**What do you like best about Juro?**

We’ve been using Juro for around 3 years now, and it has become a key part of our legal operations. What I appreciate most is how much the platform keeps evolving. Juro clearly invests a lot in developing the product, and the new AI features are a great example of that — they feel genuinely useful for in-house legal teams and help make contract work faster and more efficient.

The platform is easy to use for creating, collaborating on, signing and managing contracts, and the customer support continues to be excellent. The team is responsive, proactive and regularly helps us get more value out of new features. Overall, Juro feels like a product that is constantly improving in the right direction.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

There is very little I actively dislike. One feature wish would be a deeper native Google Docs integration, similar to the existing Word add-in, so teams working in Google Workspace could collaborate just as smoothly. Overall, this is more of a nice-to-have than a real downside.

It’s helped us save significant time by streamlining workflows, reducing back-and-forth, and speeding up the entire contract process.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

We have had a great experience using Juro, particularly with its ability to customize and create templates in separate, private workspaces. The recent updates to the HubSpot bidirectional sync have saved us hours of time and are simple to create and update. We put a lot of weight on Juro and are satisfied with the ability to refine and build across multiple teams and use cases. The Juro team has been supportive in educating talking us through use cases.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

There are a few features that we're hoping for deeper integrations on, including the ability to retroactively map contracts with HubSpot deals. Since it's not as widely known as other tools, sometimes customers miss the contracts in their inbox. Otherwise, we're satisfied with the product.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardized, templated contracts that allow for some customization, and security/privacy of our contract types across departments.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

For years, I used Google Drive to store all of my documents, but things are much improved with Juro. The separate workspaces for different departments keep everything organized, the contract templates are easy to build, and the AI integration helps pull the information we need. On top of that, the system is incredibly easy to learn and use. The seminars they offer are also very helpful for learning how to get the most out of Juro.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I really wish it were easier to share templates across different workspaces, especially when I’m trying to keep things consistent between them.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Juro, it’s much easier to find the right contract, make sure it contains the information we need, and then extract that data. Before, it felt like a game of searching for and reading through all of our contracts that we thought might be relevant.

Converting word documents into Juro sometimes causes some issues but once you get used to it and have set up templates it all works seemlessly.

As a CSM, I appreciate having direct access to important client documents without needing assistance from the legal or account management teams. The process is straightforward and intuitive.

I haven't noticed any significant downsides. Perhaps the only minor issue is that we began using Juro a few years into our operations, so not all of our legal documents are stored there.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

What I like about Juro is the contract creation and workflow capabilities. The template builder is genuinely robust, making it easy to standardise documents and roll them out across different teams. The approval workflow is also well-designed and the signing flow works smoothly end-to-end.

One of the strongest parts of the platform is the ability to negotiate directly within Juro. Counterparties can redline and leave comments in the external comments panel, and we can respond in the same space. This keeps the negotiation trail clear and centralised without needing to jump between emails or multiple document versions.

Operationally, Juro has made it much easier for us to centralise and manage all templates and contracts. Everyone in the company can access the latest versions from one place, and it creates a clear audit trail that helps with accountability during drafting and negotiation.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Some aspects of the interface could be more user-friendly. Dragging smartfields within the list, especially those not yet used in the document, can be cumbersome, and it’s not always easy to quickly locate the field you need. The side panels are also fixed in size, which can make it difficult to read long comments or navigate dense feedback threads.

The playbook review feature is helpful for flagging basic points we’ve built into our playbook, but its accuracy is inconsistent. Similarly, the AI extract tool works but is limited in functionality and occasionally misidentifies or mislabels clauses.

In negotiation, while the direct markup and commenting are strong, Juro doesn’t support redline-over-redline workflows. This limits its usefulness for more complex negotiations that go through several rounds of revisions.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro has made our contracting process far more structured and transparent. It gives us a single source of truth for templates, executed contracts, and negotiation history. This reduces version-control issues, improves internal alignment, and makes it easier to track responsibility across teams. It also streamlines the negotiation process by keeping all commentary and redlines in one platform instead of scattered across emails or attachments.

