We can set up automated initial appointments confirmations, reminders, changed appointments and follow-ups for each calendar, which makes it easy to stay consistent. The best thing I’ve found is that it offers an option for almost everything we want to configure, so we can tailor it to our needs. The price is also not high for our usage. Their website has an AI assistant, meaning that when I post my questions, the AI searches and finds the correct response. The salesperson, support team, and billing team each helped me along the way to figure out the process. The website performance is fast and complete compared to other alternative platforms out there. After using it a couple of times, I found it user-friendly. **What do you dislike about GReminders?** I don’t see any significant disadvantages to GReminders. It offers lots of configuration options to choose from. The main downside, though, is figuring out where each configuration setting is located and understanding what each one is relevant for. **What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business problem GReminders helps to solve is automating telling customers about their appointment start date and time. It connects several of the needs in my business into one user friendly system that integrates well with my CRM. I've used other tools in the past that did a fraction of what GReminders offers. That said, the email response time is very quick, and I can also search the website and easily find what I’m looking for. The templates are easy to use and customize. Customer support is super helpful. I like their office hours as well. It is a little expensive for a small practice, but does cut down on no shows for me. **Recommendations to others considering GReminders:** If you feel stuck setting up your account and templates, ask questions. Not only does this save us time, but it also ensures our client's are being contacted prior to their appointment. They are not great however when we have an actual installation appointment, as we do not have a set time that is entered on the calendar. The Friday office hours are fantastic and so helpful. Several times the Friday office hours have really helped streamline our processes. Right now, Dropbox is the only option available for clients to upload documents prior to a meeting. It would be helpful to add OneDrive and Google Drive for Business as well, since those are the programs on our approved compliance list. **What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’ve had a great experience using GReminders as part of our workflow every day. The Zoom integration also makes it easy to set up online meetings. I also like the SMS reminder texts that notify clients about upcoming meetings and give them the option to reschedule when needed. **What do you dislike about GReminders?** the user interface is clunky and not too user friendly or intuitive. Another area of improvement is that when a client re-schedules, there is no way to restart or modify the existing workflow from the original meeting **What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving a lot more time setting up meetings and ensuring those meetings take place.
