**What do you like best about GReminders?**

This has been a very user friendly site for clients. I've had good feedback. It saves time that it is linked to my Zoom and also sends links for meetings. Has been a great time saver and made it more convenient for clients to connect.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

I would like a way for me or my assistant to enter appointments to push to clients. There might be a way to do it, but we haven't figured it out yet!

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clients wanting to connect outside of normal business hours with the ability to check their schedules to select a time. Huge time saver with auto reminders being sent at regular intervals. A link to reschedule if needed, built into the message.

Great support team to troubleshoot any issues that arise.  Great training and support to set up GReminders. Simple to integrate and really appreciate the reminder tasks you can set up on the software. Once you learn the basics, you have the opportunity to become as sophisticated as you want to be. Really like the AI note taking ability we have with the notetaker software.

The inability to directly contact support via phone.

It saves me time when I’m taking notes and scheduling appointments, and it also helps with sending out reminders. I especially like how it explains how to set up reminder templates for specific client appointments, so I can keep everything consistent and organized.

We had some hiccups with onboarding, but we are really looking forward to GReminders making our practice more efficient with the automated scheduling.  The AI aspect is very helpful in providing pre-meeting briefs at the touch of a button. Also, the integration with Redtail has been great! The Priority Support team has been exceptional in answering questions in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

We didn't have a good experience with the onboarding process.  We have since been connected with a different trainer and are feeling better about it.  I would suggest some additional training for newer, less experienced employees to reduce client frustrations.

By automating scheduling and offering quick pre-meeting briefs, we can focus on client services.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

We love the broad scalability of it and the way it syncs with our existing tech.  I genuinely LOVED my implementation team.  (I would hire them away from you in a heartbeat.)  I have found that customer support is very responsive and actually fixes things for me at times, rather than just emailing me back a solution.  They are literally part of my teeam, making Greminders super easy to use.  We use the calendar link every day and have all of our other tech integrated, so makes it all seamless.

There is so much that it does that I feel like I am missing something.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

The AI Note Taker and the pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. These features save us a lot of time each day, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate them in advance has improved consistency and reduced the need for manual follow-up.

Customer Support has been very responsive in answering any questions that come up, and they were great to work with during our implementation of GReminders into our tech stack.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

This isn’t really a dislike, but I’d like to see more file-sharing programs integrated. Right now, Dropbox is the only option available for clients to upload documents prior to a meeting. It would be helpful to add OneDrive and Google Drive for Business as well, since those are the programs on our approved compliance list.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve had a great experience using GReminders as part of our workflow every day. The AI Note Taker and pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. Both features save us a lot of time, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate these ahead of time has improved consistency and reduced manual follow-up.

One thing I’m especially looking forward to is even deeper integration with Redtail CRM, which will make the workflow even more seamless for our team.

Overall, GReminders has been a great addition to our tech stack, with great Customer Support as an added bonus. The platform saves time, improves efficiency, and offers practical features that support our day-to-day operations.

I like being able to send broadcast emails and use the AI notetaker during meetings—not only in person, but also on Zoom and on phone calls. It also integrates with our system and sets up activities for us, which makes things easier.

We have not seen any downsides yet, the only worry we had was the implementation of texting clients, but now our broker dealer has approved text communication to make it even better!

I really appreciate that it integrates so well with our Redtail CRM and that there are live support sessions available to assist us with questions or problems.  The program seems to sync quickly and has surpassed our expectations.

I wish GReminders acted the same way whether an appointment was created in GReminders or in our Redtail CRM.  I would like to see some more improvements or integrations with the ability to send text messages.

GReminders has wonderfully automated our scheduling and reminder tasks.  I have saved countless hours and no longer need dozens of email templates to send to clients based on their specific appointment.  We love that we can see what reminders were sent and when.  We love that there is the ability to have a branded client facing page that we can customize to our unique needs.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

I'm loving the way in which GReminders connects several of the needs in my business into one user friendly system that integrates well with my CRM.  I've used other tools in the past that did a fraction of what GReminders offers so the switch was a no-brainer!  Also, the AI notetaker is the best I've used so far and the accuracy allows me to spend very little time reviewing my notes.  I also love the AI notetaker Chat feature!

