My biggest issue was several years ago, when they made available an upgrade from the desktop client to a web client. There was no option not to accept it, and I wasn't able to connect my mom to her computer. Thankfully, I was visiting Seattle and, with the help of a tech, over the course of two days, I was able to get things running again. GoToMyPC is by far the best way I have tried for remote access to work remotely. The connection speed is fast, I have dual monitor capability and remote printing.
