What I find most helpful about GReminders is that it links with our Microsoft Outlook calendars, syncs appointments immediately, and sends out automated reminders—by email or SMS—to our clients for those appointments. We can set up automated initial appointments confirmations, reminders, changed appointments and follow-ups for each calendar, which makes it easy to stay consistent.

The best thing I’ve found is that it offers an option for almost everything we want to configure, so we can tailor it to our needs. The price is also not high for our usage. Their website has an AI assistant, meaning that when I post my questions, the AI searches and finds the correct response.

I’ve been using GReminders for a year and I’m still loving it. It connects several of the needs in my business into one user friendly system that integrates well with my CRM.
