My overall experience has been very good, great support and Archdesk are always making improvements and listen to customer feedback Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how user-friendly the software is; it suits everyone's individual abilities. Even people with limited computer knowledge can use Archdesk seamlessly. I also like how much information you can have in each different project, it stops the need for double entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the front page slightly limiting, I think this is something that is being worked on, but I would like to add more information to all of the project front sheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I sometimes dislike the speed that everything loads at, it can sometimes take quite a while to be able to go from project to project and when trying to complete a long list of billing this can up valuable time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the live map that pins where all our jobs are located so we can see where most of our work is. To top off, if you hover over the location, it tells you all the information needed for the job and will even take you to the project! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most unhelpful thing I am finding with Archdesk at the moment is the stock list; it is tough to edit once it has been uploaded especially if you have lots of products you sell! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downside to Archdesk is that the customization side is very limited and a bit dull. Also, when producing a quote, it's a bit of a lengthy task Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system works seamlessly between estimates /quotes and invoicing. The schedule and program section work well. Generally a great all-around product. Support are very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is the system does not yet offer proof of document receipt and automatic reminders. However, this feature is hopefully coming soon. This is the main improvement we would like at this stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The overall navigation of the software is easy enough for new starters to get on board with in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
