**What do you like best about ConnectAndSell?**

I love how easy it is to use ConnectAndSell, especially for new sales reps, which makes the onboarding process smoother. At RedFlag Alerts, the ability to coach in real time is a standout feature for me. I also appreciate the speed at which ConnectAndSell operates, helping us reach more people faster compared to our previous outdated systems. The support team is incredibly helpful and quick to resolve any issues we encounter. The initial setup was very easy as well, thanks to guidance from the ConnectAndSell team.

**What do you dislike about ConnectAndSell?**

The connection can be a little delayed depending on the browser you are using, but also super effective in Chrome. I think if you made that knowledge known as part of the onboarding process, it would be helpful.

**What problems is ConnectAndSell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ConnectAndSell speeds up our outreach, making it easy for new reps and allowing real-time coaching. It integrates well but can have connection delays depending on the browser. Chrome works best.

If any part of your business depends on having conversations with your existing or potential customer I don't see how you can be at your maximum effectiveness without using ConnectAndSell.  This system has supercharged our teams *conversation* activities and I now consider it an essential component of our business technology.

Well, there's no hiding from your results and effectiveness with the penetrating insight of C&S Reporting cababilities!

Very simple to use and to upload your list. It can start to dial immediately. It Diles three numbers at a time so you can get through a list very quickly.

There was not much to dislike really. We used it for a couple years, but my company designed it on proprietary CRM. With dialing in it similar to what connect and sell does.

I like that ConnectAndSell allows users to pull data from our CRM seamlessly, giving us access to the full profile of the person we're talking to and making the call feel more natural. The feature where the dialers handle sales calls and only transfer them once someone picks up is great as it reduces time spent on unanswered calls. It helps us save time during outreach by equipping us with the right information from our CRM and allowing us to make updates as the call happens.

Sometimes the lists don't load as fast as we would like.

ConnectAndSell allows us to connect with prospects quickly via phone calls, integrate with CRM, and track call data. It saves us time by equipping us with CRM data and only transferring calls once they're picked up. These features enhance our outreach efficiency.

We love the integration with HubSpot, which makes recording the call dispositions uniform and very easy. We also love the transcription capabilities and the ability to build dedicated follow-up lists to ensure that phone intent is being generated.

We sometimes struggle with dials to conversations because there is a slight delay between the prospect answering the phone and the call being connected with an available agent on our side. That results in some dropped calls from time to time, but it isn't a huge problem.

ConnectAndSell improves connection rates to decision-makers without taking the sales team's time by calling multiple numbers simultaneously and using AI to prioritize likely connections. This increases the number of conversations compared to sequential dialing.

I like the fact that I can count on ConnectAndSell to deliver several conversations per hour to each of my reps.

Occasionally, there is unexpected behavior from the software platform.  It truly is occasional and when it does occur, it is very easy to get in touch with support.  Their support agents are very knowledgeable and can almost always resolve our issues immediately.

Increasing the sales pipeline.  Our lead development reps and our sales reps can efficiently discover qualified leads, enhancing our ability to close deals.

**What do you like best about ConnectAndSell?**

We implemented Connect & Sell last year to give our small sales team a boost in productivity and it has been a tremendous help! We get more connected calls than ever before and have been able to extend our market coverage as a result. Eliminating time wasted with gatekeepers and the AI notetaker have increased prodcutivity for us. CaS is great to work with and provides superior customer support and training. We value our regular calls where they share best practices, review our results and offer helpful suggestions on list management, call scheduling, messaging and utilizing the coaching tools to get the most out of the product. It's a great tool and I don't think my sales team will ever go back to direct dialing.

**What do you dislike about ConnectAndSell?**

Our biggest challenge is not to become too dependent on CaS for our outreach. Some prospects simply won't answer the phone, so list management is important and moving the uncontacted prospects to a different source of outreach is important. We don't have a direct integration with our CRM right now, but are able to use file exports for this, it just is no longer in real time.

**What problems is ConnectAndSell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest benefit is in market coverage. We are able to better ensure we make contact with prospects on a regular basis and improved our contacts per hour, as well as, having more meaningful conversations. It also enables us to evaluate our list data and led us to do a better job of ensuring we have quality data in the CRM by supplementing with "better numbers" from their database.

**What do you like best about ConnectAndSell?**

So many things! Above all, the support from our CSM, Chris, is unmatched. I wish we could clone him for all of our vendors. The rest of the support team is also extremely responsive for our users and can usually help them through their problem in just a few minutes.

You know how sometimes a platform will have a new release and you think, "who asked for that?" Not the case at ConnectAndSell- every new release is something we use and are excited about. And they launch new features often! They are constantly improving.

Last, and arguably the most important if you are reading this review, is the way this tool enables our users to book more meetings and make hundreds more dials than pre-ConnectAndSell. We've seen an increase of meetings booked while spending less time dialing.

**What do you dislike about ConnectAndSell?**

If I had to say something, I guess the UI could be more sleek. The platform feels a little outdated, but it works so that's really all I care about.