Overall, Juro has significantly improved visibility, consistency, and accountability in how contracts are created, reviewed, negotiated, and managed across the company.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro keeps our contract process organized from drafting through signature. I particularly like the Microsoft Word add-in, which makes drafting and redlining more efficient. Implementation and onboarding were straightforward, and the platform is easy to use once workflows are established.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

While the Word add-in is helpful, formatting doesn’t always transfer perfectly from Word into Juro, and table customization options feel limited. As a result, documents don’t always look as clean in Juro as they do in Word when being sent for signature.

Juro helps eliminate manual tracking and scattered contract workflows by centralizing everything in one platform. This has improved visibility across the team and made the overall contract process more efficient and easier to manage.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro has been a central part of our Legal team, enabling us to manage contracts seamlessly.

The platform makes it easy to categorise agreements and we’ve seen a clear increase in efficiency alongside a reduction in time spent properly filing and locating contracts.

The ability to set up tailored templates with differing workflows and review processes has been particularly helpful for adapting to a variety of contract types.

Customer support is exceptional - live chat queries are answered within hours and our customer success manager is always quick to respond and point us in the right direction.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Setting up the workflows / smart fields within the templates can be time consuming, but this can be avoided if you have internal capacity to dedicate time specifically to this.

It would also be helpful if it could search for specific clauses within existing contracts which would speed up drafting if you just needed a clause as a template when drafting another contract.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a source of truth for all of our contracts, which Juro has given us. We also wanted to be able to search contracts by specific clauses.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Implementing Juro has revolutionized the way that my team manages contracts! Tasks that used to take 1-2 hours are now completed in a fraction of that time!  We no longer have to upload a new template every time we find a typo or need to update contract text - all contract templates can be edited directly in Juro!  Their rules/conditional technology allows you to easily hide or show text so that similar contracts types can use the same template eliminating the need to maintain multiple templates in order to include special conditions.  Unlike other platforms, Juro's contracts give the look and feel that you typed the contract yourself - the text formats automatically to the length of the data you are merging in so you no longer have to leave extra large spaces for merged text or worry that your merged fields will write over your contract language.  Notification emails are customizable, branded with our logo, and professional looking!  And best of all - users and staff alike find the system extremely easy to use!

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I have nothing negative to say about Juro at this time - we implemented less than 6 months ago and everything has worked great!  We initially purchased Juro to solve one problem on our team - and we are not expanding our use of the product because we like it so much!

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just helped us with two major issues:  1)  Tracking the terms of contracts we sign with outside vendors and 2) streamlining our processes for contract that we send out (800+ per year).  We had too many contracts auto renew by accident - Juro solved that issue for us!  And streamlining our outgoing contracts has saved us valuable time!!

**What do you like best about Juro?**

It's an all-in-one workspace which streamlines the entire contract lifecycle which makes it easier for us as in-house legal counsel and a fast moving business. We do not need to witch between Word, email, PDFs and e-signing tools. We have also been utilising self-serve templates like NDAs for HR or the rest of the business to use without consulting legal. 

We are able to track contract analytics and effectively manage contract data like renewal dates, values and statuses. The set up is logic and speeds up contract implementation.

The search and data extraction may at times be a bit basic and does not offer the best insights.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro enables fully digital and collaborative contract work without media disruptions. The intuitive interface allows for quick onboarding – even for non-lawyers. Customizable templates make standardized, legally compliant contract creation extremely efficient. Automated workflows help us in the legal team save significant time, particularly for routine agreements like NDAs or service contracts. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is seamless and fully transparent.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

For more complex contract structures or heavily negotiated agreements, the tool can sometimes reach its limits – especially regarding advanced formatting capabilities in the editor. Integration with certain third-party enterprise systems (e.g., document management systems) could be more flexible and extensive. That said, these are minor issues given how solid the core functionality is.

Juro helps us streamline the creation and approval of standard agreements like NDAs and service contracts. Previously, even simple contracts required manual editing, back-and-forth via email, and PDF signatures – all of which was time-consuming and error-prone.