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

The learning curve of setting up the system is steep.  I have an account manager (Mikayla) who's been great though so I haven't had to worry about this too much.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system is a huge time saver!  The AI notetaker allows me to avoid hiring an employee to take notes and determine action items.  The automated scheduling feature has helped to reduce admin time and reduces the risk of clients "slipping through the cracks."  I also love the fact that it integrates well with Google calendars so I can better coordinate my personal and professional calendars with the ease of automated scheduling.

I like the automated reminders and the wide range of personalization options you can set up. There are also some great integration options, which make transferring data relatively seamless.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

I don’t feel it’s the most user friendly interface. When trying to set up new team members, it was a challenge to make sure clients were not getting duplicate notifications coming from multiple event organizers. Additionally I was having some issues blocking out a specific day on my calendar, yet it was still showing available for a specific event type. I figured it out eventually,  but don’t know why the change didn’t apply to all event types

The automation really is useful. It helps remind our clients about upcoming appointments and helps prevent no-shows and miscommunication. I also appreciate the pre-meeting brief reports that get sent before the meetings  so I can set myself up for success when speaking with clients

I started using this platform on the Basic plan and quickly realized which additional features could better support the automation of our office. I’m now in the process of upgrading to the Business plan, and I’m excited to see what the new features can do for us.

Some of the formatting features require coding, which isn’t common knowledge for everyone. However, the support team is very helpful when it comes to guiding you through that.

It was relatively easy to set up and get the hang of, I like how it connects to a calendar so that anything I put on that calendar will automatically trigger the event to send a reminder.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

It's not so much that I dislike it; but what I was also looking to do was program at a cadence for each of my individual clients (e.g., person 1 needs a reminder on these selected months, person 2 needs a reminder on these selected months) but it works out for me to just send individual calendar invite batches, but would be cool to be able to do it the other way as I onboard new clients.

Set the event and forget it. I do have to input a calendar event as it is, but I do think it's nice to have a GReminder that will take my event and send a professional email reminder from another organization and not have it just be another ignored calendar reminder on my end.

Creating key words which when put into the title triggers the reminder to go to a certain group of emails.  I love this option and have 4 key word groups that go to 4 different email groups that I created easily.

Initially had to contact support to create the email groups and get it to work, but the support contacts were done very well!

It integrates with our CRM (Wealthbox), which lets meetings automatically initiate workflows. The Zoom integration also makes it easy to set up online meetings. I also like the SMS reminder texts that notify clients about upcoming meetings and give them the option to reschedule when needed.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

the user interface is clunky and not too user friendly or intuitive.  Another area of improvement is that when a client re-schedules, there is no way to restart or modify the existing workflow from the original meeting

Saving a lot more time setting up meetings and ensuring those meetings take place. I also like the meeting briefs that provide me insights on what to discuss at an upcoming meeting.

I love how GReminders delivers Pre-Meeting Briefs to my email, making it simple to quickly prepare for meetings by keeping track of where we left off and what to focus on next. It integrates seamlessly with our CRM system, updating notes in customer records so anyone on our team can easily see past conversations. GReminders was very easy to implement, up and running in minutes, and fits naturally into my work process without imposing its usage on other meeting attendees. I also appreciate that it integrates with our Dynamics CRM and Microsoft productivity suite.

The setup can be tedious if you're not tech savvy. All the different settings that allow the necessary customization I am looking for can be difficult to navigate. However, I do feel the upfront time commitment to take advantage of and utilize all the customizable features is worth it.

Everything about it, it’s an all in one system. It seamlessly integrates all of my business tech.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

I would like to know if there is a way for me to quickly schedule one of my templates for a meeting. Example: I’m having coffee with someone and I have the opportunity to get that person to an introduction meeting and I say perfect I’ll send you a calendar invite for Thursday at 2. Well when I’m sending the invite I’m booking the appointment from my iPhone calendar. GReminders is picking that up and sending reminders and stuff but I wish there was a way I could quickly book the meeting as one of my templates because I have questionnaires that I would like them to go through but I would not like to have to ask them hey when you get this link click on it and finish the booking , when I could just as easily send them a quick calendar invite and say hey by the way when you have a minute, complete the questionnaire you’ll receive in your email it will help us prioritize our meeting. Anyway, hope that makes since. Other than that, incredible system.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