**What problems is ConnectAndSell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our SDRs were spending so much time dialing, and still not completing their lists in a day. ConnectAndSell lets us complete our dials fully on the intended dial day, resulting in more meetings booked.

Great technology and even better people to help build and scale a sales team. I wish I had ConnectandSell years ago- great for large orgs or small orgs looking to maximize outreach productivity. We trialed the solution and that was a great experience that led us to buying...we had the same number of conversations that we used to have in a month in one day. 

ConnectandSell also rapidly develops new features and functionality. Impressive execution on building features that add value to the customer.

Nothing... would love dashboards to consolidate some of the reporting but I believe that is on the roadmap.

With good data you get excellent outcomes; mulitple conversations per hour without the wasted time that comes with the old method of pre-call research and leaving voice mail 90% of the time.

You need to adapt your cold calling approach to the fact that you do not know who you will connect with next.  This is fairly easy to get adjusted to.

Customer Support and Reporting are probably what I like best. But also the ability for the reps to call fast and go through an entire list in very little time

Small lag noticeable in calls by the sales reps, and you have to use it a very specific way so it works well.

CAS allows your team to be more efficient and elevates the frustrations of cold calling. If your business requires cold calling, then  i would highly recommend CAS!!!

No real downside to CAS. However, you have to commit to using the system in order to utilize the full potential of the platform.

I love the new AI feature with ConnectAndSell.  The feedback is spot on and helps our team with the next calls.  Seth and his team are very helpful too.

The only downside is connecting our work CRM to ConnectAndSell.  I believe CAS has this ability, but our portal does not.

ConnectandSell is so much more than a PAD - it's an entire methodology for go to market. The technology itself is seamless, especially with the new UI. You load the list and you have conversations. There is no delay, no beep on the users end and you're right into the conversation with the person who flases up on the screen. The entire CS team have been a delight to work with - they made me feel like I was their only customer versus what I am actually am, a small account with a single user license. The setup with their technical team to manage hubspot integration through to ongoing support with data and list management has been much more than expected.

**What do you dislike about ConnectAndSell?**

It's hard to have lots of cold conversations and deal with resistance in real time versus sending emails.

Speaking to more people per hour than ever before. Refining list and message strategy faster than ever before.

I am able to concentrate on my task at hand, and am ready for the connection. I have a chance to look over what I need to say without being distracted. And everything I need pops up on my screen. It is very easy and fluid. If I run into any issues Customer Support is easy to reach and a very quock qith a result-very helpful.

**What do you dislike about ConnectAndSell?**

I don't like the fact that I have no control on the timezones I want/need to dial. It is all handled behind the scene.

**What problems is ConnectAndSell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am only the User, so the benefits for me is that I am able to have alot more dials which filters the answering machines, etc- and I am reaching the target I  need to speak with. So I am focused on the calland  not doing all the work to get to that call. So I am more productive and rested, not talking to so many gatekeepers or other not qualified calls.

**What do you like best about ConnectAndSell?**

The support team is one of the fastest in our tech stack. Not to mention, their customer success team makes sure that you are well supported and will meet with you to highlight any areas of improvement that your calling team can make.

On top of that, with their agent-assisted dialer, and our existing data easily imported via CSV into the platform, our SDR team is constantly able to speak to over 200 people a day in an 8-hour working day, and not have to wait through voicemails.

Onboarding any new SDRs only takes minutes to get them up to speed on how to start dialing since the software is incredibly intuitive to use. I only have to explain how our dispositions work and the rest is pretty much self-explanatory.

**What do you dislike about ConnectAndSell?**

It is expensive, and unlike other similar tools, you must sign a contract instead of opting for a monthly subscription model.

Their custom integration support could be a little better since at least with Hubspot, it requires a full contact sync to work correctly (the contacts we are dialing in connect and sell we prefer to keep separate out of our CRM until a meeting is booked from the SDR side to prevent unnecessary contact bloat in our CRM.)

**What problems is ConnectAndSell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have tried many different autodialers that would maximize the efficiency of our SDR teams, and still give us actionable data to see our top performers and breakdown some data points on to why they are performing better than their peers. Connect and Sell is the only one that we have seen so far at its price point that can function as its own stand-alone product without requiring a CRM to create reports or a separate dialing tool (and subscription) to function.

Additionally, the nature of an agent-powered dialer means humans are connecting humans to our SDRs. We still find with AI-powered tools, it can't quite figure out what is a recording yet, especially on a mobile phone line. Our dials to connection rates using the same lists across different tools were the lowest with connect and sell.

**What do you like best about ConnectAndSell?**

I really liked using connect sell since I'm at a relatively small company and have a lot of green space in terms of number of possible prospects. It is impossible to reach everyone and I don't have enough time to make calls many calls while servicing my existing business. Connect and Sell has been a great scale factor for me as I try to reach more qualified leads. I like that I can be working on other stuff as I wait for someone to join the line!