Juro is easy for business teams to use, with intuitive templates, a smooth e-negotiation and e-signature process, and excellent overall user experience. Customer support is responsive and efficient, always quick to help with any issues. I also really value the ability to integrate Juro with other tools we use

In my opinion, Juro is currently better suited for working with templates than for reviewing third-party paper contracts, although this area is steadily improving. It can also be a bit challenging to understand how to properly set up and manage the contract library, for example, finding a simple way to link amendments to main contracts could be more intuitive.
But overall, it's an excellent platform: modern, user-friendly, and continuously improving

I like the user interface, and the modern feel. Recently, they have added new AI features which have been very helpful for the team. I also appreciate that it is a tool made by people with legal teams in mind, not just a tech solution. It was very easy to implement, and their team is very responsive and helpful when we need an extra hand in figuring out a new feature or configuration.

Some reporting features could be improved, but the new features seem to help in closing the gap there.

I particularly appreciate:

Some functionalities could be more user-friendly:
- the contract redlining has limited options (acceptance or rejection in full, no redlining of the redlining is available);

Being able to set up templates with differing access levels to edit has kept our contracts more consistent since using Juro. We also had a great onboarding process that was very hands on and helpful, and customer support has been great so far!

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

The pricing of Juro is steep for the size of our organization. In addition, not being able to tag contracts outside of the folder system and not being able to link contracts (for example, amendments to previous contracts) can be frustrating.

Juro is really solving the problem of having too many different processes for creating, signing, and storing contracts. Now we have one platform for everything, which keeps our contract process uniform and well organized.

As a lawyer focused on legal ops and efficiency, I value tools that truly make a difference to my workflow and I use Juro every day. Juro is an excellent contract platform that positively evolves constantly. The team genuinely listens to customer feedback and turns it into meaningful updates really fast.  Everyone I’ve interacted with is friendly, professional, and provides excellent customer service. Combined with an intuitive interface and powerful features, it’s a platform that truly works with you to improve your contract processes. Juro is also very easy to implement and integrates with key day-to-day applications such as Word and Slack.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

If I had to name one area for improvement, it would be expanding customer support to a 24/7 service during the workweek, which would make an already great experience even better.

Juro centralises and streamlines our entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and collaboration to approval and signature, eliminating the need for multiple tools or endless email chains. As a lawyer, this has significantly reduced administrative work, improved version control, and created greater visibility across the business. **What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro is a really good middle-priced contract lifecycle management system. The system was really easy to implement and it didn't take us long to get going once we had signed.  It covers all the basics we need in the legal team (contract template management, restricting editing to smartfields only, reporting) and is also easy for our sales colleagues to use. I like the user interface and the customer support has always been really helpful and efficient. We are currently now looking to integrate our Juro system with Salesforce which so far is going well. I also really like the Word plug-in which I use a lot for complex legal drafting and formatting requirements, to then sync back with the Juro platform.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Almost nothing! The system could have a better way of reflecting parent-child contract relationships, but the folder structure is a workaround for this currently. Otherwise I'm still really pleased with our selection of Juro as our internal CLM platform.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring the sales team use the correct version of terms and conditions; preventing sales people from editing wording that they shouldn't; keeping an up-to-date repository of our signed contract documents; quicker contract negotiation time; integration with Salesforce

I would say the cost is not suitable for mid-level companies, and the setup process is quite time-consuming.

The platform is really intuitive and easy to use and the ability to store all of our contracts and documents in one centralised place means less time is spent on smaller admin tasks and the risk of errors is minimised. The interface looks great and the branding feels super polished and professional (an opinion shared by both our internal and external users). 

We're consistently impressed by how the system continues to evolve and add further value. Additions such as the AI Extract and Assistant features have been a real benefit and we're now able to upload client contracts and get an immediate overview highlighting key areas to review based on the parameters we've set. These updates really demonstrate how tuned in Juro is to the current legal tech landscape and their commitment to evolving in line with these needs. 

A stand out for us is the level of service and support you receive from the team, from onboarding to day-to-day queries, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure you're getting the most out of the platform. Their live chat feature is great, they offer a huge library of written resources, and our CSM is always available to help when needed. The emphasis on providing a community for legal and operations professionals really is really a unique part of their offering.

