3BL makes it possible for my organization to get the word out about events, accomplishments, and new programs even without a dedicated marketing team - they make the hardest parts easier! It's not too complicated to use and the results are strong: we see very high click rates and impressions, and overall it's translated to a stronger reputation and online presence for my organization.. It's easy enough to use once you get accustomed to doing so, but we've found that it can be a bit challenging to help new users acclimate.
