## IQ CRM Reviews
  ### 1. IQ Makes Our Office Run Smoothly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2019

**What do you like best about IQ CRM?**

IQ helps our office track constituents and their requests- whether it’s assistance with a case or to provide an opinion to the Senator, IQ makes it easy to fill constituents in on their case, even if the person answering the call in our office isn’t the caseworker.

**What do you dislike about IQ CRM?**

Sometimes IQ is upgraded during the work day- very rarely mind you, but when it goes down during the workday our office can’t do much without it. Luckily we have an awesome IQ liaison who is always so helpful and keeps us up to date on any glitches or improvements. He even does trainings with us if we want to learn more, both individually and as a group!

**What problems is IQ CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IQ helps us keep track of all interactions with constituents- without it, we would have no method to track opinions, cases, scheduling requests, etc. so helpful when someone calls and tried to say they haven’t received a call back, and we can let them know the exact time we last spoke.

  ### 2. Director of Constituent Services

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2019

**What do you like best about IQ CRM?**

I like that the software allows for casework workflow, administrative oversight, and contact/people record creation. Everything is done in one program and records are tied to contacts.

**What do you dislike about IQ CRM?**

It can be a bit bulky and requires fairly extensive training.

**Recommendations to others considering IQ CRM:**

It's excellent for contact management, letter/email management/ and case work

**What problems is IQ CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casework flow, response forms, email organization

  ### 3. IQ Necessary but Damn They don't Listen

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2018

**What do you like best about IQ CRM?**

CRM capable of managing constituent mail, casework, and maintaining contacts with affiliation codes. Great for targeting communications.

**What do you dislike about IQ CRM?**

Overall, IQ4 is not an improvement over IQ3. New interface sucks.
It seems like the development team did not listen to long time users (10 years plus). The development team is not responsive to feature requests. Add to last batch is a common mouse click. They have not added, "use last letter." Also, filtering of incoming mail and assigning responses is behind competitors IConstituent and Fireside 21 does a better job of handling incoming mail (email blasts).
IQ4 did improvement newsletter production, but I still use IQ3.

Displeased with implementation of IQ. The state gov (gave legislator choice) to not have constituent email automatically imported in IQ. Thus, all mail is manually logged. This defeats any time saving aspects.

**Recommendations to others considering IQ CRM:**

There are 3 solutions with constituent mail solutions for Government: Internet Quorum, Fireside21, and IConstituent. After IQ for ten years, I almost want to make the switch to another system.

**What problems is IQ CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handing Govt constituent relations: mail and casework.

  ### 4. Decent constituent interaction management platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric W. | District Representative, Legislative Office, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2018

**What do you like best about IQ CRM?**

I like the messages and services feature. It’s very intuitive and new staff are trained easily on the platform.

**What do you dislike about IQ CRM?**

The calendar feature is a bit useless. The ability to sync google calendar to this would be great.

**Recommendations to others considering IQ CRM:**

Great tool - though we still supplement with other tools such as google and outlook calendars, etc.

**What problems is IQ CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Auditability of constituent communications, efficiency in casework communications.

  ### 5. Easy to use for whole office

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legislative Office | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2018

**What do you like best about IQ CRM?**

IQ is simple enough to use for the whole office and host a variety of documents that need to be shared frequently.

**What do you dislike about IQ CRM?**

The search function and archiving is tricky and time consuming. I don’t feel confident looking back through past steps and making sure my coworkers see updates from me.

**Recommendations to others considering IQ CRM:**

Develop a team plan for getting organized on IQ, and make sure people know to check their messages for newly assigned projects.

**What problems is IQ CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve realized that real time interfaces are important when communicating amongst a large office group. Passing back and forth one at a time takes longer.

  ### 6. Lots of features

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob R. | District Representative, Government Relations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2018

**What do you like best about IQ CRM?**

Lots of features. Everything you need is easily accessible

**What do you dislike about IQ CRM?**

It can be a bit slow and clunky. And the interface isn't the greatest.

**Recommendations to others considering IQ CRM:**

Check out the videos. Be patient.

**What problems is IQ CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communications. Case management. Database.

  ### 7. It's not very interface friendly. No logical steps from one process to the next.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becky L. | Constituent Liaison - TX30, Legislative Office, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2018

**What do you like best about IQ CRM?**

Allows for detailed notes. They are improving the reporting platforms now.

**What do you dislike about IQ CRM?**

Too many duplicate records. Not good for personalizing preexisting form letters.

**What problems is IQ CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps records intact and uncompromised. Accurate log that documents all changes.

  ### 8. Very Helpful and Varied Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2016

**What do you like best about IQ CRM?**

I like the wide variety of features offered. It is a very comprehensive database management system, and allows me to collect a large amount of information in an accessible way.

**What do you dislike about IQ CRM?**

I do not like the interface. As is the deal with most database management tools, it is hard to simplify all of the features and information in a way that is easy to navigate. But in general, I am still looking for that perfect interface in a system.

**Recommendations to others considering IQ CRM:**

Definitely a good tool for database management, document storage, and blast emails. Just take the time to learn how to navigate.

