What do you like best about Cacoo?

It's a useful tool for mapping with a blank canvas feature - I find it particularly useful for site mapping as the charts allow easy movement and to add branches. It's pretty straightforward and intuitive. I really like the fact that views can be shared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cacoo?

The limited number of diagrams for the free version isn't ideal (though I do understand why). While it's great for larger /complex site maps it can be a bit fiddly (/take some getting used to) for something smaller which could fit easily within word/powerpoint. With Cacoo it has been better for our team to design the architecture of existing and new applications, we can collaboratively expose our ideas, we have had a better vision of what we want to develop and we have made life easier for new team members when they need to learn about our applications.
