**What do you like best about GreenRope?**

I like that GreenRope is a complete, all-in-one platform that works seamlessly together without being just a collection of separate tools. The deep integration between CRM, marketing automation, and sales is unmatched. When a lead fills out a form, it's automatically added to the CRM, enrolled in a nurture campaign, and a task is created for sales, with all activity logged in one profile. This level of integration saves us hours each day. The email marketing and automation are powerful yet easy to use. We can build drip campaigns, segment lists, send behavioral emails, and track opens and clicks—all without coding. The deliverability has been solid, and the templates look professional. The system eliminates data silos and ensures no leads fall through the cracks, greatly improving our conversion rates. I also found that the initial setup was so easy.

**What do you dislike about GreenRope?**

I find email deliverability can be inconsistent. Most campaigns go through fine, but we've had occasional deliverability issues with certain providers—and troubleshooting required reaching out to support instead of having built-in tools or clear diagnostics. Also, the email editor lacks fine-tuned control. While the basic email builder works, it’s missing small but important features like more precise mobile responsiveness controls, saved sections or block libraries for consistent branding, and better spam-score insights before sending. Simple tweaks often require switching back and forth between menus.

**What problems is GreenRope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GreenRope eliminates data silos, centralizes customer interactions, and automates follow-ups and task assignments, boosting our conversion rates. It saves us hours every day with seamless integration across CRM, marketing automation, and sales, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.

**What do you like best about GreenRope?**

The email marketing features of GreenRope—especially the journey builder and the intuitive WYSIWYG email editor—are a marketer’s dream! Importing contact and company records is straightforward once you get a hang of it. The email tracking option has been instrumental in prioritising sales prospects, delivering measurable financial benefits to us in 2024. Customising the platform with white-labelling was seamless, and setting up IMAP synchronisation and DKIM/SPF configurations was impressively simple. We use GreenRope on a daily basis and have moved all our sales and marketing activities to it. What's the best is that their support team always comes back with detailed solutions for even the most complex problems we have.

**What do you dislike about GreenRope?**

The operations-based features like invoicing and ticketing need major improvements as they are very simplistic and we have more complex needs.

**What problems is GreenRope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us bifurcate hot and cold leads. We have been able to send out more targeted outreach emails. With the ability to integrate our PBX and SMS systems, we can utilise GreenRope tailored to exactly how we want our sales CRM to run.

It helps solve multiple challenges in managing student interactions, communications, and project tracking. By integrating CRM with marketing automation, I can efficiently manage student communications, send personalized emails, and track their engagement with academic content. The journey builder allows me to automate reminders for assignments, exams, and events based on student behavior, which keeps them informed without manual follow-up. GreenRope’s flexibility in assigning different access levels ensures that student data remains secure while still allowing collaboration with colleague

**What do you like best about GreenRope?**

Power, flexibility,  the number of components - and a rare, critical feature - the ability to run multiple brands with separate emails from the same instance. This last feature is almost impossible to find in any other CRM. That matters a lot as I run several micro-enterprises and did not want me or my team logging into 5 different CRM accounts. The sales funnels and CRM for all my businesses, with their distinct identities are in one account. The automation is amazing and I used it to be worklows for automating internal service messages once appointments are booked via Calendly, sending confirmation emails to leads, creating email templates with linked files in the CRM media library, creating online group events. It's a really, really good system. And, the pricing is very compelling too. It's a real gem, that has taken 10 years of experiementing with other CRMs to realise just how good GreenRope is. The customer service is through online chat very often and they're very response by email too. I've had some configuration issues and they jumped on a call, same day. Really amazing!

**What do you dislike about GreenRope?**

Because it is packed with features there is a learning curve. Having said that, GreenRope provides: a) an excellent help knowledgebase within the app; b) an onboarding e-course that takes you through the modules; c) personalised onboarding training and the option to buy more training at a nominal fee; d) a heap of how to videos on YouTube and Vimeo; e) online chat support that is really responsive and helpful. So, even the learning curve has so much support around it that it's not too bad. Honestly, I have zero regrets and am only positive about GreenRope.

Ability to track opportunities.
Ability to set workflows and automation.
AI/ Nova is included.