**What problems is IQ CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Intranet Quorum at two separate congressional offices. The uses varied, but generally included constituent information intake, and also blasting emails and storing casework documents. Intranet Quorum was definitely one of the better tools that I have used for these purposes. Other experiences have provided me the use of INS Zoom. I find IQ to be a better system.

  ### 9. Intranet Quorum - Correspondence and Constituent Managament

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2016

**What do you like best about IQ CRM?**

IQ allows for easy and quick customization by the customer, and is a fairly powerful database. The search features are excellent. Power users have lots of great options in the list and reports creator. Data entry is pretty intuitive.

**What do you dislike about IQ CRM?**

Workflow is cumbersome and click-intensive, unfortunately. Multitasking in IQ is also slow. Check-in and check-out of letters in ActiveX via internet explorer is slow--thought this is not unique to the IQ software and certainly not the fault of the vendor--and manual uploading via an alternate browser is difficult for some users.

**Recommendations to others considering IQ CRM:**

I am unsure about the long-term sustainability of this software, especially the ability to export data to another software if necessary. If you're a large office, I would not use this software over something like Salesforce, which is more popular and faster. This is a good option for small Senate and Congressional offices--especially considering the product's popularity on the hill allows for easy staff onboarding and crosstraining.

**What problems is IQ CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using IQ as a database has allowed us to streamline our correspondence and contacts with people; keep accurate, updated address information; manage workflows for the office; and respond to emails.

  ### 10. Legislative Intern who used Intranet Quorum extensively for 4 different Senators.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel M. | Project Coordinator | Manufacturer and Supplier Services, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2016

**What do you like best about IQ CRM?**

I really liked the ability to categorize people with Labels and groups. This made sending out Constituent emails to people who were in favor or against certain issues, a much easier process. You could select everyone who supported issue X and send them an email with updates on legislation. Additionally, it was really nice to have nearly all of the tools in one location, versus having to visit multiple sites to complete work.

**What do you dislike about IQ CRM?**

I found it difficult for myself to completely understand the process of creating standardized email templates to be very cumbersome and confusing. Perhaps this was partly a fault of inadequate training. But regardless, I feel as though the process was not intuitive.

**Recommendations to others considering IQ CRM:**

Take the time to familiarize yourself with all of the features and options within IQ. It may take time to understand everything, but it will be worth it in terms of ease of use!

**What problems is IQ CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While using IQ, I was primarily responding to the demands of Constituents who wished to get into contact with their Senator. The benefits that IQ provided to me, were its ability to organize and classify contacts and types of emails. Its organization was instrumental in keeping everything in order and it allowed me to better complete my job

  ### 11. Intranet Quorum was good in the time that I used it.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2016

**What do you like best about IQ CRM?**

Its sorting functionality. It made things easier to sort. It helped me make my way through numerous faxes and email sent in by constituents.

**What do you dislike about IQ CRM?**

It could be a little difficult to use at times. It was also not intuitive to use. I used it in the wrong way fro a long time before someone explained to me the right way to use it.

**Recommendations to others considering IQ CRM:**

Be ssure to familiarize yourself with what it is that you want to do. Ask for help whenever possible. Though it is largely intuitive, don't forget that there are different ways of assigning different things to different buckets.

**What problems is IQ CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sorting constituent mail. More sorted mail. I used it in a Congressional office. We were in the business of sorting constituent mail and communicating constituent desires to the member of Congress. It was very helpful in terms of putting things into different buckets.

  ### 12. I worked with IQ when I worked for Congressman Ron DeSantis

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2016

**What do you like best about IQ CRM?**

What I liked best about IQ was the availability to join webinars that explained how to use different features. The home page was really easy to use especially with the ability to edit to your liking. When you are in need of finding something quickly, it is a lot easier to use a home page that you are able to adjust to your liking.

**What do you dislike about IQ CRM?**

The only real issue I had was that when it is opened in more than one tab, it works very slowly. I would have liked to be able to efficiently used it while open in multiple tabs. If I am speaking to more than one constituent at a time, it is nice to be able to go back and forth.

**Recommendations to others considering IQ CRM:**

I really had no major issues with IQ. I was able to learn and master it quickly with out many problems. I would suggest continuing the webinars. They really helped me understand how to use it more efficiently.

**What problems is IQ CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used IQ as a tool to help keep track of people I had spoken to from our congressman's district. It made it a lot easier to manage and keep up to date with constituents I was helping. Working with many different people can make it hard to remember who is who and what discussions you may have had. Keeping track of everything in a very organized way was a great benefit.

  ### 13. Intranet Quorum use for constituents

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2016

**What do you like best about IQ CRM?**

IQ made it easy to handle a large volume of constituent emails, phone calls and letters.

**What do you dislike about IQ CRM?**

It did take quite a few training hours to get up to speed on IQ processes. We also relied heavily on a handbook for the system. So perhaps better training/training videos would be better.

**What problems is IQ CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was used extensively to track and categorize the issues that mattered to a large constituent base.

  ### 14. Used in internships

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2016

**What do you like best about IQ CRM?**

Ease of use in storing and choosing templates

**What do you dislike about IQ CRM?**

Sometimes integration with Word was a little glitchy

**Recommendations to others considering IQ CRM:**

Get to know your helpdesk

**What problems is IQ CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking constituent correspondence
