Only the image quality of TeamViewer is better.Read more
could not log into the remote computer this was my issue and sometimes serious issue.

Need to check remote machine network connectivity.... If issue in network connectivity it causes issues... Read more
May we see "Wallpaper". It just helps me know what computer I am connected to at the time.