Unable to select multiple choices. 
Unable to filter companies that do NOT have primary or secondary contacts. 
No True App. 
Doesn't adjust to different screen sizes, phones & pads. 
Buttons disappear, layers and overlapping. 
Lack of onboarding /Implementation needs work. 
Lack of SOPs. 
Lack of training videos.

**What problems is GreenRope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using GR to collect/ store data and market to current customers /prospects. The old system was pen and paper, napkins and a lite social media presence. Benefit of collecting company data and tracking sales force past and future activities. Faster Marketing! AI!

We reached out to Amber right away via phone to discuss a plan of action to alleviate these frustrations. The help provided to her started with providing additional training sessions free of charge and sending over specific resources to review.

GreenRope has an extensive help and knowledge base with feature-specific training videos and multiple cheat sheets, including guided walkthrough overlays to help the user accomplish tasks they aren’t familiar with.  All new clients start with a set training package, we found out that this user was not involved in the initial training so it was important to get her up to speed with our resources and provide additional assistance to make sure she has a good understanding of the platform. The other individuals that have worked with GreenRope through the initial onboarding process have not shared any of the same concerns with our team. 

During the additional training sessions, the concerns around field options and filters were specifically addressed along with a review of all built in training materials and walkthroughs. GreenRope recently switched to a full PWA (Progressive Web Application) which is no longer downloaded from the official app stores but still functions just like a mobile application. We have not received any feedback from any other users regarding issues with adjusting to different screen sizes or buttons disappearing, nor have we received any screenshots or video captures of this happening from this user.

All in all, we have worked directly with the client and gone above and beyond to make sure she is having the best experience with GreenRope as possible. We look forward to continuing to work with her and her company in the future.

GreenRope is not a cookie cutter CRM system, it was built to our needs as a mid-sized organization. They were a tremendous help in training and are always a click or call away from any immediate help that is needed.

**What do you dislike about GreenRope?**

I have no complaints. At times I had a permissions problem, but it was an internal issue, nothing to do with the GreenRope system itself. The permissions or access for certain users is a great function, I was just miss-assigned less access than I needed, which was rectified quickly internally.

Great company to work with. Extremely personable and the CRM makes everything easier.

It is very fast & effeciant. You can see much more details , as well as do much more compared to other CRM's. The layout is also very good looking and simple. There is also a lot of options to choose from. it is also gret for keeping track of the workplace activities.

It is very confusing at first, but the "Guide Me" helps a lot. I just think that there should be a better way to show new users to understand the CRM, because there is a lot of things you can do in the CRM.

Greenrope helps me keep track of all my activities. I got lost on other CRM's, but i dont get lost on greenrope. The follow up activities was a great idea. It helps me a lot.

I like it's organization around the implentation of customer's information. It's really easy to use and we use it quite often. The number of features this site has is not overwhelming at all. It's really easy to navigate the site.

Because of how easy it is to intergrate the site, we havent had to call customer support. Everything has been great.

**What do you like best about GreenRope?**

The pricepoint, flexibility and adaptability of the software package crates a system of systems that can be adapted to any business. My team struggled to find a CRM solution that could fit our needs. Salesforce was the 800-pound gorilla with the pricing to match; however, we needed something more streamlined, better priced, yet full capability to take our company where it needed to go that could also be adapted to our business as we grew. GreenRope was the right answer. A conversation with the GreenRope CEO, Lars, put us on the right path to properly implementing the software suite and connecting with the right on-site trainer gave our team the confidence to execute the system to its fullest capability smartly.

It could benefit from a more robust marketing template suite for its email marketing activities.

I work in sports where I interact with lots of fans everyday. Greenrope allows me to log interactions efectively and make the most out of my member interactions.

**What do you dislike about GreenRope?**

I am not the biggest fan of the layout on the interface. It can be sometimes hard to follow and looks a bit dated.

During our ticketing season, greenrope allows me to log any "problem," customers I have and keep a detailed log of them that I can later address.

I like that they listen to your concerns and address them ASAP so you can get to work, fast. They take time to help with roadblocks and find solutions. And, they're not KEAP

I dislike the fact that they don't wash my car.  With all the services they offer, you'd figure they would through in a car wash.