I like how GReminders offers bulk send automation that integrates with our CRM, eliminating the need to call and email clients individually to schedule meetings. Their AI notetaking tool stands out for being more accurate than previous tools we've used, and it's effective at organizing conversations, identifying speakers, and capturing tasks and action items discussed. I also like the customizable fields in their meeting scheduling app, allowing us to tailor the tool directly to our needs. It's very easy to send in questions or requests and get responses promptly, which was a significant improvement over our previous experience with Microsoft Bookings where there was no contact person to reach.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

With the deep level of customization it would be helpful to get more 'best practice' information from them.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GReminders automates client scheduling, streamlines post-meeting notes, and integrates with our CRM, saving time and reducing scheduling errors. It's customizable, with prompt support, unlike Microsoft Bookings, which lacked customization and caused scheduling issues.

It reminds my clientgs of courses they are registered for.  No longer a time of wondering if anyone is going to show up for classes.

No problems, no concerns.  Not much to dislike.

Reminding clients that they have registered for a course.  Since I don't require prepayments, there is little incentive for people to show up for courses.  Now they get reminders.

I like the calendar link and how the scheduler can handle the complex needs of our team. I also like the notetaker and how I can customized how the summaries are formatted and what information is included. I also like all the seamless integrations with our various calendar and redtail

Its a bit of a learning curve to make sure all the systems are set up just right but I think that would be a drawback of any similar software

What I find most helpful about GReminders is its straightforward integration with RedTail. Since RedTail is one of the key tools I rely on to manage my practice, having seamless integrations is crucial for me. I definitely value the convenience of essentially having single sign-on functionality with GReminders and RedTail.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

I think the aesthetic of GReminder's booking page is rather uninspiring and lacks appeal. With other booking calendar tools, I've had the opportunity to influence how the booking page looks for my visitors. In contrast, GReminder's design feels outdated, as if it hasn't received much attention from the graphic design, marketing, or IT teams.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GReminders has been very helpful to me so far by sending appointment confirmations, which saves my staff from having to make multiple attempts to reach clients for confirmation. The Pre-Meeting Briefs serve as excellent reminders, providing essential information about previous meeting agendas and to-dos. This feature definitely saves me the time I would otherwise spend looking up client notes or listening to past meetings. Finally, I really appreciate receiving notifications of booked appointments through the online calendar.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

The AI Notetaker has been a huge time saver for our practice.  It not only takes detailed notes and records your meeting, but it emails you a summary email that you can copy and paste into your CRM and adds a draft follow up email that you can send to your client right after your meeting.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

Currently it is not integrated with eMoney.  I know this is something they are working on but that would be my only complaint that this isn't currently available.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving our note taking and appointment summary which some of our advisors were struggling to input into our CRM or provide staff with.  Now this is sent to us directly.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

Clients have found it is easy to choose an appointment time that works well for them. I am excited about using the appointment reminder features. In the past we had our team members calling clients to remind them of an appointment time. Now we are able to have this process automated. I also love how well it integrates with RedTail. Appointment confirmations are noted in RedTail and easily identified.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

We did have some reconfiguring of our RedTail calendar that needed to be done. In the past we used all day appointments to mark when something was happening in the office or with a team member. This method blocked GReminders from opening calendar spots for a client to schedule. We needed to adjust how we set that up.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The amount of time our support team is spending on appointment scheduling has been greatly reduced. This allows them to focus on other client enhancements.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

There are two main things I appreciate: First, I used to rely on my admin to schedule all my client reviews—quarterly, bi-annual, and annual—which took up a significant amount of her time each quarter. Now, I simply set tags in Wealthbox (QR, BR, AR), and GReminders automatically sends out the invites and reminders. This allows my admin to focus on other important tasks for me. Second, GReminders has replaced tools like Calendly and ScheduleOnce for me. I just include the booking link in my email signature, and clients can schedule appointments whenever they like. I also have the link available on my website.

Customer support has been excellent as well. They've joined Zoom calls with me to help set up new features, making the process very straightforward.

