Firstly, the main purpose of using CocoFax was to receive faxes, but despite having paid the subscription, I received an error stating 'fax not available.' I was unable to receive any faxes. Despite paying twice for the service, neither of the fax numbers worked. Customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful, initially just advising to 'try again later,' and even after they claimed it should work, it never did. They also didn't process my refund request, which was particularly disappointing. Lastly, while setting up the service was easy, it ultimately never functioned, making the entire experience futile. I found the customer service especially lacking, to the point where I suggested they replace the entire team due to their unhelpfulness. **What problems is CocoFax solving and how is that benefiting you?** CocoFax was meant to provide me a fax number to receive faxes, but it didn't work, resulting in no received faxes. If I thought I would use it more often, I would be more than willing to pay for the services. CocoFax's "pitch was very straight forward and not pushy, was quite helpful, and I decided to subscribe, with option to cancel in 30 days if dissatisfied. $5/month is not too expensive. Sent my first fax successfully, after "backing out" of "create a cover sheet" - During that process it presented 5 or more '"sample formats" for the coversheet - I didn't recognize what was being displayed - I thought it was "sending" several pages of "something" I couldn't recognize so backed out /canceled "create coversheet" and just sent the fax with my two attachments.. Typed up my question about the unrecognized things, then copied and pasted into Chat and the very nice and pleasant Chat lady immediately displayed what I'd seen and asked if that was what I was talking about. That being said, the Faxes I do are usually 13 pages or more. This is not what I originally intended, believe me. The cost is minimal, so it is convenient for our business needs. I don’t use the fax very much but having gotten involved in a lawsuit over the unauthorized disbursement of funds from my Bank of America checking account. I found the need arise for fax use and I was not able to enable Microsoft Fax in Windows 11. It doesn't let me know a fax is in the process of being sent, and I have more than once duplicated sending a fax because I didn't know the original fax was still being (or attempting to be) sent. This duplication has nearly depleted my allowed faxed pages that month, in addition to being annoying on the receiving end (getting 2 copies of the same fax). There needs to be an indication that a fax is still being sent, even if it is quite a while (over 10 minutes in one case). **What problems is CocoFax solving and how is that benefiting you?** I make only a few (5-10/month) but occasionally long faxes (10-20 pages) a month. Having my own return fax number is helpful. Cost/Benefit for Coco Fax (currently under $10/month). Is worth it. It is on a month-to-month fee schedule.
