Customer experience was really good and they resolve the issues in a timely manner. **What do you dislike about 2nd Watch?** The pricing is little bit higher for the services they provide for small business enterpreneurs. **Recommendations to others considering 2nd Watch:** I would recommend peple to first prepare a draft version of their application architecture and analyse how they can utilize SaaS, Paas, IaaS services from their preferred cloud partners. **What problems is 2nd Watch solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped our application project to move from on-premise to one of the public cloud by providing cloud strategy for Azure cloud. Our complex architecture developed by in-house team were simplified and resolved all of the security issues and adhered to the industrial standards. It also helped us in expanding our data center capacity of our Application project from an existing data center resource capacity to meet the increasing demands of our application resources using Azure. ### 4.
