**What do you like best about Admation?**

What I really love about Admation is how organized and efficient it makes managing projects and approvals. It keeps everything in one spot, from briefs and assets to feedback and sign-offs. This in turns saves so much time and reduces confusion. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the approval workflow ensures everyone stays on track without the back-and-forth of emails. Overall, it’s a huge help for keeping projects moving smoothly and teams working together effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about Admation?**

What I don’t like about **Admation** is that it can feel a bit clunky and time-consuming to navigate at times. Some of the features that are supposed to make things easier, like the approval process, can actually slow you down if you’re working on multiple projects. The interface isn’t always the most intuitive, and it takes a while to get used to where everything is. It’s helpful once you figure it out, but the learning curve and extra clicks can be frustrating when you just want to get things done quickly.

**What problems is Admation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software made it possible for me to manage several projects simultaneously. On days when I wanted to concentrate on marketing tasks, I could easily access different projects and check off only the marketing-related items. This approach saved me both time and effort, as the program efficiently handled multiple projects and became quite seamless to use once I got the hang of it.

**What do you like best about Admation?**

Makes communication quicker by enabling you to visually look at a design and mark it up rather than explaining in feedback over message / email.

**What do you dislike about Admation?**

The zooming in and out is very annoying, sometimes I zoom in and it's too big and zoom out and it's too small, and there's no in-between.
I would like to be able to mark it up at the same time as other people and still be able to add comments to the doc once someone else has hit "changes". We have found ways around this though & made it work for us.

**What problems is Admation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes communication a lot easier. We use it to mark up changes / feeback for EDMs and website creative. It's quick to mark up image or copy changes, and have multiple people feeding back on the one project. We can mark up images, products, prices, and the URLS we want to link to, all in one place.

**What do you like best about Admation?**

Admation has everything you need in one to brief in creative projects and streamline approval process, manage your resources and store your brand assets. I use it everyday and it helps have all projects laid out so when you have multiple on the go its easy to see what stage you are it in each project.

You can't have multiple tabs of it open to flick back and fourth.

Streamlining campaign projects by having all assets, briefs, approvals and deadlines in the one place. Easy to view, access and approve.

I like how simple it is to create a brief and set up a project, the process is short and adding members of the team to the project is great. I am in Admation every day.

Sometimes it's hard to find previous projects if I forget the name. It would be great to have a section with all previous naming conventions

we use it for all of our campaign assets and it is easy to toggle between what assets are being made for different parts of the campaign

**What do you like best about Admation?**

There are many features in Admation that assist me daily in managing my workflow. One of the most useful features of the system is the feedback window which allows users to comment on specific areas of a design. Another feature that has improved the way I work is the customisation the support team has made to our design briefs. They have catered our design briefs to suit company specific projects and teams. The Ad Storage is also great archiving feature that enables me to tag assets and find finalised assets quickly and share them with the team using the cart.

**What do you dislike about Admation?**

The naming conventions when choosing to rerun a project. The name of the deliverable is copied from the previous project; for example, if you have ten deliverables, you have to rename them all, which can be tedious.

**What problems is Admation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Admation assists me in collating feedback from multiple stakeholders in a quick and efficient way. I can also remind stakeholders to review an item if they have missed the notification.

Also, Admation enables me to generate insightful reports for my project; for this, I can easily track project progress and proactively identify potential issues.

I have not encountered any major problems yet. I am satisfied with using it.

Our old system required lots of manual sign off, Admation makes the process a whole lot more seamless. The reminder systems is also great.

Sometimes the system is a bit clunky and its hard to find things. Buttons could be larger and possibly more colourful for a better UX.

• Alert emails when there is feedback
• Consolidates feedback from different stakeholders
• Allows approval for different media (print, digital and web)
• Easy to use and pick up
• Great tech support

**What do you dislike about Admation?**

• The interface can appear a little clunky to someone new to the system.
• Searching can be a little difficult to find old work

**What problems is Admation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

• To manage large volumes of work and consolidate feedback in an easy user friendly way.
• Simplified stakeholder management.
• Easy to brief feedback to studio
• Asset Management
