I have used at least 4 other property management softwares and none are as easy to use. There are many reports that can be generated and functions that can be completed that you can't necessarily do in Yardi, Onesite, etc. I use Exact Estate frequently and can use it almost anywhere. It is easy to implement new ideas. I enjoy the simplicity of how exact estate integrated with the residents so tenants can pay online and request a maintenance workorder. **What do you dislike about ExactEstate?** There is nothing least helpful or dislikes with Exact Estate if I am stuck about anything Exact Estate has a tool for me to use immidaitley to help and guide me through any hiccups I may have. **What problems is ExactEstate solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had a rent charge issue and I was able to get that fixed immidiatley it benefited me and the tenant because i did not have to wait days or hours. However, ExactEstate was a simple and efficeint trnasition. We were able to train our staff and implement the software all in the same day. I use this software daily and I am able to do eveything I need to do everything with only a few clicks. I am able to post payments, do renewals, make work orders, and more! If I ever have a question, I can always refernce the user guide to find my answer. This sysemt was very simple to intergrate into our staffs everyday use. ExactEstate is by far the simpliest and most effecient property management software around. **What do you dislike about ExactEstate?** In the last few years using ExactEstate, I have found nothing that I dislike about it. **What problems is ExactEstate solving and how is that benefiting you?** ExacEstate runs all the reports I need without me having to use a seperate software.
