searching for information during meetings is super easy.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**
It works with any app, even in a web browser. It also offers additional features such as transcription, audio upload, screen recording, AI review, and generous storage space for my history. It's worth it. I've been using it since 2022. It's reliable, easy to use, and does much more than remove background noise. Krisp also helps with recordings, transcripts, and AI insights.
**What do you dislike about Krisp?**
It always pops up in the foreground when Windows starts. That's the only thing I find a bit annoying.
**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**
Since I started working remotely in 2022, I've been using Krisp to eliminate background noise that can sometimes disrupt my presentations. The results were so impressive that I began using it for my evening English classes as well. Being able to replay recordings and quickly review transcripts has made the experience even better and increased my overall satisfaction with the product.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**
It's been few months that I have been using Krisp application for my work and I experienced better calls with users as even with some background noise at my place, this application is able to cancel the background noise and helps ensure that users can hear only my voice loud and clear.
One other feature that I found helpful is that in the taskbar, you will see a Krisp bar which kind of seems to be showing your volume level when you are speaking. That way you know if your voice is going through properly or not.
All you have to do is integrate the tool with your company app and it provides very smooth experience. It's cost effective and works well with AI tools as well. Thanks to Krisp customer support, I was able to setup the application without any difficulties.
**What do you dislike about Krisp?**
Since, Krisp is a noise cancellation app, it's supposed to be used only for your work. If you try to use any other application for watching videos where there is main voice and background voice as well, you'll notice that Krisp cancels that background noise due to which the sound effects are gone and you hear only speaker's voice in the video. So, suppose if I am watching an anime, then I can hear only what the characters are speaking but not the background sounds. That is the only thing I dislike about this application. Although this ensures that I only do my work and not play around;)
I have started using it with some AI tools as well and am observing how it performs.
**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**
For people who are working from home, they can't always get a quiet place to work. With family members and outside noise, it's sometimes difficult for people to do their job, especially someone like me who is in the customer service. Using Krisp ensures that I can deal with customers without worrying about background noise as it cancels them all. Of course it can't cancel 100% noise, but it's doing a good job in ensuring good customer experience.

What I like best about Krisp is that it improves call quality without adding complexity. Its AI-powered noise cancellation effectively filters out keyboard sounds, fans, traffic, and nearby conversations while keeping voices clear and natural. The interface is clean, setup is quick, and it works smoothly with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. I also appreciate the transcription, meeting notes, and summary features, which save time after calls. For someone who attends frequent online meetings, the combination of professional-quality audio and automated notes provides practical value and makes the subscription worthwhile.
**What do you dislike about Krisp?**
What I dislike most is that Krisp can occasionally make speech sound slightly processed when noise cancellation is set aggressively, particularly in very noisy environments or when several people speak at once. Its transcription and AI summaries are helpful, but names, accents, and technical terminology sometimes require manual correction. The app can also consume noticeable battery or system resources during longer calls, and the paid plans may feel expensive for occasional users. Additionally, the virtual microphone or speaker sometimes needs to be reselected when switching devices or meeting platforms. These are not major dealbreakers, but better consistency and more flexible pricing would improve the overall experience.

Krisp solves two important problems for me: distracting background noise and the administrative work that follows meetings. Its noise and echo cancellation allows me to join calls from different environments without keyboard sounds, fans, traffic, or nearby conversations interfering. This reduces repetition, helps others hear me clearly, and makes both internal and customer-facing calls feel more professional.
Its transcription and AI-generated meeting notes also let me focus on the discussion instead of constantly taking notes. Having decisions, key points, and action items captured automatically saves time, improves follow-up, and reduces the chance of missing important information. Overall, Krisp helps me communicate more confidently and remain productive during and after meetings.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**
Performance is excellent - it's fast and reliable across our meetings. Pricing and ROI are strong for what we get. Support and onboarding have also been solid whenever we've needed help. On top of that, its multilingual recognition is a standout feature that saves us cleanup time.
**What do you dislike about Krisp?**
The UI/UX feels a bit non-native and clunky in places. Integrations are limited — custom-configured templates can't be pushed via webhook, only the two built-in presets. Storage management is also a pain point: there's no option to set automatic deletion of recordings by type or age, so storage keeps accumulating without a way to clean it up automatically.
**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**
A standout benefit is that it can record screen sharing even in apps where screen recording isn't natively supported, which has been a huge help for documenting demos and client walkthroughs that we'd otherwise have no way to capture.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**
Other than having a clean audio which was the primary reason i bought Krisp, it also transcribes all of my meetings, captures detailed notes, and generates summaries when i needed to. Also, Krisp's AI has been a big help, it helps me create action items and meeting recaps at the end of each session, making it easy to share takeaways with my colleagues.
Its interface has also been made easy to navigate and i can easily go through my meetings and review the summaries if i wanted to.
**What do you dislike about Krisp?**
The only major concern i have is the pricing, it has significantly increased since COVID days. To be honest, i am not entirely sure anymore if i will be renewing once my subscription will expire this year.
**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**
The biggest benefit for me has been how clean it makes my audio. I've been genuinely impressed since I started using it.
I work from home in the Philippines, where background noise is a part of daily life, barking dogs, crowing roosters, noisy neighbors, and other distractions are pretty common. Despite that, Krisp does an excellent job of filtering out those sounds, allowing me to conduct meetings and online training sessions without participants hearing the noise in the background.