Sometimes it can be tricky to encourage third-party uptake of certain features (not the fault of Juro!), like redlining within the platform, however, the ability to upload documents (Word/PDF) directly into the platform, along with further improvements to Word integrations, means the process runs much more smoothly and doesn’t become a blocker.

Juro has been great for our contract management workflows and we use it daily throughout much of our organization. Its intuitive interface, powerful template functionality, and smartfields have helped us in the Legal team enable our Sales teams to create and negotiate standard contracts with far less involvement from Legal. By leveraging access levels and rule-based automations, we’ve been able to scale our contracting process while maintaining control and consistency.

The platform is very easy to use — both for Legal and non-legal users — which helped drive adoption across departments. The integration options have also been key to embedding Juro seamlessly into our sales tech stack, including e.g. Slack and HubSpot.

Template functionality is a particular highlight: smartfields, conditions, and approval flows allow us to build compliant, flexible templates that empower the business. This has freed up significant time for the Legal team and helped accelerate deal velocity.

We have used Juro for several years and remain a happy customer. Customer support is mostly responsive and helpful and often listens to our feedback. 

We are also excited about some new and upcoming AI functionality which we think could help us make our contracting processes even more efficient. Overall we think Juro offers a great balance between control and self-service and is the perfect tool for fast-growing teams, in particular SaaS businesses, where Sales and Legal work closely together.

Some areas of improvement include:
- A master template capability (we have many similar templates for different jurisdictions so when we need to make a change it gets time-consuming to make the same changes across all templates, in particular when involving rules)
- A dedicated IT-interface for more granular system-level settings, e.g. provisioning group and access levels by the IT department.
- Improvements to the search functionality, which sometimes misses relevant documents or metadata.
We understand some of these areas are on the roadmap, and we’re excited about the upcoming product releases.

Juro is an incredibly intuitive tool and really easy to use. If you have prior experience with the platform, onboarding a new team is straightforward and requires minimal support. And when support is needed, the Juro team is always readily available to assist.

My favorite Juro feature is the ability to upload .docx and PDF files. I find the option to add smartfields to a PDF upload very helpful. Many of the customers I work with send lengthy agreements in these formats, and Juro makes it seamless to edit, negotiate, collaborate on and sign those documents - all in one place.

I'd like more control over the status on PDF uploads. It would be helpful to be able to add more detail (maybe some labelling or tags) when sending a contract for internal review and signing - we still give most of this context ahead of a signing request being sent, in Slack channels.

As with any new software platform, getting to know where to find the correct workflow takes some practice and repetition.  However the trainer will record sessions so you can go back and review the steps as often as a refresher is needed.

Juro has proven to be a great solution for us.  As head of the legal and compliance functions, I particularly appreciate how it allows us to customize tags of contracts so that we can generate reports and efficiently manage risks.   The user interface and ability to structure the uploading of contracts as a question & answer flow has been very well received from the team for whom UX is really important.  

The check ins with our customer success manager who helps us leverage the various functionalities of the platform has also been a great help and I love the fact that their product team is constantly working on upgrades to the platform.

Self-contained platform that can deal with most everything within the life of a contract, from initial drafting, through communications with other parties (be they internal or from outside the organisation), to final execution and storing. Nicely designed, constantly improving, reasonably-priced, very good customer service and engagement. Has some nice intergrations with other apps and ecosystems.

Some of the steps involved within the processing of a contract could be improved, as they are not 100% easy to understand, but this experience could be down to the way my organisation's legal processes are setup. Intergration with Microsft Teams is not natively available.

- Being an enabler rather than a blocker (providing self-serve contract templates to internal clients).
- Reallocation of tasks allows in-house counsels to focus on their core value (i.e establishment of guardrails), rather than the administrative generation of contracts.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro helped us to streamline the contract negotiation and signature process. It makes it easy for us when creating a document using templates and collaborative tools with other team members, and it also makes it easy for the customer to review, comment, suggest, fill out, and sign the document. The implementation is pretty much "instant" and customer support is FLAWLESS, they reply in no time and really make sure we are taking all the advantage possible from the tool.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

There is nothing I dislike about Juro. We have been using it for years now and they keep improving the tool every month.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we used to have was the longwinded process of creating a contract when sales would request one and then a painful back and forth there was each time we would send out a contract.
