**What do you like best about CourseGenius?**

Ease of use and operation. Platform was straight forward and use friendly. I had to ask for assistance at the very beginning but customer engagement department was quite helpful. End users find it easy to navigate. 

**What do you dislike about CourseGenius?**

No automatic spell check function. Also can't play around with the pre-existing designs for certificates. 

**Recommendations to others considering CourseGenius:**

Easy and intuitive to build a course using their interface and system. Customer service is great. 

**What problems is CourseGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting up and delivering an online course. Easy to deliver a tailored training to particular needs. I appreciate that the drafter can write own training modules.

**What do you like best about CourseGenius?**

I enjoyed the online component of the courses - it allows me to work from home and have flexibility. I like the user-friendly interface. The software is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about CourseGenius?**

I dislike the limited sharing features. I would prefer to share my experience with my colleagues. The design is not social media-oriented.

**What problems is CourseGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In higher education, a major benefit is the interactive experience. This helps solve business problems by allowing more users to experience a course from various perspectives. It's easy to review the users, and see who has received a certificate for the course. There are multiple course options, which I really liked.
