If Jobma added the ability to add custom backgrounds in the recording system, this would make setup a bit easier for our organization specifically. **What problems is Jobma solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a lean recruiting team and conducting live phone screenings for every position was consuming a significant amount of time that was making getting other things done challenging. Our initial concern was that candidates might not like to do the one way videos. Or that it might be too complicated for them. But the feedback we have received since we implemented this has been exceptionally positive. Almost all of our candidates loved how easy and short this process was. They can get it done in 15-20 minutes with no complicated technical knowledge needed. I also liked that it integrated well with our current ATS. We used Zapier to build a connector and it worked flawlessly. Plus the feedback we got from our candidates was very positive too, especially cause it worked really smoothly on their phones. Took a lot of scheduling issues off the table for our HR team. All in all, it has worked really well for us. **What do you dislike about Jobma?** No major dislike. Our onboarding and training sessions went smoothly and my team had no issues reaching out to their support team. One thing I would like to see in the future is support for more languages for our candidates. But I wouldnt call that a critical requirement. **What problems is Jobma solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were hiring in bulk and having our HR team reach out to candidates was becoming a problem. Even aside from the scheduling issues, the amount of time spent in initialy screening was becoming too high. This helped on both those fronts.
