**What do you like best about EngagementHQ?**

I like that the features are easy to get to know, and there are tools for tasks that I need daily. Making using the software a pleasure, and easy to integrate with other work flow process'.

**What do you dislike about EngagementHQ?**

I haven't come across anything I dislike.

**What problems is EngagementHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a tool for engagement, helping communities engage with policy, EngagementHQ creates an accessible platform. By encouraging accessibility, we can engage more diverse opinions and creative solutions.

**What do you like best about EngagementHQ?**

Ease of use and speed to get it up and running. But better still, the people were engaging, informative, helpful and never once called me out on dumb questions I asked.

**What do you dislike about EngagementHQ?**

Some of the reports process are a bit clumsy and confusing.

**What problems is EngagementHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We beat local governments to the marketspace and engaged faster with more ease of use. Dealing with local governments, the benefits will always remain limited because, 'we've always done it this way'.

Their customer of service is outstanding.  Everyone from their sales rep, account rep, and online support has been amazing!

**What do you dislike about EngagementHQ?**

Their resource documents are a bit disjointed, but once you understand phrases and where to look, the information can all be found quickly and easily.

**What problems is EngagementHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a comprehensive engagement tool and so far, this looks like a great solution.