What I like best about Krisp is how clearly it removes background noise during calls. It makes conversations sound more professional, especially when working from home or in places where there may be distractions. I also like that it is easy to use and works in the background without needing much setup.

What I dislike about Krisp is that the billing and subscription management can feel unclear sometimes. For example, it may show a renewal date, but it is not always obvious whether a payment has already been charged, is pending, or will be charged later. I also wish changing or managing the payment method were easier, especially on mobile.

I think the voice isolation is very good. It's beyond any default voice isolation like Zoom, and it cuts out my fan noises which used to be so loud that people weren't able to hear my voice.
In addition to meetings, the UI made it really easy and intuitive to connect to games like Valorant, allowing me to give clear voice comms. It integrated well with both my built in as well as dedicated microphones.
Setting up was easy, and the pricing was fine.
I didn't use the AI features since I didn't see any. However, if the AI feature was the voice isolation itself, it did well.

Since I’m on the phone all day contacting leads, the noise cancelling has helped reduce the noise significantly. I also really like the note-taking feature. **What do you like best about Krisp?**
The way it has a pretty reliable transcript of the calls, allowing me to go back to any part that I may have missed after the call, or anything I want to review I'm happy with the value for the yearly subscription

Not always reliable, sometimes it crashes without me noticing and it's mid meeting or even after that I realized it never started. I also don't like that it still doesn't recognize when my name is said in meetings.

If I tune out in a meeting, I can always go back and check, also lets me make more detailed notes on to dos and where everyone stands

Recording of all meetings in one place, while it doesn't matter from zoom, teams, google meet or not online. Also with good noise removal.
Very useful for Mac, easy and simple design.

Sometimes recording of screen is not available and I need to restart krisp to get my records. Also transcripts in Russian was not so good, now they became better, but sometimes still have dumb mistakes

I have a lot of meetings across teams, google meet, zoom and sometimes in office or by voice call. Right now it's main option to organize all of my meetings in one place with nice design and without additional bots in meetings. It's saving a lot of time if I need to found something from my meeting transcript.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**
I use Krisp mainly for work meetings, and I love that I can take calls from a noisy office without my clients hearing any background noise. Krisp makes it sound like I'm in a quiet room. It's great that I don't have to worry about muting myself or moving to another room; I can stay unmuted and meetings feel more natural because people hear only my voice. The noise cancellation is really effective even with loud talking just a meter away, and my voice still sounds natural, not robotic or over-processed. I appreciate how invisible Krisp is; I turn it on once and forget it's there because there's no need to fiddle with settings before every call. Plus, it works across all the apps I use for meetings, like Google Meet, Zoom, and Slack Huddles, so I'm not dependent on whatever noise suppression a particular platform offers. The initial setup was very easy, just install and select it as the mic in the meeting app, and it was done in a couple of minutes.
**What do you dislike about Krisp?**
I find it heavy on CPU and battery on my laptop. Also, the pricing feels steep if you only need the noise cancellation and don't use the transcription features.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**
I really love the real-time noise cancellation feature. As someone who works in a very noisy environment, this gives me so much more confidence during meetings because I know the background noise is being filtered out and isn’t distracting everyone else. This has honestly been one of the most valuable features for me.
I also really love the Meeting AI Notes. It’s very helpful to have a quick summary of the meeting without having to go back and listen to the entire recording. There are times when it captures the wrong spelling of names or picks up the wrong words, but honestly, that’s forgivable because AI isn’t perfect. If they could continue improving the accuracy of names and specific words, that would be really cool.
The UI is also very easy to use and doesn’t feel overwhelming. My only issue is finding past meetings that I need to review. The search bar isn’t always very helpful, especially when I’m trying to remember a specific meeting. I think it would be a huge improvement if Krisp could use AI to generate smarter or more descriptive meeting titles based on the actual meeting content. That would make searching for older meetings much easier.
With integrations, I honestly haven’t explored or used this feature much yet, so I can’t really speak to its value or performance based on my own experience. Most of the value I get from Krisp right now comes directly from its noise cancellation and AI meeting features.
In terms of performance, Krisp has been reliable for me, especially when it comes to noise cancellation. It has become something I feel comfortable relying on during important calls and meetings. It gives me peace of mind knowing that background noises are being filtered out, especially when I’m working in an environment where unexpected noises can happen.
For pricing, I do think it’s quite costly. However, I’m still willing to pay for it because of the essential features they’ve incorporated into the app, particularly the noise cancellation and meeting notes. For someone like me who works in a noisy environment and attends a lot of meetings, those features provide enough value to justify the cost.
For support and onboarding, I honestly don’t remember receiving much additional information or onboarding from Krisp. That hasn’t really been a major issue for me because the software is fairly easy to figure out on my own, but I think more guidance or onboarding resources could make the experience even better.
Overall, Krisp has become one of those tools that I didn’t realize I needed until I started using it. The noise cancellation alone makes a big difference in my day-to-day work, and the AI meeting notes are an added bonus that I find myself using more and more. It’s not perfect, and there are definitely areas I think could be improved, but the features that matter most to me genuinely make my work easier.

