GalaBid is so simple to use. It's extremely user friendly and concise, which makes it easy customers to navigate. I love the import template for adding items; it saves so much time! This is my 4th auction and I can't wait to continue using it in the future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automatic invoicing feature on the site save me HOURS of work. I love that I didn't have to worry about adding items up for guests and can easily send payment reminders. I also loved that guests had to put in their payment info before bidding. So helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that I still have a few people who have not paid, which really isn't the platform's fault unless emailed invoices are going to spam. I'd love the ability to "flag" guests from not participating in the future if they go unpaid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