Workflow is smooth, more options to diversify and provide better adaptability.

It's a very antiquated interface and lacks intuition, which causes difficulty navigating and searching for things as simple contacts within my contacts.

The customer support team is great. Almost always available via live chat and are super responsive. Also, you can't beat the price, period.

It just doesn't scale for B2B. It doesn't integrate with anything else we use. Even basic things like tying files to companies is clunky. It's perfectly fine if you're looking to move from spreadsheets to a basic CRM, but it's just that - basic - you get what you pay for.

They are responsive to requests for customization. We've been able to build custom fields and custom exports. But some of the solutions to our customization are work arounds that require lots of extra steps and user expertise.

GreenRope's primary perk is their incredibly knowledgeable and experienced customer service team. I always have someone to chat with or speak to when I need them most and that is paramount with software that timing is so important. I feel heard. In addition, they are constantly improving the platform, which gives so much confidence and peace of mind that the software will get even better over time. The system is astonishingly versatile in that my colleagues ask if there is a way to complete a specific goal and I ask which way they prefer out of the many!

**What do you dislike about GreenRope?**

Overall, GreenRope's system includes many complex features that typically go off without a hitch. While it can seem a little rough around the edges, a platform with such a wide range of capabilities will always have a few growing pains. The nice part is their willingness to address the parts that need the polish. I have not come across any crippling or major limitations to the system as I continue to attempt to push it to its limits.

This is a great program that has heavily expanded our marketing capabilities.

Previously, we were using Constant Contact in their cookie cutter template systems. When I joined the company and started using it, the limitations in both email customization and contact management were glaring. GreenRopes ability to accurately maintain large and many contact groups has solved a ton of organizational issues along with contact targetting capabilities. I am able to segment marketing targets to such a degree that we've had a massive reduction in unsubscribes due to being able to deliver relevant content to the right people.

I use the Contact Filter options in CRM a lot.  The automation features are very user-friendly and a well-thought-out service, keeping the real scenario in mind. A combination of Journey and Work Flows features makes GreenRope a complete CRM.

The integration of SMS and Phone Services in India is not available. The international payment in US /UK cents for a local SMS and phone within India is not feasible.

I like that GreenRope is a complete CRM with lots of features and functions to get the most out of contact relationships. The team behind GreenRope is eager to get you up and running. The system does require an initial investment of time to learn its awesome power if you want to get the most out of it. You to take the implementation in phases and plan your design and build stage carefully. It's is very cost-effective as it's based on the number of contacts and not users, so you can get your whole organization on board as users without having to decide who needs it most. Their amazing giving back program is one of a kind and is very generous, showing the human side Lars and the team bring to the world of CRM. Everyone in the team is willing to help and answers questions, and when you make suggestions for changes that can help you tailor the system to your CRM design requirements, they make the changes quickly and at no charge. Every day I become a better CRM Project Leader due to GreenRope, so professionally, I feel the benefit of being part of the GreenRope family!

The is not anything yet; I will update this review as I discover anything. I might say that I would like GreenRope to work on their mobile app; I think this needs an overall and looks dated and is not easy to use on a small screen, making it less attractive for updating contact data on the move. I have you many CRMs over the years and I have used Greenrope for over a decade. The reason I have tried and tested other CRM's such as Hubspot, Infusinsoft, Monkeymail and others is because I needed to know where I would get the most VALUE.

And although I have let the other accounts lapse, I have never left Greenrope specifically for it's ease of use, value-added investment and most important the ENGAGEMENT I am able to have with m y list.

There isn't anything to dislike other than the fact that I sometimes don't have access to the mobile app or a computer when I am on the road. This is usually my fault for forgetting my phone or not have a laptop immediately available.

**What do you like best about GreenRope?**

The project management system. It is really useful to adapt it to our needs. Also custom objects and fields make things a breeze.

**What do you dislike about GreenRope?**

There are a few limitations with the system, especially when it comes to reports and notifications. Sending project updates to all contacts in a group is one.

**Recommendations to others considering GreenRope:**

Best CRM system I've used yet!

Solving workflow issues, and it has helped us become more efficient and aware of our operations.