The biggest thing I dislike about Krisp is the difficulty of finding past meetings. The search function doesn’t always give me the results I’m looking for, especially when I’m trying to find a specific meeting from a while ago. I think using AI to create more descriptive meeting titles based on the actual meeting content would make this much easier.
I also notice that the AI meeting notes can sometimes get names or certain words wrong. It’s understandable since AI isn’t perfect, but improving the accuracy would make the notes much more reliable, especially when meetings involve specific names, companies, or industry terms.
The integrations are also an area I’m a little hesitant about. I haven’t really used them yet, partly because the available integration options seem somewhat limited, and partly because I’m cautious about connecting Krisp to platforms like Slack. I would feel more comfortable exploring these integrations if there were clearer explanations of exactly what data is accessed, what gets shared, and how the integration works. Having more integration options, along with clearer information around privacy and permissions, would definitely make me more likely to use this feature.
The pricing is also on the expensive side. I’m willing to pay for it because I genuinely find the noise cancellation and meeting notes valuable, but I do think the price could be a little more accessible.

Before I started using Krisp, I was already using a separate app for recording meetings and getting meeting notes. On top of that, I work in a pretty noisy environment, so background noise during meetings was something I constantly had to think about. I’d have to wonder if people could hear what was happening around me, especially when I was on an important call.
What I really like about Krisp is that it basically brought several things I needed into one place. I get the noise cancellation, meeting recording, and AI meeting notes all in one app. That alone has made my workflow more convenient because I’m not jumping between different tools just to get through a meeting.
The noise cancellation is still the feature I value the most. It gives me a lot more confidence when I’m on a call because I don’t have to be as conscious of every little noise happening around me. It’s one of those features that you really appreciate when you work somewhere that isn’t completely quiet. 😂
The AI meeting notes have also become something I really like having. I don’t always need to go back and listen to an entire meeting just to find one thing that was discussed. I can look at the notes first and usually get what I need much faster. It does still make mistakes with names and some words, but I think that’s something that will continue to improve as the AI gets better.
The app itself is pretty straightforward, which I appreciate. I don’t feel like I have to spend a lot of time figuring out where things are. The one thing that still frustrates me is finding older meetings. Sometimes I know the meeting happened, but finding the exact one isn’t as easy as I’d like. I think this is an area where AI could actually be really useful — maybe automatically giving meetings more descriptive titles based on what was discussed.
I haven’t really taken advantage of the integrations yet. Part of that is because there aren’t as many options as I would expect, and honestly, I’m also a little hesitant about connecting Krisp to something like Slack. Before I connect it to another platform, I’d want to be very clear about what information Krisp can access and what gets shared. More integration options and clearer explanations around permissions would make me more comfortable exploring that side of the product.
Performance-wise, I’ve been happy with it. The noise cancellation is the part I rely on the most, and it has been consistent enough that I don’t really have to think about it once it’s turned on. That’s probably the best kind of software feature — when it just does its job in the background.
I do think Krisp is expensive. 😂 But at the same time, I’m willing to pay for it because I was already using another tool for recording and meeting notes, and Krisp gives me those functions along with noise cancellation in one place. So while I still think the price is on the higher side, I can see the value in having everything together rather than paying for or managing multiple tools.
As for support and onboarding, I honestly haven’t had much interaction with their support team, so I don’t have a lot to say about that. I was able to figure out most of the things I needed on my own, which I think says something positive about how easy the product is to use. I just think having a little more guidance around integrations and some of the less obvious features could help users get more out of it.
All in all, Krisp has become one of those tools that I didn’t realize would be this useful until I actually started using it. It solves a very specific problem for me with the noise cancellation, while also replacing some of the functionality I was getting from another app. It’s not perfect, but the combination of those features in one place has made my meeting workflow a lot easier.

I like how easy Krisp is to use. I appreciate that it's a desktop app and, you know, it's really easy to navigate through its UI/UX. I find the billing very affordable and they have great integrations if we need them. I don't have to worry about taking notes in the meetings and I can review the meetings afterwards. Krisp makes it all very seamless for me to share notes or whatever I need to do. Also, the initial setup was easy.

Switching to Krisp for audio settings is a little annoying. It should just use the system default, which would be an improvement. Sometimes it slows down my computer or starts recording when I don't want it to. These are aspects that could be improved.

What I find most helpful is having the transcript always on along with the audio recording. Whenever I miss any information during a call, I can go back to the recording and transcript, ask the bot what I’m looking for, and find the exact answer to my questions directly in the app. This has happened to me twice over the past year: the saved transcript once resolved a situation at work and once helped me in my personal life.
