**What do you like best about Infinity?**

The system works perfectly without ever crashing, even when multiple operations are performed simultaneously. The level of customization is very high, especially regarding the possibilities to manage and vary the format and model of the desired prints. The warehouse management is well done and is conveniently organized into various sections of categories and their respective subcategories.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

It must be said that the program works quite well without causing problems. It must be said that the program has many features and it is necessary to have a little training before being able to use it well and understand all the mechanisms. But in any case, if one wants to have a program with many features, this always comes at the expense of practicality and ease of use.

**Recommendations to others considering Infinity:**

To tell the truth, there are many POS programs around. I would recommend this to anyone who wants something more and is not satisfied with the classic program for inventory and sales management.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The program adapts perfectly to every type of EAN barcode as the product sheets are flexible and easy to manage. For each product, there is the possibility to enter multiple suppliers so as to have more suppliers and more merchandise arrivals for each individual product. Additionally, when creating the product, it is possible to insert the related image to have visual confirmation during the order creation phase.

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

That is allowed me to makes changes to patient information without all the bells and whistles other programs have.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

That it was not intuitive. Epic, another program that was used by the hospital could not force changes to take place in Infinity. We had to use both programs. 

**Recommendations to others considering Infinity:**

To make sure that other programs are able to both receive and make changes in Infinity. For the hospital I worked with, information only flowed 1 way.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That front line staff in the hospital could not make changes in Epic and it affect our workflow in Infinity; that was great.
