**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

I like Clearbit because it reliably cleans and enriches raw lead data without requiring constant manual work. The built-in data enrichment feature is my go-to every single day—it automatically fills in missing company details, job roles, industry classification, and firmographics, saving me hours in my weekly schedule. I also really value how accurate the company and contact profiling is, with business background, employee size, and location details almost always up to date. The audience segmentation support is also a standout, allowing me to filter prospects by industry, company size, and job seniority, making it straightforward to build targeted groups for our campaigns. It's simple to navigate and fits perfectly into our existing marketing workflow without complicated setup or extra training, thanks to its intuitive layout and logical configuration options.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

From my day-to-day work using Clearbit as a Marketing Operations Analyst, it handles our core lead enrichment and basic segmentation really well, but there are several real pain points I run into regularly that could definitely be improved. For starters, the contact-level data coverage is inconsistent. It works perfectly for larger, well-established companies and mainstream industries—those profiles are full and accurate almost every time. But when we’re sourcing leads from smaller local German businesses, niche boutique agencies, or newly launched startups, Clearbit often comes up short. It frequently misses direct phone numbers, precise job roles, or verified decision-maker contacts. I still have to manually research LinkedIn, company websites, and business directories to fill in those gaps, which adds back the manual work we were hoping to cut down on. Then there’s the audience segmentation functionality. The basic filters are fine for simple grouping, but the system lacks flexibility when I need to build layered, multi-condition segments. I can’t set up complex combined rules, and there’s no easy way to save my custom audience groups permanently. Every time I start a new marketing campaign, I have to rebuild the same filters all over again from scratch. It’s repetitive and slows down my workflow more than it should.

**What problems is Clearbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I rely on Clearbit primarily to solve three critical pain points in my daily marketing operations: enriching incomplete inbound lead data, maintaining ongoing marketing database cleanliness, and enabling precise, targeted audience segmentation. Most leads we collect from website forms, event sign-ups, and campaign landing pages only provide basic contact information and lack key firmographics, job roles, and company background details. Clearbit automatically fills in those missing fields, eliminating the endless manual lookup and spreadsheet work I once had to do to complete each lead profile. It also solves the problem of outdated, duplicate, and low-quality records cluttering our database; it helps me routinely scrub stale entries, merge duplicates, and filter out invalid leads to keep our entire contact list accurate and reliable at all times. On top of that, Clearbit fixes the challenge of vague, untargeted marketing outreach by letting me segment prospects accurately based on industry, company size, location, and job seniority. The overall benefits are huge: it drastically cuts down time spent on repetitive admin work, keeps our CRM and marketing database standardized and up-to-date with far less manual effort, ensures we only target qualified relevant contacts, and makes our email campaigns and sales outreach far more focused, effective, and higher-converting.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

I like Clearbit's accuracy in finding user contacts who visit our site. It helps us identify users more effectively, allowing for personalized marketing based on detailed information about the type of company or user coming from organic sources. I also appreciate the ability to save lists, notify about custom events, and receive weekly reports. The integration with HubSpot is also a significant positive. The initial setup was straightforward; you just insert code into the site, and within 30 minutes, you can see results.

I use Clearbit to identify anonymous users among 1000+ daily visitors, enabling personalized marketing and targeted cold outreach by understanding visitor details like company types and visit behavior.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

I like that Clearbit is simply structured and the setup is very quick. This way, I don't have to deal with any introductions and can use my time more effectively. I also find it helpful that in the morning I can directly see in Clearbit who has been on my website and how often, which helps me immediately determine which companies have the highest likelihood of becoming customers. The integration with Hubspot is also easier, which made the switch from Leadfeeder to Clearbit easier.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

The price is somewhat high compared to the competition.

With Clearbit, I generate leads and analyze website traffic, allowing me to specifically understand who visits my website and convert them into leads.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

I mainly use Clearbit to enrich leads and gain better insights into companies, helping me find the right key persons. I appreciate how it helps qualify prospects faster, allowing me to focus more on outreach. What I like the most is the easy-to-use interface that makes it very easy to find the right persons. I've tried others like LinkedIn Salesforce, but Clearbit makes it much easier since it's smooth and very easy to navigate. The initial setup of Clearbit was super easy, and even if you're new to this kind of software, no tutorial is needed because it's very easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

I would say that it could get better to get the right information, the right title, and right company. Sometimes it's totally wrong and made me call some embarrassing phone calls and that's why I don't wanna give it 5 stars. It will get 4 stars for me. Same with persons that quit and don't work there anymore, it could improve to grab correct information at the right time. Although it's very good and accurate, this is something that I feel can improve. It could use some faster API calls.

I use Clearbit to enrich leads and focus more on outreach, qualifying prospects faster. Its interface makes it easy to find the right key persons and companies seamlessly compared to LinkedIn, which can be annoying with pop-ups.

It's super easy to install onto your website and the tracking seems to be fairly accurate. I checked it daily and you can get data from the same day which is useful

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

I found it didn't do an awful lot past the whole seeing who is on the site, if they built it into a more full solution then it would be good. But myself, I am nitpicking and I knew what I wanted the software for before using, so I didn't see that as a limitation.

It is helping us find new leads from who has visited the website. Also it has provided great pipeline insight as we can see active deals that are visiting the site.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

Being able to view the companies that have visited our website has been fantastic from a sales and marketing perspective. Combining that data with what we get in Hubspot and Google Analytics has been a game-changer for optimizing our web experience. Our SDR team has an additional channel for analyzing their outbound campaigns and dialing in target prospects, and our AEs are able to see which companies that are currently in cycle are visiting the site and getting information about our company so they can reach out.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

Clearbit has gone through a number of UX changes recently, and not all have been for the better. Their most recent visitor report, in particular, is much more difficult to read and use. Their credit-based system is fairly unintuitive, and our team has found that the names/titles they have from a data enrichment standpoint aren't terribly useful for our audience.

Clearbit is providing greater insights about who and when in the process people are accessing our website.

Amazing free version allowing you to set your ideal client profiles and target audiences and to keep track of website visits.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

Nothing! Of course I'd love the free version to have no limitations, but that's impossible.

Getting more insights into our website visitors, by category. Be able to easily gain info on specific groups of leads. Quickly see which pages they've visited, what they're interested in.