While I’d like to say I use it every day, the reality is that once I set it up, it mostly runs on its own. So, although it’s in use daily, I only need to log in about once a month.

Additionally, syncing with Outlook and Wealthbox is very smooth and easy.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

I'm sure they'll build this out, but I have to go in and set the time periods that i want to set my client review meetings. I'd prefer to say, first 2 weeks in February, and it just does that every time.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling client reviews primarily. My admin is freed up to do higher level work for me, rather than having back and forth emails trying to find a time that works for a client.

The integration with Redtail is by far one of the most advanced in our tech stack, as well as the automatic reminders and personalization to fit our firm's branding and operations. We use the features daily and has reduced the admin communication time tremendously. The GR Sidebar is very useful.

A shoutout to the GReminders onboarding team -- they go above and beyond each onboarding call to make sure that your system is set up how you like it. It is by far the most hands-on onboarding of a new software we have received from our tech stack.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

The ability to limit clients booking multiple appointments and bogging down the schedule. Our advisors do not manage their own calendars, so our work around has been to receive emails when a client books with them and reach out to the client to confirm which of the spots that they have booked.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Automated emails and text messages for initial booking and reminders - this saves our admin so much time for manually sending these out when booking appointments
-Clients' ability to reschedule via link - this frees up a lot of our phone calls in-office
-Personalization of Events - different staff and departments require different appointment types to book, so being able to customize each staff's booking page keeps the clients from accidentally booking an incorrect appointment type
-Routing Forms - as a tax office, new clients have varying tax complexities which mean that sometimes we need to add an accountant to the meeting. The routing forms makes determining the best appointment type much smoother for our admin team

GReminders is incredibly user-friendly for our small team. Our clients benefit from the straightforward reminders and our case manager's bookings can be managed so easily so that all parties can let GrReminders just do the work! When we were getting everything set up, we really appreciated being able to speak to a representative directly about all of the features. GReminders helps to ensure our office runs smoothly and everyone stays organized!

I wish I could include the location of an event in the reminder (specifically office, virtual or call).

Our days are ruled by our schedules and we have to fit both new intake appointments in, alongside existing client appointments, on an ongoing basis. Our team is hybrid so we all have different in-office and remote work days. The work of finding an appointment time can be really frustrating to do from both our end and the client's, and different people need to book into our calendars including supervisors and admin. The fact that GReminders handles so much of this without my input (other than ensuring my work hours and time off is correct) is a huge time saver. I didnt realize how much administrative burden there was to managing my calendar before!

I don't really have a dislike, but I do have a caution. Because GReminders is highly configurable, you need a plan before you start configuring it.

The customer service from the GReminders team is amazing. We opted for the full service option given that we are newly stepping into the automated marketing world. It has been eye opening to see all the various options a company has to follow up with its clients. We expect the services offered from GReminders will save us a tremendous amount of time. There is a lot of information and options! For a company that isn't familiar with all the options available, it can be a little overwhelming at first, simply because you don't even know that some of the technology even exists. If you're new, using the full service where GReminders helps you setup everything is crucial to guarantee you're maximizing it's potential for your business.

Honestly I have not found anything I dislike. I wish that it connected to Advyzon, but I hear this is in beta now.

Client acknowledgement tracking has been huge.  You can leave a message or send an email, but some clients don't respond and its hard to tell if they will make their scheduled appointments. Reminders for Monday appointments need to be sent on Fridays. Also, when there are cancellations over the weekend, it’s unclear what happens, because the reminders still go out on Sundays.

It seemed a little redundant at first--setting up reminders for each advisor, but GReminders met with us over Zoom and ended up setting everything up for us. Made it super simple on our end.

It ties right in with our business Google calendar and I can set reminders for immediately, at a later date, and also within a certain time before the appointment. This has really helped reduce our no-show appointments! I love GReminders!I can look at my calendar to see who confirmed their appointment, and call any customers who didn't confirm.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

It does limit your length/size of reminder- so you have to be creative to have the message within the pirameters of the size.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has really helped reduce our no show appointments and cancellations. I have it set to remind the customer 24 hours before the appointment. This really saves us time (driving to) and money (gas, schedule other appointments).