I like that I could load in my list and simply let the platform do it's thing in terms of prioritizing the best numbers to call. I also liked the ability to categorize and allocate future calls based on outcome or "disposition."  This created a very streamlined prospecting approach for me as all of the follow up calls were targeted and I even had some pre-written notes for what to discuss the next time. It was also convenient that the platform synced directly with my CRM to save me the note taking process or communicating with other team members. The implementation team was highly responsive and detailed which made onboarding really simple too.

There are several ways to connect with customer support and folks offered solutions both within the platform via the chat window and also through direct emails.

Connect and Sell was also great for me to have my sales team members who are newer to their role have the means to supercharge their efforts and reach more people and eliminate some of the usual slow downs associated with traditional tactics.

The Connect and Sell people understand sales and sales processes, which was a breath of fresh air as compared to speaking with many other platforms.

**What do you dislike about ConnectAndSell?**

In order to sustain good results you have to continually replenish the prospect lists and contacts. Provided you have the capacity to do that, this platform is wonderful. If your workload takes you in a lot of directions each day, it can be hard to keep the list full of the right phone numbers, which thus makes your time well spent in the platform. 

"If you build it, they will come" as they say! I would recommend this platform to anyone so long as they have capacity to build and use it "right."

Helping me scale my outreach efforts. There are too many people to reach and C+S helps me focus on content and messaging and less on punching the numbers into my phone. It is a scale factor for any good salesperson.

The application is resource-intensive and requires frequent clearing of cache and cookies. It cannot handle running additional browser tabs simultaneously with Connect and Sell, as this leads to significant lag and often causes the application to crash

Connect and sell legitmatly is a life changing technology. It truly is "conversations on demand". Instead of the very laborious "manual" cold calling that happens even through other calling tools, ConnectAndSell gets you conversations in a matter of seconds. This allows you to properly manage your time and get done in 4/hrs a week what may take 4 weeks otherwise. For any seller - it is legitmatly life changing from the fact that you know you will connect with your decision makers, instead of the head trash you get when manual calling and have to listen to a ring tone each and every time.

The UI/UX to upload a list can be a bit of a pain and can use improvement.

ConnectAndSell solves the conversation problem. Most firms don't realize that lack of conversations is what is holding them back, but I believe is the biggest challenge to revenue goals. **What do you like best about ConnectAndSell?**

Connect and Sell allows you to do a day's worth of dialing in one hour. You can easily load contacts in, and set parameters around who you want to call, and then sit back until someone answers. I liked the way it integrated with Salesloft, which we use for sales cadences. The call step would be conducted in Connect and Sell, once that is completed it would move the contact into an email step (assuming that's the cadence behavior on Salesloft). The system does a great job of transferring you the exact moment the prospect picks up the line, 99% of the time it's really smooth and natural as if you were calling them on a regular dial pad.

**What do you dislike about ConnectAndSell?**

Nothing major, maybe 1 out of 100 conversations are awkward due to the switch over from machine dialing to you on the phone.

**What problems is ConnectAndSell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Talking to as many prospects as possible in a day, with the end goal of booking meetings. It's allowed us to book more meetings because we have more conversations throughtout the day.

Who wants to pay an expensive sales person to dial for dollars one-by-one.  The cost per dial is incredible!  CAS allows the most highly trained and proficient people to dial hundreds of times and get non-stop at bats with prospects.  Integrates with CRM and we just love it.

Not much actually.  I think it is a well designed application with all of the bells and whistles.  Thinks like a salesperson needs.

Thier CS team is very involved and is always helpful with enabling our team to not only maximize our benefit from the tool, but also share thier expertise on cold calling best practice.

Pop up window for connects can be laggy, and there is always a 2-5 second delay between pick up and when you can speak. This results in a good amount of quick hang ups by prospects. It can also be a bit finnicky with recording dispositions into Outreach.

Overusing CAS can result in lower connect rates, since prospects get bombarded with high volume of phone calls.

Simple: we don't have enough time in the day to manually make enough dials that result in the needed number of meetings. CAS multiplies the amount of dials we can make in a period of time.

ConnectAndSell is the backbone of our outbound strategy.  It allows our staff to talk to 5 times the amount of prospects / customers than we would otherwise be able to.  The integration with salesforce makes creating lists easy and cold calling less difficult.  Customer support is great when we need it.  Intial training was very solid and easy to implement for team or new users.  Our salespeople use ConnectAndSell 4 to 5 days a week every week.  ConnectAndSell played a critical role in our team reaching overall sales target in 2023.

I think they have had trouble keeping up with customer demand and Sometimes ConnectAndSell has had some bandwidth problems but we haven't seen that recently.

I really enjoy it's ease of use, a simple click and it rolls through dial after dial. I really enjoy the greeting and voicemail recording features. The greeting really allows you time to analyze your contacts title and company before connecting. The reporting feature is also really happy to get up to date numbers on metrics.

I dislike not knowing who I'm contacting before I reach out; this requires a general pitch vs a tailored pitch. I also don't like that some people have their mobile phone numbers as their only contact and they don't like being reached out to on their mobile phones.

Better if they have more calling options; like dial old leads first or vice versa.
